called in the morning and they were able to come the same day. It wasn't an emergency call as the tub had been dripping for a while. They came and fixed the faucet on the tub and asked before they replaced the faucet with a new one. They also fixed a running toilet. Both of those were the original reason for the call. Since they were there, my husband asked them to fix an outside faucet too. Both men were very professional at all times. They came in and went right to work and completed the job quickly and efficiently. my husband also asked them about the hot water heater and whether they thought we could get another year out of it. We now know that it will have to be replaced sooner rather than later but at least we know who to call. Very impressed with the work and would recommend them to others.

It was so-so. They didn't use all the new parts, he left one of the old parts and it didn't match exactly so it started leaking. I didn't call them back, I just called another company to come and fix it.

I called in the early in the afternoon for an appointment because a toilet was rocking back and forth and emitting an odor and they said they would send someone out either that afternoon or the next morning. A plumber came that same afternoon and clearly explained the problem to me and explained why it had happened. The wax seal was damaged and the smell was from sewer gas. He fixed it on the spot. I was very impressed by his customer services skills and the quick service.

They gave me a discount because of Angie's List. They are excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough in both the way they showed up because it was sort of an emergency call. This is the second time we've used them. Their work is very good. They do not waste any time while doing work. I don't think they rush through it. They don't care their bill. The people who come out are very pleasant to deal with. Their work quality is excellent. They are very responsive if you call up with an emergency. Last time I had a little pinhole leak in one of my copper pipes and within two hours we had a guy out here to fix it. It was fixed quickly and very well. They worked well with their schedule so that I didn't have to deal with out of hour service. Their work was very good. They fixed the toilet and replaced the back. They checked to clean out above the go between my house and the main sewer. I will not only use this company but I would recommend this company. They are excellent. They are very honorable company. We had dealings with them years ago on a project that our regular plumber didn't do. Our regular plumber retired and now we just had to make these guys to be our regular plumber. The work they do is good and they back it up. I've never had a bad one with Woodbridge. I called them a little late and they got me fit in.

I purchased a new toilet for $99 because the old toilet was leaking. My handyman took out the old toilet and put in a new one for $100 in labor cost. He said there was a part that was still broken and I may want to call a regular plumber. I called Woodbridge Plumbing. The person at Woodbridge Plumbing explained that the part that held the toilet to the floor was broken. I asked if it was necessary. He said the toilet could eventually wobble enough to cause another leak. I said to go ahead and fix it. I was charged $18.35 for parts, not at all expensive. I was charged $370 for labor and $15 for travel. $185 per hour for labor. Not bad. I now have an extremely expensive $99 toilet. I think we should all quit our jobs and become plumbers.

Woodbridge Plumbing Inc is an honest company that does excellent work. They arranged a time that was convenient, came when they promised, called first as they promised, didn't make a mess, and the gentleman that came could have charged me for more work than needed without my knowing better. I thought I had a leak in the bathroom trap pipe, but he was honest and only tightened the connection directly under the sink. He also could have charged me for replacing gaskets in the faucets to the outside, but he was honest and tightened the compression fittings (no gaskets to replace). He offered but didn't push replacing the garbage disposal that was leaking, and instead we agreed together that I would replace the disposal under its warranty and have him come back to install it. Overall, the total bill was a bit less than the low end of the estimate I received on the phone. All contact with this company has been wonderfully polite, professional, and honest. I plan on using them whenever I have a need for a plumber. Thanks Angie!

The two young men were very knowledgeable and professional when describing the root of the problem in my bathroom. I was impressed how quickly this issue was resolved. I would certainly use them again for my plumbing needs.

Based on my description of the problem, the company thought the plumbers might have to work on the main sewer line into my home. But when the plumbers arrived and assessed the problem, they didn't think that would be necessary. They used a snake to clear the pipes and the cost was well below the estimate given over the phone. The workmen were very friendly, and when I asked them for advice about a faucet leak they told me exactly what I needed to fix it and offered to come back for a low continuation fee. After mentioning to them that I was an Angie's List member, they offered to void my check and let me write another one with a discounted price. But I thought they were so efficient that I said that would not be necessary.

I was pleased with the quote process and may have them do the work.

Overall, the experience was good. They did very good work. I thought they were a little pricey, but the plumbers were courteous and arrived on time. I'm happy with their services.

We thought we needed an outside tap replaced -- it was not an emergency but they still were able to come out the morning after we called them. The work was estimated at 160.00 to 250.00. Mike, the technician, showed up on time and found an easier, simpler solution. He was able to make the repair to both front and rear faucets as well as fix the water pressure in one shower, all for less than the original estimate to just repair one faucet. He even showed us how to make the same change in a second shower if we want it in the future. Will definitely be using them again in the future should the need arise!

My 84 year old father needed the aforementioned repairs, so I contacted Woodbridge Plumbing, Inc. They gave us an appointment for the same day, and arrived even earlier than promised. My father said that the representative was punctual, polite, professional, and did a great job of doing the repair work. They gave my dad the Angie's List discount, which is certainly important for a senior citizen on a fixed income. My dad is very happy with the quality of their work, and we would hire this company again. Thanks, Woodbridge Plumbling!

Scott arrived on time in the morning and started immediateley. He fixed he shower first. He unscrewed the showerhead from the wall and applied plumbers tape to the threads. The faucet was replaced leak free. Even though he had to work through loud noises overhead (from the flooring project), Scott completed the installation of the valves and the respective soldering of the basement pipes quickly and effectively. The entire project was successfully completed within an hour. Great work.

The experience was great. The technician was very professional in his manner and answered all my questions. He was also very courteous in slipping on shoe covers so that his work boots didn't tread across my carpet.

After the heavy rains the second of my two sump pumps died and I spent most of the night turning on and off a portable sump pump until the water maintained a level that would not flood the basement. I called another plumber and was told that they could not get to my house until Monday (this was Thursday and more rain was expected). I looked on Angie's List and found Woodbridge Plumbing at about 9:15 AM. Called them and they said they would be out between 1 and 4. Turned out the workers finished another job earlier than expected and arrived about 12:15. They replaced the two pumps with two heavier duty ones and finished up by 1:30. The workers were very professional and knew what they were doing and made sure that they cleaned up what LITTLE mess they made. Was very pleased and will call again for other future work.

On March 21, I turned on my outside water valves and one of the exterior pipes had burst. I checked Angie?s list and noted that Woodbridge Plumbing was reasonably priced and did small jobs. I called and their employee discussed cost and time frame for coming to repair the pipe and a toilet that needed repair to its tank fittings. The jobs were completed in an hour the following day. The plumber gave me some tips on how to avoid frozen pipes and was very courteous.

We have well water and experienced a water tank failure. I placed an emergency call to Woodbridge Plumbing. The call was answered very promptly and the service person asked if the tank itself had failed or the piping into the tank had failed - because if it was the tank, he would have been unable to replace it until the next day (as he did not have tanks with him). Because we couldn't tell, we chose to wait for a regular service call the following day. It turned out to be the tank, so his diligence saved us a wasted emergency call. The following day, the plumber showed up and replaced the tank - we are again happily showering, flushing and doing all the other things running water accommodates!

They were excellent. They were top notch. I rate them high overall.

Scott Ecklin came within the scheduled window. I had to shorten the window that morning due to an emergent doctor's appointment, and Scott was flexible and able to manage it. He checked two other concerns that were determined to not need service. This was our second service from WP. We will definitely use them again.

I had a water main leak near the crock/meter at the street. Water was gushing into the street at my expense, and it had saturated the yard, so time was of the essence. Scott came out the day after we called and was very punctual. He was very nice and professional. Because his firm doesn't do underground pipe replacement, he was only able to give me an estimate for a repair. The repair involved busting up the public sidewalk next to the main, putting in a new section of pipe, and restoring the public sidewalk. The estimate was about $3400. Another firm gave me an estimate of $3800 for replacing the entire length of pipe running from the main to the house, so I decided to go that route instead. Even so, I highly recommend Woodbridge Plumbing.

We think very highly of them. We've been using them for at least five years. We spent a lot and my husband keeps reminding me every time we use it. The equipment was expensive and they charged $250 for the labor. They were very honest. They have fixed our hot water heater previously. We had five or six plumbers come in to try to fix it and they kept lying to us and putting in different parts. Woodbridge came in and fixed it and they charged a very reasonable price. They have had multiple plumbers come out and each one has been really smart. They are very smart because we really know about the plumbing, water heater and gas heater and we knew if they were twisting things around and giving us a bunch of baloney. Their prices are good which is the bottom line.

I called on 1/13/11 to make an appt. The appt got scheduled for the next morning. David called before arriving and went right to work when he arrived on time. Very professional and personable. He got all items fixed that had shown up deficient on a pre-sale inspection report as well as a leak that we just noted. My evaluation with this company and David is exceptional! Would highly recommend them to anyone! All in all took a little over an hour. I was very pleased with every aspect of David and Woodbridge plumbing overall!
