He called and said he was running ahead of schedule and was able to come about 45 minutes early. That was very nice. He checked the faucet, unscrewed the nozzle and cleaned out the screen (which I had tried to do, but was unable to). After that he checked a few other minor things I asked him to do, such as why the sprayer hose wasn't pulling all the way out. The water pressure was greatly improved, he answered all my questions and I found the entire experience very positive.

He spent the time necessary and was able to give the toilet a parallel to the wall appearance. He was on-time, friendly, neat, and didn't complain and try to convince us to change out the flange (which would have cost considerably more). I would send these guys to my mother's house.

Great service! Scott arrived on time and did an awesome job. He had to go in the crawl space and crawl to the front of the house to turn the water off. It's hard to find service providers that have no problem going in the crawl space and he is doesn't have any issues with that. He will be returning in the spring to turn the water back on and replace the rear hose bib which froze up. It was a great recommendation to replace that in the spring and avoid the chance of damage to it during the frigid weather we are having this year. Thanks again Scott and Woodbridge Plumbing!

We first used Woodbridge Plumbing to install a sump pump in 2011. They quickly became our go-to contractor for plumbing problems. Our most recent experience with Woodbridge Plumbing was when we called them to repair a leak from our bathoom tub that was dripping onto our family room ceiling. We had hired another contractor to remove and repair the spot on the ceiling, but once he opened the ceiling we realized the repair required a plumber to replace a broken pipe joint and a tub stopper unit. So we called Woodbridge Plumbing, but they told us that they didn't have any regular appointments available for two days, but they could do the work that evening as an emergency call. Since we wanted to get the work completed so the other contractor could finish the ceiling repair, we agreed to do it as an emergency call that evening between 6 and 9pm. However, around 3pm, we received a call from Woodbridge Plumbing saying they had a cancellation and if we would like, they could do the job during regular hours. They saved us a significant amount of money doing it as a non-emergency. And, as always, their plumber was courteous, knowledgeable, and provided superior service!

The technician did a terrific job. He was very professional and courteous. Because the company is in Woodbridge there was a trip charge coming to Stafford but it was well worth it. I will definitely use them again!

My washing machine was backing up into my utility sink and would often overflow. Woodbridge Plumbing was quick to respond to my call. The plumber arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was careful to cover the appliances and the floor to avoid a mess, and quickly got to work. Within an hour, my drain pipe was cleared and the problem solved. After everything was cleaned up, the plumber double checked the entire system to ensure it drained properly. I was very pleased.

Over the Christmas holiday the dishwasher started leaking on the kitchen floor. To remove the dishwasher, we had to turn off the hot water for the kitchen sink since they both shared the same shutoff valve. At that time, we also noticed that the U-trap under the sink was clued together and leaking. The whole setup did not look like it was up to code so I decided to call a plumber the day after Christmas to get some estimates. Woodbridge Plumbing was the only company to pick up the phone during the holiday season and provide a rough estimate over the phone. I left several messages with other companies (all of whom I found on angies list) and not one of them has ever returned my calls. They also were able to come out the next day if I wanted and since they had such good reviews I decided to give them a try. When I called back to make the appointment the gentleman informed me that they would charge a $15 transportation fee since they had to come from woodbridge to manassas. This extra charge was not mentioned when I called the first time and I don't live that far from them so I thought this was excessive. I also mentioned to him that it was not draining properly (due to possible airflow issue) and he said they would have to snake my drain for $180. I know it was not a clogged drain problem so I was concerned that they would be adding on things that I don't really need. They called ahead to let me know when they were arriving and David was on time. I explained to him the situation and he quickly got to work to fix the problem. I left towels for him to wipe up water and I was pleasantly surprised that he brought his own. I really like contractors that come prepared and make an effort to clean up. He also tightened the undermount soap dispenser and put the weight back on the pull out faucet. After the kitchen was done he quickly fixed our master bathroom toilet by replacing the wax ring and bolts that hold it to the floor. He also caulked around it and made sure it was flushing properly. The whole job took about an hour. I never did see the $15 added to the bill and he took off $10 for being an Angies List member. The only improvement that I could see them making is wearing something over their shoes when they come into the house. It rained quite a bit the day before they arrived and this tracked some mud into the kitchen and upstairs on the carpet.

Replaced water heater same day on New Years Eve. Went without hitch.

We came home from vacation at 800pm on a saturday to a pipe shooting water across the basement. We called Woodbridge Plumbing after hours line to come fix the pipe. We were told by the on call service to have them come out it would be ~$500.00. Reasonable, I think, for an after hours call on a weekend. Just coming back from vacation, we didn't really have that kind of money right off, so we asked about whether or not it was necessary. The operator explained he wasn't a plumber but he could connect us to the on call. When we were connected to Rusty, he asked us some questions and then walked us through checking a few things. He said that he thought after checking everything we could probably wait until regular hours resumed. (we got our water back on:)) Of course, if there were any problems he urged to call back. He saved us ~$500.00 temporarily. We will be calling on monday to set up an appointment during regular business hours.

We have used their plumbing services twice - once to repair the plugged toilet in our half-bath and to replace the flushing mechanism and valves in our basement bathroom toilet and the second time, to repair the plugged toilet in our second-floor bathroom. Their service is excellent! First of all, they always responded right away - providing same-day service. Even if their schedule was already full for the day, they would fit us in. The gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. They did excellent work and we have never had any more problems following their repairs. If needed, I will definitely seek their services again. The best plumber experience!! Great work, great price, good value. It was easy to get an appointment at a convenient time. We had Michael Ecklin come out. He could not have been nicer and seemed very efficient throughout the time he was at our house. For each issue, he did a thorough inspection to figure out the problem, especially with the toilet and worked to figure out the best economic solution for us. He was able to avoid major expenses for each project but definitely fix it right and was also thorough in his completion and made sure to clean up afterwards. Once the problems were addressed, he installed the water line for our new Fridge and I am excited to say we now have an endless supply of drinking water and ice. I would recommend everyone in the area to use Woodbridge Plumbing.

Snaked air vents and an unusual clog in bathroom drain. These guys are great. No tiptoeing around about what needs to be done. They know their stuff and get right to work. Asked me a couple of questions to confirm my diagnosis and then went to work. Great guys who give you the impression they value as a customer. Note, I have a service contract with another big plumbing outfit. i would not call them for troubleshooting -- too expensive. Go with Woodbridge for sensible pricing and excellent service.

The plumber arrived in the early part of the window given on the same day as service was requested. He got right to work and, while he had some work to do to clear sediment in the bottom of the tank, he completed all the work within 2 hours. He was friendly, polite, clean and stayed on task. We were very pleased with the service.

Service call to fix garbage disposal. Done very quickly. Plumber was very professional and helpful in explaining how to prevent further problems.

Woodbridge Plumbing was a God Send and saved the day and my house! The water damage that would have resulted in the crawl space of my home would have been tremendous if they had not been so quick and efficient to get here and fix the leaking pipes. I called around 12:45pm and explained the urgency with the water pouring out a pipe in the crawl space. I was told they would send the first technician available and that should be between 2 and 5. Scott K called at 1:30 (less than an hour after my call) and he was on his way. By 1:45, he was under the house for a moment and then came right back out to get supplies from his truck and turn the water off to the house. He repaired the pipes, turned the water back on and checked for leaks, did the paper work and was on his way by 2:30. Scott was VERY professional, knowledgeable and had the most delightful personality - all of which are important to me! The charge for this urgent repair was way less than I had expected and the quick, efficient service was more than I could have even dreamed of. Scott and Woodbridge Plumbing are now programmed in my phone and they will always be my first call whenever I need a plumber. I left a message on Wednesday evening asking if it would be possible to have the spout in my bathroom (which had fallen off --I live in 1937 year old house) replaced on Friday when I would be at home. The company responding the next day setting up a Friday appointment. The plumber (David) arrived promptly and fixed the spout and connecting pipe within an hour. He was professional, knew what he was doing, worked quickly and the bill was very reasonable. I will always use this company in the future. I have been burned many times in the past with plumbers but this company is first rate. I highly recommend this company.

Called them early Tuesday morning and explained the problem. I explained that I had to shut off the house's water supply to stop the leak. They stated that they were booked solid but would fit me in sometime between 4-6 P.M. that day. I received a call at 3:00 from the company asking if they could come earlier. They were at the door ten minutes later and by 3:30 the problem was history and we had running water once again. The guys were great; very knowledgable, friendly and professional. They didn't have the part with them to replace the leaky valve but were able to stop the leak. They even put the type/size valve on the receipt for reference. This will allow me to make sure they have the correct replacement part if it does fail in the future.

When I called to schedule the appointment, the company was very professional and worked with me very quickly to schedule an appointment. Before the tech arrived, I received a call advising they were on the way. The tech arrived shortly thereafter. Mike was extremely professional, explained everything he was doing and did an outstanding job. I will definitely be calling Woodbridge Plumbing in the future.

Made and appointment at 8am. Jim was here by 10am and gone by 11am. Jim was very professional and made a quick assessment of the problem, had the part, fixed it and was on his way. He also cleaned up the area he was working in. Overall great and will call them again.

David came within the 3 hour window set up as my apointment. I had the Delta parts that I had ordered the previous week and asked him to install them as I was having a leak at the showerhead when the water was turned off. He was able to remove the plastic crome colored escutcheons and replaced with new Delta valve stems and rubber seats and springs. He re-assembled the parts and put Harvey's silicone calk to fill in around the assembly so water leak through the back of the escutcheon. He was done in about 15-20 minutes. Plus, I was given a discount for finding and using them thru Angies List. Very well satisfied and will definitely use them again for future work. When I called late in the day Monday I was able to get an appointment the next day. Wow, what a super company!!!!

Work was performed at rental property. Work not observed or inspected yet. Tenant was satisfied. There was a delay in scheduling the repair as the company was unable to contact the tenant to arrange an appointment but did not follow up with me to let me know there was a delay. When I called back and gave them another contact number the work was scheduled and completed promptly.
