AV was extremely helpful, put in the time to get everything right. And when I had a further question after the repairs, he called me back promptly. The office staff also has been unfailingly helpful and responsive.

We have been using Woodbridge Plumbing for a number of years (7+?) and they have always done a great job. The arrived on time as promised, the service rep called just about 20 minutes before they got here and they were done within 30 minutes. Super professional and they left the job site immaculate. This was only a faucet replacement today (with a minor twist for them but would have been major one for me to do). They have done much more complex work for us in the past and it has always been a painless process. I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs you may have, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent. Both plumbers were courteous and professional. One of them even gave me advice on a different plumbing issue we had in the house! They left the area clean upon departure.

Plumbers provided exceptional service, advice, and repair at a very reasonable cost. Leak was above basement ceiling so they had to cut into the ceiling and perform the repair in a very tight space which they accomplished very professionally in less than 2 hours. They were prompt, neat, cleaned up everything, and were very courteous. I have used this company before to fix a slow drain in my kitchen sink which they performed excellently at very reasonable cost. I will definitely use this company as my go-to plumber.

I obtained three bids for the above work. One charged $75 to do the estimate. All were listed with A rating in Angies. Two of the providers proposed Hot Water heaters that had only with 6 yr warranties and were $150 to $200 more than Woodbridge Plumbing's estimate for an installed 8 yr Hot Water heater by the same manufacturer. WP has very, very responsive office personnel and Techs who answered all my questions via phone and backed it up with emails. The install of the faucet was even below initial estimate-how rare is that.... Their crew arrived on time and did an excellent job very quickly and neatly. No pressure or hype. Just really good service by competent, courteous staff and techs.

Mike and another guy arrived within 15 minutes of my appointment window. I showed Mike which valves leaked and he took care of them. They were here less than an hour. I have no more leaks. Woohoo! That should reduce my water bill a little.

Jaime was the technician who performed all of the work, He was on time, courteous and accomplished the work without delay. He knew exactly what to do. I am so grateful for him -- doing what he did would have taken me at least three trips to the hardware store, and taken at least all day. He did everything in less than two hours. Price included all parts and labor. Money well spent. I think I will look for a few more things for them to do.

I placed a call t 3:30 pm and was completely surprised when the gentleman on the phone told me a technician will come in between 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Jamie called and came in around 4:45. He checked out what the problem was, replaced the faucet and was out of the house by 5:30. He was courteous, professional and kind to my poochie who was all over him. When I called the office to get some information about the cost of the work, the individual I spoke with was extremely helpful and informative. He was able to schedule me for the next day between 8-10 am. The next morning the technician, Roscoe and another plumber arrived promptly at 8 am and even took off their shoes without me even asking them! They worked very efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Once I received the bill, I was shocked that they charged me significantly less than what another plumbing company was quoting me for the same work! I even asked for a second opinion on the another toilet that I was told needed to be rebuilt and Roscoe didn't try to upsell or pressure me to get additional unnecessary work done. Thus saving me more money. I will definitely work with Woodbridge Plumbing in the future for their honest, professional, efficient work.

We have used Woodbridge Plumbing as needed for years in more than one house. We have always been pleased with the service. They are consistently honest and direct, fair, and professional. They charge you by the hour and so I had them do a couple of other things as long as they were here.

Was able to schedule a convenient time for the plumber to come to the house and look at a leak we had under our kitchen sink. The plumber called ahead of time to let us know he was on his way the day of the appointment and he arrived within the time frame provided. He was able to quickly identify the issue we had, ending up being a problem with the garbage disposal. He fixed the leak from the disposal and even helped with the other side of the kitchen sink that had slow drainage. Great service .. I highly recommended!

Everything went very well. Technician was very professional and efficient and did not waste time while performing his tasks. Overall cost for service performed was below estimated cost of job. I am very happy with the new outside faucet.

I received an estimate and they were very clear about what they were charging. They showed up on time to do the estimate.

We have had a bunch of stuff done. They are just average on price, but everything else was real good. They are just standard price. Most times they have done a good job. We have had a few problems but we have been using them for years. They seem to resolve the problems. They cleaned up good after they completed the work, I have no problems. They just did a good job. It got real complicated, they had to tear into a ceiling to get to the pipe and stuff. They did a good job.

I called Woodbridge Plumbing because of their great reviews on both Yelp and Angie's List. And they lived up to their reputation. The main water line to my house broke and the water to my house had been turned off. I called and spoke with Tommy. When I described the problem he knew exactly what I was talking about and said he's dealt with it many times with houses in my neighborhood. He gave me a very ball park guesstimate on the phone. Bobby and another plumber (I didn't get his name), showed up early and got to work digging. And digging. And digging. They were having a hard time finding the part of the line that was broken. But they kept at it and finally had a breakthrough. Once the break was located they fixed it quickly with copper piping. They made sure the water was flowing (and not flowing) properly before leaving. They filled back the holes they dug. They were very nice, polite, and explained everything to me throughout the process. I appreciated Bobby's calm demeanor and willingness to get this fixed no matter what! In the end the cost was actually just below the low end of the estimate Tommy had given me. I'm happy to have my water back on again! And they were able to dig around my new flower garden and save it. I would definitely recommend Woodbridge Plumbing! Thank you.

What impressed me the most is that they were there within an hour or two of me calling. It took them maybe an hour. They came so quickly in an emergency. They fixed it.
