They came and fixed the problem for a very nominal fee; it was an emergency. They have done beautifully for me and I am sold on them. I will use them again in the future.

The plumber arrived on time and performed the job in a timely and professional manner. He was very friendly and very good with our pet. I will definitely use this company again.

They came in on a Saturday about 6 or 7 pm. We were in dire need because our ceiling was failing down from the burst pipe. They were responsive and couldn't have gotten here quicker if they had tried. The fellow we've used for years and years did not come. When I finally got hold of them, they were having a holiday party so we were not happy. We had never used Woodbridge before. The gentleman that came was very cordial and professional. He did the work in record time and was on his way. We will most definitely use them again.

He could have just sold us a new water heater, but he was honest and just replaced the valve. His prices were very reasonable.

Waste disposal unit stopped working after dinner. I called Woodbridge Plumging, Inc. the next day and scheduled a visit at my convenience the next day. I called Woodbridge Plumbing because I had a positive experience with them earlier this year regarding clogged drains. The technician arrived well within the timeframe scheduled, checked the waste disposal unit. and determined that it needed to be replaced. We discussed options and the one I selected needed to be brought to the house (I was appraised of that before I made the decision). He indicated that he thought it would arrive by the time he removed the old one, which turned out to be accurate. The entire project was completed in less than 90 minutes. This is the second time I have used Woodbridge Plumbing, different technicians responded and in both cases I was very satisfied with the process, professionalism and outcome.

They handled it, as the same water line had been broken again, but they fixed it and I give them an A across the board. I will continue to use them in future.

Woodbridge Plumbing was very prompt in scheduling, called before they were scheduled to arrive, and arrived within the window given. Work was completed quickly and the plumber cleaned up after working. The toilet was fixed, works better than ever, and with no more leaking! We were extremely pleased with the responsiveness of the company and the professionalism and quality of the work of the plumber, Michael. I called on Wednesday morning and they arranged to have a plumber come out in the afternoon, which surprised us since this was not an emergency call. Michael arrived within the scheduled timeframe and finished in just over an hour. He did a excellent job, which included thorough testing of the installed pump. We will definitely use Woodbridge Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

The service was outstanding from start to finish. The scheduler arranged to have the plumber come out the same day I called, and I was notified when the plumber was on his way, too. The plumber, Michael Branham, was punctual, very professional yet personable, and immediately set to work on the problem. The bolts holding the tank had completely rusted through because of improper installation, and all of the rubber gaskets and flushing mechanisms needed to be replaced in the tank, as well. He had all of the parts needed to make the repairs, and after installing everything, he took the time to assess how the replacement parts were working to make sure there were no drips or leaks, and also checked the other toilets to make sure no similar problem would occur. Michael carefully cleaned the work site, vacuuming up rust debris, and left everything in immaculate condition, and even took the trash with him. I highly recommend Woodbridge Plumbing, and would definitely ask for Michael: he is very knowledgeable, professional, and has a wonderful sense of customer service. He is a wonderful asset to the company, and clearly takes pride in his work.

For years, we had been putting off getting a dripping outside hose bib replaced because another plumber told us that the entire unit would have to be replaced. Usually, he said, they were hard to get off and often the pipe would be twisted such that piping inside the house would have to be replaced as well. This would mean cutting a hole in the drywall in the bedroom to get to the plumbing to ensure a leak didn't occur inside the wall. After hearing this, we decided the leak wasn't that bad. We're preparing to put our house on the market, though, and knew it needed to be fixed, so we looked on Angie's list and found that Woodbridge Plumbing had excellent reviews. When I called, an appointment was set up and I was told that a travel fee would be charged since we live in Springfield. Wasn't wild about that since we're only about 20 minutes away, but the good reviews, plus a coupon from Angie's list, made me go ahead. We were so happy with Mike's professionalism, promptness, knowledge, and people skills. He was personable, explained the problem and the fix, and quickly fixed the leak simply with a washer. He went above and beyond by neatly sealing everything to protect from the elements. About a week later, I noticed a drip in the basement at the cut-off for the outside bibs. Mike came and while I was fearing a total replacement involving cutting pipes, again he was able to stop the drip by cleaning and repacking the valve...$39. I've since checked into a couple of other companies on Angie's list and found that other companies were charging anywhere from $59-89 for a "service" call. That $22 travel fee seems like a sweet deal to me now! I've found Woodbridge Plumbing to be upfront, professional, timely, efficient, and honest. I'll continue to use this company and recommend it 100%.

Woodbridge Plumbing was responsive when I called, offering me an opportunity to schedule an appointment at a time that had just become available due to a cancellation. The plumber arrived promptly and exercised care to use the power-driven snake that was least likely to cause any damage to the drain line in our laundry room. The replacement of the section of pipe that was developing an imminent pinhole leak was more involved. Since the section of pipe being replaced may have contained some manufacturing defects, the plumber made two unsuccessful attempts to patch a smaller segment of pipe, both of which apparently failed because of additional corrosion on the inside to the pipe. However, he closely monitored the work each time we turned the water back on, and he had the perseverance to solve the problem by replacing the section of pipe from the pinhole leak all the way back to the last junction.

My kitchen sink was leaking into the cabinet underneath and I tried to replace a nut that was cracked, but couldn't get it screwed on so I called and they sent someone out the next day. The plumber replaced part of the pipe and the nut. A few days later I realized that it was still leaking. I called back and they sent someone out the next day and he replaced the sink basket too. He was apologetic and charged me only for the part, not for labor on the second visit. Both of the plumbers were professional and punctual. I was very happy with the service.

It went very well. He showed up when he said he would and found the problem in short order. The disposal hasot leaked since.

It went extremely well overall...They arrived on time, did an immediate estimate and told us what the repair would cost. We approved the estimate and they began the work. The repair took two hours. He showed us all the faulty materiel removed during the repair. When they finished they cleaned the work area and removed all debris. The repairman "Leroy" was extremely professional and courteous and stay withing his estimate of the cost for the repair. I would gladly use this service again. Thanks for a great service provider.

Called to have a sink drain repaired and to have a new sprayer installed on my sink. I had the parts. They made me a same-day appointment. I requested a call about a half-hour before they arrive. They called as requested. The work was done quickly and professionally. I am very satisfied with their work.

The whole experience was great! Before Jim (the plumber) arrived, I was given a call from the office to be sure I was still at the house. Jim arrived shortly after I recieved the call. He worked steadily and efficiently to complete the work and then cleaned up after himself. I am very happy with the service I recieved from Woodbridge Plumbing. It is easy to see how they have built such a great reputation over the years. Woodbridge has a simple forumla that so many companies have forgotten these days: hire good people, take good care of them, and always treat the customer well.
