Our son observed a water leak originating from our basement ceiling while we were on vacation in South Carolina. He informed us and we called Woodbridge Plumbing. They fixed the leak quickly and professionally even though we were not at home.

Woodbridge Plumbing contacted me to let me know their plumber was on his way. He showed up about 15 minutes later (within the window provided when I scheduled the service). The guy was very polite and professional. He had some difficulty removing the old unit (it was original, and didn't want to come loose). But he worked at it until he could remove it. He then installed the new unit that I had purchased, verified that it worked (it did), and that no leaks were present (there were none). He did a great job, and it took less than 30 minutes. Will definitely continue to use Woodbridge Plumbing.

We had set up an appointment for Monday 8/5/13, but I was told on Friday (8/2/13) that if possible the plumber would call & come by on Friday-which he did. The work took aprx. 30 minutes, and he cleaned everything up when he had finished. I was very pleased with not only the plumber who came to my home, but also the pleasant customer service I received when I phoned them initially. It has become rare in my area to encounter people who are polite, even when they are at work! Woodbridge Plumbing is wonderful!! I will use them for any future needs & will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I got several quotes on a Thursday afternoon. I found one place cheaper, but they had some bad reviews. Woodbridge was able to make an appointment for Monday morning. They were on time and had all three toilets replaced in about three hours. Everybody I dealt with was friendly and professional. They gave me quotes on several levels of toilets and didn't pressure me into the most expensive. Although I ended up going with the most expensive after doing my own research. I will use them for any plumbing needs in the future.

The disposal replacement went smoothly, the plumber explained to me why the disposal was leaking and quickly replaced the unit without any problems. The outside bib will require replacement parts to be ordered and a return visit. I was telephonically contacted by the dispatcher to say the plumber was on his way. Scott arrived in a timely fashion. He was very professional and personable explaining everything to be done. I will definitely use Woodbridge Plumbing in the future.

We've used Woodbridge Plumbing for years. They are always prompt and efficient and the quality of their work has lead us to call them for all of our plumbing needs.

The appointment was scheduled for 8:30 ,on Tuesday morning, and the plumber (Jim) arrived at 8:15. I showed him the two areas of concern and provided details for each.To fix the leaky faucet in the kitchen, Jim dismantled the faucet controls and found that the cartridge and several "O" rings needed to be replaced. He had the parts on his truck and had the faucet fixed in short order. The problem with the comode was that the flapper in the tank did not always go down and or seal properly resulting in the water continuing to run. The filler valve was also not working properly. Jim replaced both the flapper and the filler valve which completely took care of the problem. This is the second time I have had Jim come to fix plumbing problems in my house. In each case I have been very impressed with his professional attitude as well as communicating the nature of the problem and what it would take to fix it. Jim gets right to the task at hand, cleans up the work area when he is done and answers any questions. I highly recommend Jim and Woodbridge Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

After numerous bad experiences with plumbing companies, I was dreading having to call a plumber. I called and explained the problem and the additional work I needed done (to actually make the fixes I paid another company to repair), and they sent someone out that day. He arrived on-time, was professional and completed all work in less than an hour. He explained that I would need to call the faucet manufacturer to get a part that was causing the kitchen faucet to loosen. Thank you Woodbridge Plumbing - needless to say, I will definitely use them again.

I tried to fix the bathtub faucet myself. I was impossible. The repairman from Woodbridge Plumbing arrived on time. He was very courteous. He quickly did the repair. I mentioned the continuous running toilet. He quickly saw the problem and fixed that to even though it was part of my original service request. This was the best repair experience I ever had.

We had an appointment with another company that was rescheduled twice. Contacted Woodbridge Plumbing on the morning of June 21st with a technician to arrive that afternoon. The technician arrived within an hour after the phone call and promptly replaced the garbage disposal.

Woodbridge Plumbing had come to fix a leaky tank on an old toilet in my 2nd floor bath a couple of times and it was finally concluded to replace it. They recommended a Toto in the beige to match my bath which was great. They removed the old one and installed the new one promptly and cleanly and I have had no issues with the toilet since. I even had another plumbing company who was servicing another toilet in my house recently go around checking all my toilets and he remarked that the Toto brand WP installed is a great product and was installed well and should give me little issue, which was nice to hear from another plumbing company.

This project sounded simple, but required considerable labor in order to move an existing gas line out of the way to a make room for a sliding door installation. The two Woodbridge Plumbing employees showed up on time, were extremely professional and courteous, cleaned up all debris, and did great work. This is not the first time I have used Woodbridge Plumbing for residential projects, and it won't be the last. They are a great company.

I had a small leak in my upstairs toilet that quickly turned ugly on Monday. I called Woodbridge Plumbing, based on the Angie's list recommendation, but they were already booked and were not able to schedule me before the next day. This was OK by me because I had a number of things to do on Monday. I managed the leak during the day by draining the tank and propping up the flow valve, but the shut off valve was not working (finally turned off the water to the house over night). Called Tuesday to see when I was scheduled - 2nd on the list, so should arrive around 10ish and they said they always call when worker is on the way. They called and Jim the plumber came right on time. Great guy - very friendly and determined the problem immediately. Fixed the first toilet so fast, I couldn't believe it (including installing a fill valve and flapper kit I bought). Gave me information on how to remove the faucet covers, so I can clean them and then went down and fixed the slow filling second toilet with just a seal - didn't need the second kit I bought. Also checked the water pressure for the whole house at my request. Jim was great!! I would definitely use Woodbridge Plumbing again. They were fairly priced (price was $154, but I got $10 off using their Angie's List coupon!! ;^) and did not try to make the problem larger than it was - went for the simple solution and Jim was very good at what he does.

Woodbridge Plumbing (WP) came in - on time and found the problem right away. Initially they thought it could be fixed by replacing a part in the faucet on/off handle (gasket). That was not the case because of where the leak in the handle was located. So WP said I would need a new faucet (handle) but that I should not go out and buy a new one because the existing one had a lifetime warranty and to call the company (Price Fister) to get the part. WP said to call them back on the same ticket once I received the part and they would come back out and install. Price Fister sent me a complete faucet set (as they would not just replace the handle) for free. I called Woodbridge Plumbing back, again they were on time, courteous, and informative. And the cost was minimal for what the work they had done. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing issues.

A gas leak was suspected and the two technicians that came to my home were very professional and readily found the source of the leak. Once discovered they were able to replace the malfunctioning valve in my heater. They kept me informed the entire time. They worked quickly but with thoroughness and diligence.

I have used Woodbridge Plumbing for many years and will continue to do so in the future. They are always on time and the staff they send are always courteous and efficient. The fees are, I believe, about average for this area. Even if they were higher, I would still use Woodbridge Plumbing. They are the best.

Mike showed up in only an hour after I made the call. He was friendly, professional and did a great job. My only regret is that I didn't mention that I found them using Angies list and get $10.00 off my bill. I will use Woodbridge Plumbing again in the future.

We have used Woodbridge plumbing on 3 different occasions. The first 2 were in fall of 2012 for a propane line leak in a gas fireplace. A young man Mike came and did emergency service on a Sunday with very minimal notice, and then came back during the week to finish the job. We cannot say enough about him, he was honest and direct with his summation of our situation and did service with great quality. Then we had copper plumbing leak in 4/2013. with same day service Mike B came and was very thorough and super kind and very professional, he was really great too and even gave my husband advice on other issues we had!!. We aren't sure if this is the cheapest company in the area because we don't care and haven't compared. We really appreciate Woodbridge plumbing for their timeliness and their professionalism, and personal service and would not use anyone else even if they were cheaper!!!!!!
