Leroy asked whether the height of the clean-out needed to be adjusted to prevent future mishaps. He repaired the PVC pipe, lowered it so that the top of the pipe was below grade, replaced the pipe cap of PVC with cast iron, filled in the area excavated appropriately, checked to verify that I was satisfied with the job.

We called Woodbridge Plumbing after reading the very positive reviews on Angie's List. We started hearing noises when using our kitchen sink (coming from the plumbing) but could not figure out what the issue was. James from Woodbridge Plumbing showed up promptly at 8 AM (for our 8 AM - 11 AM appointment window). He was extremely professional and polite and quickly diagnosed and remedied the issue and provided a sense of what the work required on our master bath would entail. I had mentioned that I learned about their company through Angie's List when I called to schedule (on a Monday and they were able to come in by Wed which was great). Upon completion of the work I wrote a check for the service but James noticed my Angie's List discount was not on there (in this case $10). They are so honest, we just received a $10 check in the mail to give us the money back. My husband and I were so impressed that we found an honest company to work with.

It went super! The plumber arrived, went right to work, and completed both tasks. He answered all of my questions. I notice that he used top quality materials (copper pipes, etc.) He also advised me on how to change the filter, and gave me a couple of tips on its use. I mentioned that I saw them on Angie's List and they gave me the list discount ($10.00). These guys will be my "go to" plumber for all future work.

Called the company in the morning and they had an appointment that evening. Courteous service and on time. No extended warranty service speeches at all. Would definitely hire them again for any plumbing needs.

Went fine; obviously didn't expect leak to persist, but Woodbridge was out quickly to fix. Not sure it was their fault or just the way my life has been going lately.

They arrived on time, did the work and were pleasant.

Their plumber James arrived on time. James removed the old rusty sink and base taking it with him when he left. He capped the water lines and pushed them through the floor. He tore out the drywall behind the sink, removed the visible PVC and capped the drain. James then checked his work, carefully cleaned up and left. James was courteous, friendly and professional.

All I can say about this company is that they did a very good job. I have been using them for at least five or six years and they have been very good. The quality of their work is excellent and I would use them in the future again. I cannot remember what they charged me on that occasion.

Outstanding! 45 minutes of work on two toilets. Polite, on time very competent. Very professional. I had to take 2 full days off of work for the other company, and ruin a Saturday and Sunday for the same toilet! Woodbridge Plumbing resolved it in 45 minutes.

Excellent. Arrived on time, worked efficiently, neatly, and confidently. Had all materials and parts for the job. Was extremely courteous and professional. I thought I would need new outside faucets, but didn't. There were other low-cost ways to fix the water leak problem.

Showed up on time. Professional. Great price. Tried to clear drain from shower but did not work. Cut through PVC drain in laundry room. Took about 10 minutes and drain was cleared. Actually the drain is probably broken but instructed how to clear in future if backup occurs again. How about that for money saver. Only one thing negative - My wife was not thrilled with the cleanup. She had to clean up after the tech. It was not that bad though except it was in laundry room. Nasty black stuff she called it. Gave senior citizen discount so cost was less than originally quoted.

Vendor sent defective parts. Instructions looked easy, but defective parts made the job extremely difficult. Finally got the system installed and working properly. John and Josh did an outstanding job in overcoming the difficulties caused by vendor's defective parts. John and Josh arrived on time, worked diligently and, when project was finished, the work was beautiful. They did a thorough, detailed job and did it very, very well. Definitely will have this company back for any other plumbing work that needs to be done on my home. NOTE: Price higher than estimate but this was because of completely unforeseen issues with parts supplied by vendor.

They did a great job! The person who came out to do the estimate was on time and professional. He answered my questions and offered information to make sure I was clear on what would happen. The crew that came out to do the work was professional and knowledgeable (I asked more questions)! They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job fixing the lawn where the trench had to be dug. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. If I should need a plumber again, I'll call them first.

We were able to get an appointment the next day and we needed a lot of different little projects done. I thought I would try to get someone to do it all in one visit, and the technician was agreeable to that. I had lots of questions and he was patient in explaining everything to me. All the work was done in less than two hours and I felt the bill was reasonable for the amount of projects covered.

The company really impressed me: the day before, they called to reconfirm the appointment and to ask if, instead of arriving at 7:45, they could arrive at 8:30 due to a company meeting being called; since my tile guys were due to arrive around 8, Woodbridge Plumbing immediately agreed to keep its original time and arrived promptly. They called in the evening to see how the new flooring was going and returned to my residence at 4:30 when the flooring had been laid. Again, they were prompt, polite, and more than willing to work around my schedule, also having scheduled me for an early appointment the next morning in case the flooring was not completed on time. And when the crew returned at night, they had 3 men in case the stove had to be moved out onto the new flooring so it could be protected. Fortunately, the stove did not have to be moved out but the crew was prepared.

Office representative was very professional and gave us a cost estimate over the phone (which I was unable to get from many of the companies I called). Work was scheduled the day I called. Workers were on time and professional. Cost seemed fair based on similar work we've had done in the past.

Servicemen have always been on time and courteous. In one case, a plumber came out late on an emergency call and make a quick fix but didn't charge the ''after hours'' fee. In another case, the plumber realized that the job was going to take a while, so he called another employee to help so it would be finished more quickly.

THEY DID GOOD WORK. THEY WERE ON TIME AND THEIR ATTITUDES WERE APPRECIATED. I WAS ABLE TO TAKE A DECENT SHOWER AND BATH LATER ON THAT DAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO SOMEONE ELSE.

THE WORKERS THAT CAME DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THE EMPLOYEES LOVE THEIR BOSS AND TALKED VERY HIGHLY OF THEM. I RECOMMEND THEM AS WELL. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.
