They came very highly recommend. They were very prompt and always on time. On the first day, the company had to cancel due to sickness. On the second day they came out to do the work, they were very polite and courteous. They explained everything to me so I did not feel like I was getting ripped off.

My 1/2 bath pedestal sink was incorrectly installed by a rogue contractor, therefore, it was leaking and unusable. Woodbridge Plumbing sent a competent plumber who installed a necessary part and fixed the sink in merely 30 minutes. I am very happy with this company because of the plumber himself; he was very professional, thorough in his explanations and he wasted no time trying to rack up the fee. I am considering this company to repair the mounting of this sink and a bathtub.

This was simply an outstanding experience. Most of the repairs were routine but the faucet outside was a type of faucet that is no longer available. Instead of suggesting a replacement that would have required cutting it off from the inside (and cost more!), the plumber fashioned a part himself and it works beautifully. He was very pleasant and efficient.

Woodbridge Plumbing arrived on time, reviewed the cracked drainage pipe, provided me an estimate, and then repaired the pipe. The service man was very courteous, prompt and the work was excellent. The price was within the estimate. The service man also called the next day to ensure that everything was fine. I really appreciate the prompt and customer-oriented service that Woodbridge Plumbing provides.

I called them and they called me right back and came the next day. I thought they were very reasonable. They were professional and personable. They got the work done quickly.

They had a very good price. They did what I asked them to do. The worker was very friendly and helpful. He showed up on time to do the work. He called when he was on his way over to my house.

The CEO, Tommy Wood came out personally to do the estimate. Having been warned by the water company representative that I should expect to be taken advantage of by whatever plumber I hired due to the extensive work required, I was relieved by the estimate and gratified that he made it to my house within two hours of my initial call. He had a crew out early the next morning and we had water again by the end of the day despite the hot weather, the extremely rocky soil conditions and the fact that they had to tunnel underneath the sidewalk. I was concerned that the extra time required to get the job done would drive up the price precipitously, but when I talked to Mr. Wood again he said "We're an honest company and we charge an honest price, you go put your feet up and relax, we will stay within our quote;" and he did. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

Except for high cost everything went well.

The repairman was on-time, friendly, and complete. Where there was more than one way to fix a problem, he gave me the options, the pros and cons, and the relative prices. His advice was sound and sincere. He double-checked his work which caught a problem that had been overlooked initially.

I thought their work was very good. I called them on Tuesday and they came out Thursday during the time they had specified. They provided me with an accurate estimate. They did exactly what I asked them to do and I am satisfied with their work.

I called at 10:30 and they were at the house by 11:20. I thought they will have to cut the dry wall to fix the drip inside the house but they fixed it without touching the dry wall. They did all the necessary work within 40 minutes. This company's customer service has has been very good for the 20 years I used them.

Requested a quote for replacement of a garbage disposal unit and the gentleman on the phone asked several questions and made recommendations before I have the disposal replaced. I decided to replace it and was informed of all costs up front. I asked if service could be done same day and they showed up 1 hour later. It was also very nice that they called to let me know they were on their way. The repair men were nice, business-like, and answered my questions easily. They only took 20-30 minutes to complete the job, clean up after themselves and run several tests to make sure things were working properly. I'm very satisfied with the service I've received and would call again for quotes and service.

The company was very responsive, scheduled an appt w/in two days. David was professional and efficient. He had to work around two other contractors who were at our house. We felt the quality of the work was high. I liked that he didn't just come to do the job exactly as described, but also was inclined to help us puzzle through and diagnose the sources of other suspected leaks. Re: price, it's hard to comment. It was a lot of money, but we have no basis for comparison. However he was there for about 5 hours, if that helps other prospective clients judge the cost. One note: The company had not given David an accurate work order. When he showed up he thought he had only one faucet to install. Nevertheless, he stayed until the work was done.

The toilet in the powder room was cracked when something accidentally fell on it. This was an older toilet which used many gallons of water but of course it was to be replaced by a 1.6 gallon model. I wanted to replace it with a Toto but after several discussions with Scott at Woodbridge plumbing he determined that the shut off valve for the water supply would be in the way and would have to be moved. I didn't want to do that since it required cutting into the wall and ruining the wallpaper. After some additional research I decided on the Gerber toilet. Scott did some research on his end and determined this one would fit without moving anything. He ordered the toilet and one week later a gentleman came and installed it. He did an excellent job and was very neat and careful. I would highly recommend this company. They were very helpful even before I hired them. Just so you know, the toilet was pricey, hence the reason for the rather high cost to have this done.

The company showed up on time and the plumber was very knowledgeable and experienced. He used an 80 ft router to clear the clog though the kitchen was only about 6 months old. The subcontractor who had put the kitchen in was not able to resolve the problem so I was very happy that Woodbridge Plumbing did. The plumber also confirmed to me that the problem was not venting and that the pipes had many twists and turns and would require a good flush once a month. He put plastic sheet now which was appreciated. One thing that I forgot to do was to put down a heavy cloth as the machine he used moved around a bit because of the vibration of the motor. As a result, there were small indentations (not noticeable) on the wood floor.

Mr. James Hemphill and his assistant did an outstanding job. He showed up on time in the morning, inspected the proposed work, explained what needed to be done and told me he needed an assistant to help with the pipe replacement. He returned in the afternoon promptly with the assistant and completed all the work by 5:00 pm. Work was done in a clean and safe manner and all trash and excess materials were removed before they departed.

I like them very much. They always send out two technicians on large jobs like this, which helps everything go smoothly. Their dispatcher is very good as well. When they replaced the main shut-off valve, they also added new copper pipe. They modified the vent as well to accommodate the new tank and valve. I don't think I would have received this attention to detail from other companies. They are courteous, listen well, and answered my questions. They even took off their shoes and laid down a tarp to do the work.

Scott was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. His work was done efficiently and neatly.

We called Woodbridge Plumbing at 6:45 in the morning because it was raining in our laundry room! They had a technician at our house by 8:25 am. Mike was wonderful. He spent the next three hours testing pipes, tracking down pinhole leaks and repairing them. He even found one we weren't expecting inside a wall in an upstairs bathroom. He was polite, friendly and professional through the whole job. On his way out he fixed a leaking outdoor faucet in about five minutes. He did a great job and thankfully, nothing else has sprung a leak.

Plumber arrived on time. Was courteous and friendly. He understood what was needed when I showed him the job. (Not a complicated replacement, but uncomfortably cramped). He had the needed tools and parts, and completed the repair in about 1/2 hour. I paid by check and got a discount for mentioning the List.

Woodbridge Plumbing did a great job for us. The individual who was scheduled ran into something that would have caused him to be late. He was very prompt in calling to let us know that he would be late. Once he arrived, he was very knowledgeable about the repairs. He completed the requested items quickly and efficiently. Additionally, we thought the costs were also were very reasonable.

The plumbers were on time and completed the job efficiently in 1 hour and 15 minutes. They took time to explain the features of the new heater and how to care for it and when they left my basement was as clean as it was when they arrived. I would highly recommend this company. I also liked the fact that I gave the contractor the model number of my old unit and he provided a quote over the phone for the new unit that was reasonable and installed it within 2 days of my request even though he had to order the heater I wanted.

The faucet had seized over the years so it was hard work. The gentleman that came out showed early and I appreciated that. Their prices were very reasonable and they did a good job of getting in and out and getting the job done. I would highly recommend them to others.

When we got home we had water dripping from the 2nd floor to the basement. When we realized that the valve was spraying we called for an emergency service call (called around 11 pm). They had an answering service so I didn't have to leave a message (a plus). Robert then called me to confirm the call and the price, then let me know that he was on his way and when he would arrive. He was here within the time frame provided. Robert was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. He explained what had happened and what he had to replace. He also explained what I needed to keep and document if I wanted to claim any damage for insurance purposes. Everything was fixed within about 15 minutes. This was a great experience!
