It went very well. I was very pleased and the price was reasonable. The whole move went smoothly and they were very nice. It was one of the better moves that we’ve had.

Job was executed very well. Written estimate was for 8 hours + 1 hour travel time. Actual time was 7.25 hours. Price was extremely reasonable per hour - $125/three movers. They called to confirm the window a few days before and stated movers would be there between 9 and 9:30. They showed up right before 9:30, and brought an extra truck w/o charge. I will say the only thing they didn't do that Cliff stated they would (and was in the brochure) was put any padding down on the banister of the stairs or anywhere else I could see on either side of the move. That being said, they were extremely careful with all the furniture and walls - they seemed to really treat it as if it were theirs. I haven't yet found any damage to the either house or furniture which is really the important part. The movers were efficient, but never hasty. They were polite and professional. I would definitely use again.

I selected Regency to execute my local move because they were experienced in moving quality furniture, were professional, personable, courteous and responsive during the quote phase and also were the lowest of several quotes. Cliff's team led by Matt arrived on time and attended conscientiously to the work. Although I expected one truck, the team brought two (I had items going to storage) to my advantage. They knew exactly what they were doing: all items were carefully dis-assembled as needed, moved and re-assembled with no damage whatsoever. The team was so efficient that I asked them to move more items than we had originally discussed and planned. Even with these extra tasks the total cost of the job was little more than the original quote. Without reservation, I would highly recommend this company.

One of the owners came to do the estimate and was very down to earth. I got two other estimates and went with his, in part because it was the lowest by a fair margin, but also because he exhibited the most honesty and work ethic. The move out went very well. They arrived within the window they said they would and were a quiet crew who were always active. 3 folks arrived and carried our items on to the truck. They wrapped everything in furniture blankets and didn't rush or throw our stuff around. They perfectly sized the truck and it took about 8 hours to empty the house. I had to extend the time in storage several times and they were always graceful and accommodating (usually done via voice mail and prompt call back). On move in day, they arrived just after their agreed on window and began unloading the truck and POD. Unloading both took 6 hours and only two pieces were damaged - both of which seemed to be true accidents rather than lack of care or poor packing. They explained the insurance claim process and apologized, explaining in once case how it probably happened and in another, that they weren't sure, but that they spotted the issue. In this case, the proactively told me about the damage. (claims process still pending) In all, they are an easy recommendation.

They knew what they were doing. They were proficient, courteous, and on-time. They got the job done.

I needed a pick up on a Wednesday before closing on my old place and a delivery on Friday after closing on my new place. They showed up both days on time, were very careful with my belongings and were pleasant and polite. I would use them again. I really liked that all the furniture was blanket wrapped, they had the supplies that they needed and did a very good job.

What a great experience! The owner's son came out promptly after I called for an estimate, and my 84 year old dad and I were impressed with him -- very professional and knowledgeable. We were able to lock in a moving date (11 May), and we were assured that the movers would arrive between 9:00 and 9:30 on that morning. The movers arrived even before their scheduled time, and they quickly began to carefully wrap furniture and boxes and place them in the truck. They delivered the furniture to my parent's retirement residence first -- the three movers quickly unloaded everything, and placed them in the appropriate rooms in the apartment. After they were finished there, the moving truck went to the second delivery location (about 15 miles away), and unloaded all those belongings. None of the pieces of furniture were damaged, and there were absolutely NO mistakes in delivering stuff to the wrong location (a bit tricky, since there were two different delivery locations). The owner's son, and the three movers were polite, professional, and hard working. This was a relatively small job, but Regency still treated us as important clients! One of the movers told me that he had over 12 years experience in moving -- it certainly showed. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks, Regency Moving!

My son and his wife have used them twice. So far everything has been great. They came out and gave us a quote. I have talked to them several times about crating some pieces. They have been very, very good. They do say that they estimate high which I am hoping. We got an estimate from another company and their estimate was a lot lower but they do not come to the house. We felt that somebody that was a professional team and saw what we had would give us a much better quote. They are going to do it over 2 days and it is a weekend and they are not charging any extra for that. Everything seems good so far so we feel like the move will go well. The price does seem a little high but we don't know for sure. They have been very responsive and answered any questions that we have had. I called them last Thursday and she was not in the office because of the snow; before I got to work on Friday she had already called me back. They did come on time for the inspection to do the estimate. They seemed to be very professional. Updating this report now that move is completed. Very Happy with the service. The packout and move took three days over a weekend, and there was no additional charge for the weekend move. The team was very professional and we have only a couple of glasses broken. I definitely would use this firm again.

Came right away for estimate. It was a little higher than another estimate but we felt the other mover was low balling us - and could have charged us much more the way the contract was written. Regency gave us a guaranteed price. Move took 2 days. Crew showed up on time each day, worked extremely hard, and overall did a great job. Had a color system for placing things in the new house and a couple of items and boxes were put in the wrong place but otherwise no complains. We are a large family with a lot of stuff but not a single item was lost or broken during the move. GREAT job, will use them again if needed.

Great! Cliff is a relief from high-pressure, arrogant moving reps. The team was hard-working (no slackers!) and very thorough.

Initial estimate was higher than I wanted to pay, so eliminated a pickup of materials in storage. Thought we had agreed on new estimate as a result, but apparently not after all. In the end, it was close enough that I did not have time to really nail down the puts and takes, but don't feel overly good. Representative worked with me on scheduling which was tight and that was appreciated. In general the packers for the house move were excellent - kitchen packer was helpful in pointing out some items that other movers likely would have missed (have used movers number of times). Packed and moved on time both places. Couple of quirks that annoyed us. In our opinion they didn't listen well - workers or office. Did not take suggestion that they take massive dining room table top off base to handle - all other movers and delivery men had done so due to size. So they spent lots of time messing with it and ultimately chipped a corner because they decided to unwrap it in drive - because it was hard to handle - per the workers comment to us!!! Also, during first day pack and in call to office, I emphasized that new house was in gated community. Apparently, no one told driver (and he later said he knew the community by name) and so they wasted hours that morning driving around looking for street - their GPS was wrong. If they had listened to me and told driver name of community he would have known not to go 30 miles in wrong direction! Came to first delivery, per driver, with no tools to put things back together - lucky for me I had lots of tools unpacked and not so lucky for them I guess as they had to get most of the assembly done. I missed couple of items in walk through, as did they, as we all were tired. Second move they did not send packers - surprised their delivery guys, but in end worked it out. Lucky nothing was broken, but they worked it. The crews were friendly and worked hard. Liked the guys and felt overall they worked hard. In second move they missed minor amount of stuff in one room - we did show it to them upon arrival, but we forgot to check also as we left house.
