Everything went ok. The new water heater is definitely hotter than my old one. They showed up on time. The price was reasonable for the work.

Mike was very prompt and courteous. I explained the problem of my toilet whistling when water ran in other parts of the house and on its own out of the blue. He tested a few things. Then replaced the fill valve. He was in and out in 20 minutes. I appreciate the quick follow-up through the Angie's List messaging system and via phone call and email when I inquired about scheduling this visit. A little pricier than I thought it was going to be, but so far so good - problem seems to be resolved. Overall, I would use this company again.

It went very well. I scheduled the visit for 11:00 am but received a call about 10:30 am indicating that the plumber could arrive early, if that was OK. Since I was home I agreed. The plumber arrived about 10 minutes later and quickly assessed the old and leaking faucet. He agreed that replacing it would be the best solution. All the work was completed in about an hour. He cleared the area of all debris when he was finished. He was polite and professional throughout his visit.

Woodbridge Plumbing scheduled me a couple of days after I called (they had an earlier day but I could not do that), arrived within the appointed time and promptly made the replacement (plus added a new supply tube, which they provided -- the rubber gasket in the very old one was hard as a rock). A job well done. But, of greater significance, the next day I noticed that, after the tank filled and fill valve shut off, a very small amount of water continued to run into the tank. After about 15 minutes, the water level in the tank would rise about an inch above the fill line, causing water to spill into the overflow tube. I called Woodbridge Plumbing on 6/3/15 and described the problem. Within two hours, a plumber was at our house, He found that the valve (that I had purchased at Home Deport) had a small piece of plastic in the chamber. Once he cleaned it out, the toilet worked like new. He did not charge despite the fact that Woodbridge Plumbing had not supplied the replacement valve. We've used this firm many times over the years and this is just the most recent pleasant experience we have had.

Everything went great! The scheduled work was for a time window after 3pm. I received a phone call at 3:05 to let me know the plumber was on his way. The plumber, Scott, arrived soon after and took a look at the bib and determined it had to be replaced. Luckily he found the faucet head was threaded on and proceeded to remove, clean, replace, and test a new faucet head for my outdoor faucet. In all the service was very quick, about an hour or less, but I wasn't keeping time. Scott was very professional and helpful the whole time. I enjoyed his company and highly recommend the company and service. This will be my go-to plumbing company! 10% military discount was also very welcome.

It went great - just like every time I call for service. I called on 5/26/2015 to schedule service and they came out the next morning as scheduled, on time and with all the materials needed to complete the job. The job was completed quickly and efficiently. Thank you Scott! Woodbridge Plumbing is the most honest and efficient company I have ever dealt with for any home repairs.

We had an estimate from another Angie's list plumber for $1,100 to replace 3 faucets. Two in a double bathroom vanity and one in a pedestal sink in the powder room. That sounded a bit nuts to me so, we asked Woodbridge Plumbing to give us an estimate. They estimated the cost of the project to be around $650; could be a little higher depending on how difficult the pedestal sink was. We had already purchased the new faucets. we were just getting around to replacing the builder's junk that came with the house. Woodbridge plumbing folks were prompt (8:00 a.m. Just like they promised) went right to work. No nonsense plumber with a friendly personality. $650 estimated job turned out to be $400 and that included replacing the wax seal on a toilet and caulking that was not part of the original estimate. I won't bad mouth the first plumber. I know sometimes they price small jobs like this out of the universe just so you will throw them out of your house and they still get the $89 service fee but, I can't imagine using anyone but Woodbridge Plumbing in the future. That's how impressed we were with their knowledge and quality of their work.

BRAVO! Excellent workmanship. The technician first observed and assessed the problem, described the solution and without hesitation performed the work. Having a faucet running hot water and being unable to disconnect even by the central cut off valve was frightening and very costly. I was amazed as I was told of the simplicity of the problem and it's solution. I am now worry free. It was fine. They were very pleasant. I have nothing negative to say about them. He was friendly and courteous. He was very quick to call back and schedule it. It was a good experience. I think we would consider them for future plumbing needs.

David was the plumber that came out from Woodbridge Plumbing. He was extremely professional and what I liked was since I was moving and had to fix the shut off valves I didn't want to spend a lot to have to move the pipe and valves. He suggested one shut off valve instead of 2 (there is no code) and that would help save me money. I never would have thought of this and I really appreciated his help and honesty in creating a great solution. He then winterized the pipes and made sure everything was okay before he left. I will use them again when/if I need a plumber.

Mike gave me an estimate of how long it would take to fix and its approximate cost. He came very close to the estimate, In fact, he came a little under, when the senior discount is taken into account. I was particularly impressed with how professional he undertook his job. Methodical, no-nonsense, straight forward, speedy, and friendly are the ways I would describe his work. It was a two-day job because I needed time to repair the wall after the work was done and before the dishwasher was put back. The plumbing firm allows continuation of job, without charging the usual 1/2 hour minimum time. I was happy about that. About the only problem was when Mike indicated he would be bringing a colleague next day for training. I didn't think much of it, but I was dumbfounded when I discovered that I was charged for 15 minutes ($ 28) for a second plumbers time. I really could not see why the second plumber's time was charged to me, if it was training. I was not given the option of turning it down, when proposed, nor was I told that I would be charged.. So, I feel this was unreasonable, and, perhaps, unjust. In any case, the work was done well, and under cost. I was thankful enough. Job done, good work, reasonable overall cost.

Scott arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and did it in 45 minutes. He cut off the old shut off valve, turned the main water off at the street and replaced the valve with a quarter turn ball valve. Works great. I was very impressed with his expertise and professionalism. Will use Woodbridge Plumbing in the future.

It seemed the fitting on the hot water knob and fitting were stripped and the water couldn't be turned on. I called Woodbridge Plumbing because they were close by and I wanted to get the issue fixed while my son was home. They first came out on 30 Dec. The office employees were very helpful and kind. The plumber was on time and was quick....less than 30 minutes. When I got home I saw that one of the stems stuck out longer than the other....although it did work, it looked bad. I called and they sent another plumber right out the same day and fixed my issue. It ended well....I was a happy customer.

Plumber did a great job fixing the leak. He was very professional and did the job in a very short amount of time. I use this company (Woodbridge Plumbing) any time I have plumbing problems and they are always quick, professional and they get the job done. They also are very reasonable with their rates.

in the drain in the shower but he said it wasn't. It had something to do with the tile. He did a temporally fix. He seemed very knowledgeable and was efficient. He got right to it and checked it out.

Trae from Woodbridge Plumbing arrived at my home on schedule. Trae was professional and went over a brief rundown of the job. After showing Trae what I needed done and the location, he immediately got to work. To no fault of his own he wasn't prepared for the amount of copper needed to install the water heater due to the inlet being at the bottom of this hybrid water heater rather than the traditional inlet / outlet at the top of a water heater. Trae was very apologetic and was back in no time with the supplies to do the job. I had asked Trae to do a basic condensation drain line punched through the wall and I would DIY the project on my own and run the drain to the outside (as I do not have a sump pump / in house drain in my basement. Here is where Trae's service, craftsmanship and quality really came into play. With those directions, he still took the time to properly run the condensation line through the wall and to the outdoors displaying the quality and standards that I have come to know from Woodbridge Plumbing. Trae should be commended for his service and is a true craftsman for Woodbridge Plumbing, Inc. Both times I have hired this company the quality has been top notch and this time the customer service and quality far exceeded my expectations. I recommend them to anyone in the D.C./NOVA area.

Last week on 10-27-2014, I called Bradford White for an authorized representative for resale and service. I was given Duhart information as the Virginia agent and they referred me to Woodbridge Plumbing. My home has a 10 year old Bradford White that was working like a charm. Bradford White informed me you could get nearly 20 years with their brand. That?s why I wanted to remain with Bradford White. Since I live on the second level in a condo, I needed a pan under the hot water heater the old pan was broken. I called Woodbridge Plumbing and asked if they were Bradford White resellers and if they had any Bradford White?s on hand. The lady who scheduled me answered yes. I explained, I was interested in getting a new hot water heater but really just needed a new stainless steel pan for the existing one. She gave me quotes on replacement of the hot water heater and just replacing the pan. Replacement was a flat fee and replacing the pan was an hourly rate. The service tech kept disappearing and at one point, I had to call Woodbridge Plumbing to find out where the guy went. He had another tech join him. Well, four hours later my unit was put back in he was replacing my release valve without asking or explaining to me why. There was a burning smell and the tech disconnected the control unit to find burning wires. At this point, I felt frustrated and opted for replacement of the hot water heater. He started to explain they had State hot water heaters. I asked for Bradford White and he explained they are no longer resellers of Bradford White. I told him what the lady in the office had told me and he began to called several other resellers to see if anyone had Bradford White to no avail. I feel taken advantaged in several ways. I feel the tech was monkeying around with my hot water heater. Secondly, Woodbridge Plumbing misrepresented themselves as Bradford White resellers. I am a home warranty customer of Michaels and Son. But I did not use them because they use State and AO Smith. I wanted to stay with Bradford White.

Dave (Technician) came and checked different areas of the house for smells and even suggested that they come back and do a peppermint test (putting liquid peppermint in drain pipe on roof). He spoke w/his company and advised them of his findings and they said, the peppermint testing was not needed. He suggested another company to check for mold in my air ducts. I had work done on the HVAC and we have had the odor since that time. He replaced the broke toilet handle.

Outstanding! This is the first time I've used Woodbridge Plumbing and can't tell you how pleased I am with their operation from making the appointment to signing the check for the services rendered. My use of their service was based upon their Angie's List ratings and my son's recommendation. I've used a number of local plumbers over the year (several I selected from Angie's List) and Woodbridge is by far the best I've hired to date. It's hard to believe the price differential I received in getting quotes for this job. Some were extremely high for the same work. It's important when getting plumbing as well as electrical quotes to ask how the company charges for their work (hourly versus task work). By asking I saved a considerable amount of money for this work and in return was provide quality work by a top notched plumber (David). I highly recommend Woodbridge Plumbing and would hire them again in a heartbeat.
