Absolutely wonderful! My plumber (Jamie) was prompt, professional, and friendly; he diagnosed the problem, explained what needed to be done, and completed the work in a timely manner. One of the great qualities of Woodbridge Plumbing is customer service: the dispatchers and office staff are always kind and helpful, and Jamie takes the time to answer questions and explain exactly what work is necessary, and why! I would recommend them to anyone (and have).

This work was done at my daughter's house. I referred them to her when she had a water leak over the Christmas holidays. They had to come multiple times to find the problem. Always on time and professional and priced very fair. Have used them for many years and have always received great service . I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Jaime came to my home on schedule, introduced himself and asked me to describe my plumbing problem. He listened patiently, did some investigating and diagnosed it correctly as a stoppage, then went to his truck for tools, returned and fixed the toilet, all in about 30 minutes! He is professional, courteous and friendly, explaining everything he was doing during the service call, and answering any questions I had. He was also careful of furnishings and cleaned up the area upon completion of his work. I won't hesitate to call Woodbridge Plumbing again, and will gladly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

He showed up on time and went right to work trying to diagnosis the issue, which turned out to be an improperly installed toilet. He did a minor fix to try and solve the issue but told me if we still had a leaking problem they would have to come back and replace the waste drain connection. Very courteous and professional. I wish I had used them before for other plumbing issues!

Extremely well. The company sent two very professional, pleasant plumbers, on the early end of my appointment window. They identified a less significant problem than I had anticipated -- the main sewer line that runs under my front yard to the street was clogged. The gentlemen went about snaking out the line and after about an hour, all the water in my basement whooshed down the drain. Altogether an excellent experience. I recommend Woodbridge Plumbing highly.

They had to replace to fill valve and the fluid master. He included a senior citizen's discount.

The leak in our master shower was more serious than we thought and it took a couple visits to find and fix the problem (some testing and modification was required). The hallway bath faucet/drain connection was pretty straightforward. Trae was the plumber on all the calls and did an excellent job. We were really impressed with Trae and Woodbridge Plumbing and the price was less than we expected it would be. Woodbridge Plumbing was recommended to us by a family member, and they did not steer us wrong... I will definitely recommend Woodbridge Plumbing to our friends and neighbors.

The work was done which improved the flow of our plumbing, however the reason for the call - the smell never went away. We determined 8 months later the smell was due to backed up Orangeburg pipes when our water overflowed into our basement. We did not hold a grudge against Woodbridge Plumbing for the $2,450 work done that didn't diagnose the Orangeburg issue or fix the smell problem. There was miscommunications between the service tech, and a final bill was sent when we were told we weren't going to be charged. Since then, we've tried to schedule simple work and then told they can't work because of this problem. We did not hold a grudge because they didn't know the Orangeburg pipes were causing the backup smell at the front of the house where the smell was located. We liked working with Scott, but the owners had determined to deny service to our home even after their error.

She was able to get a Plummer on sight within 24 hrs. Trae, the Plummer assigned the job, was prompt, professional, and very patient with me. He took his time ensuring I understood what options were to resolve the issue. He was done within an of his arrival. He cleaned his work area thoroughly. I will definitely use this team again.

It only took about 10 minutes to do. He was very efficient. I called in the morning and they showed up in the afternoon.

Trae showed up at exactly 8:00 for the 8:00 - 10:00 AM appointment, which was terrific, since I was taking annual leave so I could be home to have the repair done. We have a water pipe on our deck that the previous homeowner installed. It is in a very convenient location, but was originally not installed very securely. It is just a thin wobbly pipe about 2 feet long coming up out of the deck and about 3 inches away from the house wall. We were afraid that it might break and since the faucet was dripping and needed replacing, we asked Woodbridge Plumbing to come in and replace the faucet and tack down the pipe. Trae did a much better job that I expected, by putting a curve in the the pipe to bring it closer to the wall, before tacking it to the wall and adding a nice high-quality faucet. It didn't take him more than an hour. We are very happy and it was well worth the price to get that nagging worry off of our minds. Thanks, Trae!

The plumber show up when they said they would. Trea did excellent job. in removing and replacing the toilets. He left no debris from replacing the toilets and took the old ones with him.

The company was very responsive and scheduled an appointment for early the next morning. The technician was very helpful and fixed the problem in less than an hour.
