Trustworthy and terrific service! We moved my elderly Mom from VA to FL with Regency and were incredibly pleased with our overall experience with them. Cliff was patient and easy to work with, and he gave us an accurate estimate from the start. The communication pre-move was great from their office, and they answered our specific questions. The packers did a great job in VA and the movers were hard-working, strong, kind and so very respectful to my Mom and us! Excellent experience overall, from start to finish! I had lived in my house for 35 years and as anyone knows that after that amount of time you can collect a bunch of "stuff"! Regenvy Moving and Storage provided me a sound estimate from among three vendors I chose. In addition, he offered me and option to lock in my estimate from coming back no higher than the base estimate. This was quite comforting as there would be no surprises from the monetary perspective! The move went as smooth as one could hope given how unorganized my spouse and I were despite our best efforts to be organized! Our move was orchestrated well (Regency did the packing!) The crew were diligent in almost 100% of the moving process! The packers arrived on time and really worked their butts off getting everything packed. They also arrived on the date promised to deliver everything! We're they perfect? Almost! There was nominal breakage (2 bowls, a flour sifter, and a picture frame;) among all that needed to be packed and moved this was impressive! There was one regret and that had to do with a large IKEA closet. While Regency and another vendor who came for a site visit warned me that IKEA furniture is a challenge to move, I was a bit saddened to see that it was moved in pieces! I am not sure it can be rebuilt. That said, I am not terribly disappointed as finding a place it could be fit into would be a challenge! All in all, I found Cliff and his staff to be the consummate professionals and would recommend them to anyone in need of a interstate move. Their pricing was fair and accurate.

From the moment we called Regency Moving and Storage, we were impressed by the difference in customer service as opposed to another agency we called. The owner of the company came out that very day to review the services of his company and give an estimate for the move. He was articulate, respectful and honest. We were again very pleased with the packing and moving experience. Everyone was pleasant and very hard working. The job was done in a very timely manner. We stored our things for 3 months before moving into our new home. Not one thing was damaged upon receipt of our goods! We are retired Army and thus have had many moving experiences and this, by far, was the best!! I would highly recommend Regency Moving and Storage!!

Cliff Krug at Regency Moving and Storage was great to work with. We purchased some furniture that needed to be moved and stored before we moved into our new home. It was a relatively small job but we didn't know when the furniture would be available and how long we would have to store it for. Cliff quoted me his minimum charge which was very reasonable. I think I gave him about 72 hours notice and he had a team out to pick up my furniture. They wrapped everything extremely well (white upholstery) and took apart some of the a larger furniture items. When it came time for delivery, I think we gave Cliff a weeks notice and his team was out the house on time. They delivered the furniture with care, unwrapped everything and reassembled the table. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the professionalism and the great care they took with our furniture. I highly recommend Regency Moving & Storage.

Regency was very responsive, providing an estimate within 24 hours from our inquiry. Their services were performed within the estimate. The teams reported on time for both packing and loading. Regency personnel were polite and professional in every regard. We were very pleased in all respects and would recommend Regency to anyone.

Used Regency to move my 4 bedroom home. Approximately 2400 sq feet plus a pretty full unfinished basement. They provided a very reasonable estimate. Moved me to two stages and stored many items for a few weeks while I staged my house. They did a great job. Nothing damaged. Very hardworking, efficient and polite. They came back and picked up all the boxes and packing paper to reuse. They provided free moving boxes ahead of the move so I would pre-pack some items. I would use this company again for a future move and I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a mover.

Regency Moving and Storage moved us from Virginia to Maryland in October 2020. Their pricing was very reasonable. The owner Cliff Krug worked with us as our move date shifted with the sale of our home. Cliff accommodated us by not only shifting our move date several times but was able to hold our household items on his trucks for 4 days so that we could move directly into our new home in Maryland. We cannot say enough about how happy we were with Regency and the moving crew of 4 very skilled and professional people that moved us out and into our new home. Having the same crew on both ends of the move made a huge difference. In addition to our furniture and household items Regency also moved and transported out baby grand piano which they treated like their own. We highly recommend Regency Moving and Storage for your moving needs.

Regency is a great company. We were pleased with the ease of the estimate and the whole moving process. Moving during the pandemic was stressful, but doing the estimate over facetime and having a crew who wore masks was a huge relief. We had dreadful weather during our move--endless cold rain--but the crew was in good spirits and took care to put down carpet protectors in both houses. They wrapped every piece of furniture at our old house, and then unwrapped and put everything together at the new house. The crew was fantastic, we highly recommend

Fantastic, the crew was hard working, polite, and very careful with our possessions. I am positive the second half of the move will go just as well when our new home is complete. The cost was very fair and much below the other 2 estimates we received.

Our experience could not have been better! Cliff was super nice when he came to our house to provide a quote. His team of packers were incredible - they were at our house for a full day and half and worked harder and better than anything I have seen before. We had to delay our move by a week due to some medical issues, and Cliff was extremely flexible and accommodating. His team of movers who ultimately moved our house worked a 12 hour day and handled our stuff like it was their own. I have no doubt that most good moving companies provide similar services, but what stands out is the positive, pleasant and client-first attitude Cliff and his entire team bring. This was the reason we have referred Cliff to two of our friends who will be moving in the next six months. Definitely a business I will refer without hesitation!

The company was very helpful in scheduling, and due to illness, rescheduling my move. The vast majority of items arrived in good condition and on time. I was very pleased with move overall. As a veteran of 36 yrs in the US Army, I’ve moved numerous times and this was one of the best moves that I’ve experienced!

Great experience. The movers were on-time and got going quickly. All furniture was protectively wrapped before moving. They navigated heavy awkward pieces down narrow townhouse stairs without any drama. The move was fast with no wasted time or effort. The movers were courteous and professional and were happy to move additional furniture ad hoc around the new house. The price was less than others but the service wasn't. They even finished early. I plan on using them again.

Regency Moving handled a local move for us several years ago...we needed to arrange for a limited move to establish an apartment at the last minute and Regency was able to accommodate us. The professionalism was great as were the results. And the price was very competitive.
