In replacing the tank and bowl in the bathroom the hardware in the tank was not installed correctly so there was a leak at the connections. After a couple visits from the original plumber, time to get a second opinion. Woodbridge Plumbing came through and corrected the issue on short notice and on a Friday. We did not want to stress over a weekend of a leaky tank especially after spending several weeks struggling with home repairs. Leroy and Jim were professionals. The problem was identified and new parts installed. Jim left his business card and stated that the problem seemed to come from a flawed install. Also the original parts were not considered the best (manufacturers error). The Manager at Home Depot had suggested new parts and a new plumber to address the issue. Over the weekend an issue with the tank being loose was identified, A second call to Woodbridge Plumbing and yesterday Jim returned to finish off the task! FINALLY we are done with this project. What a relief to be able to contact a vendor and get such quick quality response. Will definately work with Woodbridge Plumbing when the kitchen upgrade is planned and scheduled. Peace of mind for this type of issue is priceless. Thank you Jim and Woodbridge Plumbing.

Nice people and very responsive. Worker was a pro. Cannot give an "A" rating because they still charged me an extra $80+ in "travel charges" even though I doubled the work. They should have waived the extra fee after I gave the guy an extra job.

Mr. Jim Fisher from Woodbridge Plumbing, Inc. arrived within 15 minutes of recieving the dispatch call. He assessed the problems and went right to work. Being a real professional, Mr. Fisher cleaned up and removed all the trash when finished with the job. The price was very reasonable.

I don't usually have a problem fixing a running toilet, but the one in my basement continued to run after changing out the flapper 3 times. To make matters worse, turning off the water supply to the toilet reavealed a leak in the knob in the off position. So either way, I'm losing water. Scott came out and immediately spotted the problem causing the constant running. It wasn't the flapper after all. It was the tube running into the fill tube. Apparently, it needed to be secured above the feed tube - not simply pushed down (quite a ways, as it turned out) into the fill tube. Scott corrected that and then swapped out my old style turn knob and replaced it with a much handier valve. Problems solved in 30 minutes. Scott didn't mind me hovering around and answered all my questions. Wonderful, professional & friendly service. Will definately use Woodbridge Plumbing again.

I received several estimates and Woodbridge Plumbing came in at 1/2 the price of most of the other quotes. They showed up on time and finished the repair in just a few hours. They had to dig a big hole but filled it all back in nicely and put all the sod back too. They were all business and very responsive to my questions and concerns. I highly recommend them.

Had a lightning strike on my property that put a pin hole leak in my gas pipe inside my house. Rusty and crew came out on a weekend and repaired the pipe and recommend several other changes to give me years of worry free gas operation for my home. When the gas company came back to restore gas service, a fitting needed repaired and they rushed right out and fixed it while the gas company was still here. These guys were amazing, I couldn’t ask for a more service oriented crew and company than Woodbridge Plumbing. These guys are true professionals and know their profession. I would recommend anyone use this company; great value, great service, and great outcomes!

I discovered the leak early in the morning, and called Woodbridge Plumbing right away, as I had used them before with great results, and I also knew they maintained an answering service for emergencies. After detailing my issue, the dispatcher called me not long after I spoke with the answering service to inform me that I had been placed on the schedule, and I was also given a timeframe for when the plumber would be able to arrive, and Michael phoned head to tell me that he was on his way. I would add that I had also requested Michael, because he provided such outstanding service the last time he was here, albeit for a different problem. Michael worked diligently and professionally to repair the leak, even cutting into the drywall with great care so that repairs to it would be easier. Despite the tight area (inside the vanity) in which he had to work, he got it done quickly and expertly, and tested everything to make sure the repair was solid and that there were no other leaks. The work area was in pristine condition, and it was a joy to be able to turn on the water supply to the house again. I have been so impressed by Michael's professionalism, not just in his technical skills, but also his extraordinary attention to customer relations. The quality of work is outstanding, and there is always the sense that the customer and his company's reputation are paramount. I highly recommend Woodbridge Plumbing and any of their commendable staff.

Leroy & Matt arrived during the window of time that we agreed upon. They introduced themselves and verified with me what job they were going to do at our house. They used protective footwear and laid plastic sheeting to protect the carpet. I was interested in watching the process of draining the water from the old water heater, and then removing and installing the new water heater. Leroy & Matt were happy to let me watch and ask questions. They were very pleasant to converse with. After the water heater job was completed (about 1 hr & 45 minutes), I asked them to connect the PVC pipes under the bathroom sink, as the new sink cabinet I installed did not line up with the existing pipes. After 15 more minutes, that job was complete as well. I was very happy with their service, and especially with their professionalism and courteousness. I would be happy to have them back to our house for any other plumbing need.

I liked everything about them. They were prompt on the telephone. They were prompt to get to my home. They were able to do the repair work quickly, in a timely fashion, and at a competitive cost.

I called after hours on a Friday (?) evening and he came over in about an hour... so I cancelled the plumber who was going to come the next day!

The outside water line broke when my husband was trying to remove a faucet that was leaking. The faucet had frozen onto the connector to the water line and broke right at the concrete wall where the line went into the house. Woodbridge Plumbing was very responsive and polite; they gave us a time frame in which to expect the plumbers, and called us about 30 minutes ahead of their arrival to alert us that they were on the way. The two plumbers, Matt and Greg, arrived promptly and were very professional; they even covered their shoes on entering the house. At first, they were looking at ripping out dry wall in the laundry room (behind the washer) to get to the line, but decided they could remove some of the concrete block at the outside site of the hole and get to the line that way to repair it. They did so, and then even plastered the hole around the new line and painted the wall (white). They also extended the line so that it ended at the edge of our deck instead of under it, where is was almost inaccessible by anyone over 4' tall. The extension was installed so that it is reachable when standing on the ground and also from the deck - allowing us to water deck plants very easily. They definitely went above and beyond, and were innovative about finding a way to make the repair with the least possible disruption to our house. We were very pleased with the work and the skills of Matt and Greg, and would definitely use Woodbridge Plumbing again.

My husband called the company around 9:00 in the morning and we were able to get an appointment for the same afternoon. Scott K. arrived at the beginning of his 3 hour appointment window, something I greatly appreciated. He was quite friendly and listened to my problems and concerns regarding my leaking toilet. He promptly gathered his tools from his truck and began his work. He was incredibly courteous and respectful of my home, being sure to put down newspaper to protect my new bathroom floor. He even went as far as to cut a small hole in the ceiling under the leaking toilet (I told him that was ok since we were replacing the drywall anyway) to make sure there was no more leak before he left. Very personable; we talked about everything from our aquariums and dogs to camping. I made sure to get his card before he left so that, if needed, we can use this company again.

The "top of the list" provider was booked until the following week, and I didn't want to go the weekend without a bathroom sink. We had someone there from WP within 4 hours. Because we are in Manassas there was a $15 "out of Woodbridge" charge, but they were up-front about that.The only criticism was that the plumber left a few scraps of plumber's putty around.On the plus size, we were charged wholesale for the parts (the good metal pop-up was 1/3 more at Lowe's.)

They were excellent in everything. I spent $200 the first time when I used them and both the times that I used them, the situations were different. They’re prompt, reasonable and professional. They did what I needed and a little bit more. There were no downfalls with them. They were great. I will use them again in the future.

I woke up to no hot water and called first thing in the morning solely based on Woodbridge Plumbing's positive A.L. reviews. The gentleman answering the phone was polite and made me an appointment between 3pm-6pm. I received a phone call at 3:30pm to say my technician was on his way. He arrived at 4:15pm and went right to work. My thermostat was dead and needed to be replaced. I thought the price was fair for same day service and for showing up on time. I liked that my technician, Mike, was friendly, knowledgeable, fluent in English and able to fix my problem within minutes. What more could you ask for?

I called Woodbridge Plumbing based on its good reviews on Angieslist. They were friendly on the phone and set me up with a timely person to come out for the estimate. The person doing the estimate quoted me $1375 for the work. I thought the price was high but I figured the sump pump must be expensive. The workers were about an hour or more late but that was likely not there fault since they said they got stuck on I-95 N. The workers did a good job. Everything works well and looks good. However, when I saw the bill I did not like what I saw. The workers said it took 4 hours to do the work. I'm not sure how it took that long but maybe they really did work for 4 solid hours. For their labor I was charge $800. Now I'm from middle America, but I am sure that price anywhere is ridiculous. I was also charged $36 for their travel time to my house. I think there business is about 20 miles from my house! I have never been billed for a companies travel time before. To me it looked like I was billed in a way that they could justify $1,375 as the final price even though that was not the "fair" price.

Scott Ecklin, with over 30 years of plumbing exprience was a true professional. He did the work in and excellent manner. He also cleared my garbage disposal without charge. He arrived on time and cleaned the work area when done. I will call Woodbridge, Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

They are honest, reliable, and fair. Their quality of work is awesome! Otherwise, we wouldn't keep calling them back. We will use them in the future.

When I called Woodbridge Plumbing they gave me an appointment time for the next day between 8 and 11. They called right at 7:45 the next morning and were there shortly after. Scott, our serviceman took care of our clogged toilet in no time. He was EXCELLENT. In the past I had service people who tried to scam us, or get us to do more work, that was not the case. He was professional, excellent and took care of the job in no time. I also thought their rates were incredibly reasonable. I plan on using them for a leaky shower faucet. I also intend on asking for Scott again! Thank you Woodbridge Plumbing.
