The sales representative was more knowledgeable than a representative from another company. He really seemed to know his stuff. Also, the cost was half of what the other company was asking. The crew did the work on time and cleaned up after themselves. Our house is warmer now.

The service was very good. David not only took the time to answer a lot of questions beforehand, but has also been very receptive to answering some questions afterward. After the initial job, a few recess lights had some foam coming out (which is normal) and David sent an electrician who he works with to correct it. The workers were courteous, quick, and knowledgeable. If you want a job expertly done with great customer service, I highly recommend Absolute.

Quality of the work was excellent and the return to complete the job was prompt. Advice to use closed cell insulation on the block walls and open cell on the ceiling/under the house?s floor made good sense and was unique among the contractor?s I surveyed. Moreover, the price was the best I found. Highly recommend.

Don't bother calling if you need a small job done. This company told me they wouldn't even consider spray foaming the attic in the pitched part of our town home roof. They were polite, but totally not helpful.

We bought what was essentially a 90-year-old Cape Cod in late October and suffered through one cold and expensive winter without much of any insulation. We called a number of companies to discuss the numerous odd little spaces in the house that would need to be addressed in terms of insulation. We have two knee wall areas, a couple of cathedral ceiling areas, a couple of small room additions---all in all a complicated series of spaces. Our biggest problem was a huge difference in summertime temperatures between the upper and lower floors. It took a few weeks for David to get over to our place for an estimate, but the way he addressed the space made him my top pick. First, his specialty is spray foam and he understands it THOROUGHLY. But he was quick to note that it wasn't practical or necessary in some of our spaces, and suggested instead that blown-in cellulose would do better. He also noted problems that other contractors did not, addressing them up front instead of "discovering" them as the job went along. We decided on a plan and David provided me with an estimate with a price I thought was below market. After discussing it with my wife I realized we should actually consider a different plan of action---and David returned to get the details for a second estimate, again below market. When the team came to do the work I couldn't believe that they accomplished the whole job in two days. Two scorching days in mid-summer, I might add. They were clean, responsive, and we noticed a huge improvement in the temperature in the house immediately---particularly on the upper floor. Bottom line---they did a great job at a great price.

My attic insulation was a complete mess in the townhouse. Absolute Insulation Services came and gave me the right quote with the right professionalism and right attitude, so of course I went with their services. I'm glad I did, as they were able to accommodate me, with my tough schedule and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with their services and would recommend them to anyone.

From beginning to end, outstandig service and deliverable produc by Absolute Insulation. David Sampson the operations manager came out personally and walked me through the options, benefits, cost, and timing He came prepared, new what he was talkin about and he delivered. I did not know much about the spray product but David walked through the pros and cons with the con being its a litte more costly than standard insulation blown in over foam in the roof rafters above the roof. His crew was ontime, very professional, cleaned up after themselves and everything was done as promised. I had my electrican come in after the work was done to install a light in the attic and he told me its the best attic insulation job he has ever seen done. The change in tempreture in or attic has been unbelieveable and i am surei will see a differenc in my heatig and cooling bill. Highly recommend David and Absolute.

It went very well. The crew were straight foward as to what they had to do, and did it. They were very professional and courteous as well.

Absolute was responsive and showed up on time and worked with us on a quote and some changes. In the end we picked a different company (it was a toss up) but would happily solicit Absolute again.

The work performed exceeded my expectations. The crew arrived on time, worked diligently, carried out the project according to plan, and made sure the site was left clean. Absolute Insulation arrived on time and got straight to work. First they insulated the ceiling for sound absorption and then they applied closed cell foam on the basement walls and between the joists.

I chose them because they seemed like the only ones who could get up to do the wiring which was at a difficult spot. So I was very appreciative. They came and they did what we had agreed upon. I just wish I could have gotten a receipt for the service in case I could have gotten a rebate. I would like to have heard from the contractor just following up to make sure the work was done correctly but I did not hear from him.

David was professional and courtious. We contracted with him and were able to schedule the work easily. It was a bit of an unusual project because we did most of our exterior renovation ourselves and we were unsure how long it would take us to be ready for Absolute to come do the work. We hope to hire him again to insulate the last remaining part of our home (the kitchen) when we begin that project this fall.

Work was completed on time as agreed. These folks have preformed for me on many projects. I will continue to call these folks for all my insulation work.

Dave came out and gave us estimates for three different types of insulation: conventional, conventional+ and hybrid. We chose to go with the conventional+ which is basically the same thing as conventional, but 3 inches deeper. We scheduled the work about a week and a half out. Two employees of Dave's arrived around noon the day we had discussed and vacuumed out the attic. They came back the next day and installed the insulation. They worked hard from about 8:30am until about 1ish the second day (I can't recall exactly, I had a few different people arrive for various projects the same day). The guys did a good job. The insulation in addition to fixing a problem with the A/C has resulted in a much cheaper electric bill which we are thankful for. We don't plan to have another reason for insulation installation in the near future, but I would use them again.

They were very professional and at the end requested that I climb up and look into the attic and with a measuring stick showed me the depth of the insulation level .

He was the only estimator who actually went up into the attic to check things out. A couple of estimators from other companies didn't even bring their own ladder! He took time to explain things. I had done some research and when I asked a question I got the answers I was expecting. That didn't alwsays happen with other companies. The men who did the actual installation were polite, took care to contain the insulation, and cleaned up what little mess there was. Do research before you talk with any company, I got some really off the wall responses to some of my questions. Absolute was great!

Work performed very quickly and cost was very reasonable. Workers were clean, but the foam does dribble. Protect anything you do not want to be spotted. But the stuff insulates amazingly well. Fine company to deal with.

They did a good job but took too long to get started - more than a month after talking 50% down payment. Had to follow up several times on the phone.

Absolute was quick to respond and able to send a representative out right away to look at my attic and provide an estimate. Representative arrived on time and was very courtesy and professional. He talked with me about my concerns, the energy audit report, and what he could offer after he had visually inspected the attic. In the end, Absolute had the lowest price (by about $100), but I chose to go with another contractor because the other contractor came down in price, had a slightly better schedule, and noticed an issue nobdoy else had. I had no problems with Absolute and would definitely contact them if I ever have any other insulation needs.

I called Absolute for a quote based on positive reviews. The rep was professional and courteous. David called ahead of time to confirm our appointment. He arrived on time and was the only contractor to perform a thorough evaluation of my 1500sq ft attic. The other contractors climbed to the top of the ladder and looked around. David did a full walk through of the attic. He was personable, an effective communicator and informative in explaining the pros and cons of different insulating material. He also advised that I had three different types of insulation and that the batt insulation was installed improperly which could cause moisture/mold/mildew. He recommended removing the old insulation. Since I recently bought the house and the attic was a mess, I wanted it cleaned out and start fresh with uniform insulation. I received a written line itemized quote (exactly what I was looking for) the next day. He provided different quotes starting with a basic package and included pricing for upgrades. I chose R-49 Conventional Upgrade Method With Air Seal and Styro-Vent to maintain proper attic ventilation. Other contractors did not provide a line itemized quote. Additionally, one contractor wanted 7x the cost for removing all the old insulation. Absolute's quote is good for one year so I waited for a few months to have the install. The crew arrived around 09:00 and were finished by 15:00. They were fast and efficient and cleaned up around the work area. I took a look at the install and everything was completed accordingly. I had a very positive experience with Absolute Insulation and would hire again. I would highly recommend to others.

Talked to two companies. The other company was about the same price, but did not offer HVAC trunk/supply line service; I would have to find another company for that. Also, the other company uses fiberglass insulation and in the end I wanted the cellulose insulation. Absolute was easy to talk to and work with in determining the exact work that would be done and the pricing. They provided two different options. I reviewed both and decided I wanted to do some in each one, thus creating my own option. No problem with Absolute in doing that. One minor hiccup was on the initial scheduling of the project by one day, but in the end it was actually better. Absolute was timely in their arrival and overall in the completing the work. A couple of minor things. The first team did the open cell foam on the knee wall between the upper and lower attic and the HVAC trunk line. They finished their work and left. The second team then did the blown insulation. When the second team finished, the leader of the second team invited me up to look at the work in both sections of the attic. It was only then when I was looking at the upper attic work did I see that the first team had failed to spray foam the entire trunk line. If the spray foam team leader had asked me to inspect the job before they left, we would have caught it then. As it was, I called Absolute and they came back and completed the work. The second thing about the completion of the HVAC trunk line was a bit of scheduling miscommunication as to the timing of when the spray foam team would come back to finish the work. On the agreed upon day, they showed up earlier in the morning than was agreed to (by about an hour). So they had to sit in their vehicle until we were ready. This probably happened because Absolute was trying their best to get to us early as I had requested so that I could get into work. Overall, I was very happy with Absolute and would use them again if the need arises.
