The work was scheduled through Debbie via telephone. I described the work that needed to be done in detail. The team of George and Jason arrived exactly when scheduled. They had all the material with them that was required. They were able to make some small adjustments based on things they discovered after seeing the attic and were able to adjust the bill accordingly. They were professional and neat. They stayed until 7pm to complete the work. The carpets were vacuumed thoroughly when they concluded their work.

I was impressed with the comments that they had on Angie's List. They offered a standard price. We liked that they did the service that they promised to do. They did not leave a mess.

We had excellent service from this company. They came out and did a thorough inspection, calculated the area and type of insulation we wanted. They had a large crew that worked quickly. They blew in a sufficient amount of insulation in all the nooks and crannies. Their standard is excellent and give a personal interest to their customer and work. They stand out far above other companies in their field.

They seemed very flexible about times and there price was not the best, but was still good. The crew that came seemed very pleasant. At the end I inspected the work and found one section that was missed. They needed to take down insulation to get to it. But, they did it cheerfully. I inspected the work more this weekend and I'm pleased. It's good quality work.

He gave us two options: to repair the existing insulation or to re-do everything. He was very honest telling me if I really needed the service. I was favorably impressed. If the time comes that we want to do the service we will go with them.

Absolute Insulation was a distinct pleasure to work with throughout the entire process from estimate to execution. Their office was very approachable and communicative on available options for conducting my estimate and when they asked about changing the scheduled time due to an unforeseen conflict, when I said I couldn't change they honored the original commitment. David did a great job of discussing exactly what he recommended be done to address our needs and concerns, as well as why he made the recommendations he did. He listened carefully to what I wanted and what my own research had told me and then made appropriate plans to accomplish what we desired. Our project consisted of several components requiring two separate crews, one to work on the crawlspace and basement items and another for the blown in attic work. Both crews were prompt, polite and respectful of our property. When the attic crew had a hose line dislodge from the blower truck, they even spent considerable time hand picking insulation out of our grass before they left. The basement crew actually ran out of an air sealing product and came back the following Monday as promised and finished completely. Each crew was concerned with our acceptance of their quality and regularly requested that I inspect different stages of their work.

My experience with them overall was good. We were very pleased with them and they were a nice crew to work with. The crew worked together very seamlessly. They were all very nice and professional. We thought it was very cost effective. They were in and out in one days time and completely cleaned up after themselves.

They were very nice and very diligent. I was told it was a very difficult job. And the down side is there is dust everywhere. It was a long process. But I assume they did a good job.

I contacted Absolute after a search on Angie's List. I had planned on calling a couple other places with good reviews but once I contacted Absolute I really felt like there was no need to try anyone else. Debbie was so helpful over the phone and explained their pricing and everything that Absolute could do so I decided to go ahead and schedule them to come out. What I appreciated about the experience was the professionalism and commitment to doing things right. Since I had just bought the home I didn't know the exact square footage of the attic and was a little unsure about other details. This was not a problem and Debbie worked with me to get a solid rough estimate. On the scheduled day of installation George came out on time with a crew of two and got to work immediately. George gave me a good rundown of what he saw and what I should do to keep the attic in good order post installation. They did a great job and were attentive to the details making sure not to make a mess. I can say after they left I couldn't find any stray pieces of insulation in the house. Since I had done the estimate over the phone George made sure to measure and get an accurate read of what they had done. As a result I saved several hundred dollars off my initial quote. George explained that my attic is actually smaller than I had originally thought due to a unique aspect of my home. This was something I would have never known had I not gone searching around my attic and I am sure other companies would have taken advantage of me on this point. This was the capstone to the whole experience, getting it done right and saving money. I wholeheartedly recommend Absolute and would use them again in the future.

The entire experience with Absolute Insulation - from the first time I called to the installation process itself-- was excellent. The company offered me very good advice and provided services at a very reasonable cost. The installers themselves were very competent and efficient.

It was outstanding. They did an outstanding job. The crew was extremely clean. They did absolutely everything they were suppose to do. They did above and beyond to do a great job. They made sure they didn't get particles anywhere.

I called for an estimate, they came out and checked out the attic, told me I only had R10 insulation. They recommended I bring it up to R55. Since my home is so small, the estimate was for their minimum order, $500.00. The estimate was E-mailed the next day, I signed it, faxed it back. They called me, and set up an appointment, for the next week. They showed up on time, did the job, cleaned and vacuumed the area they worked. Very professional 3 man crew.

The estimator came at the scheduled time, and was very informative about their services. I received an estimate a few days later, and it was literally about 1/4 of the price of another quote. I called the company, and asked again--as I had earlier--about their insurance, etc. and questioned how they got such a low price. The woman I spoke with was shocked at hte price quoted by another company. I decided to go with this company, because the price was so good and they had good Angie's List ratings. The workers on time and immediately got to work. They dragged a hose through the house to the basement, cut the holes in the wall, and blew in the insulation. They plugged the holes and then plastered. They also took the initiative to use some fiberglass insulation I had lying around the basement to plug the opening where the finished and unfinished parts of the basement meet, so the new insulation would not fall out. They didn't ask to do this, but I would have said yes if they asked. They then cleaned up thoroughly and asked me to check their work a few times. I didn't watch them the whole time but they seemed to have done a thorough job. Afterwards I finished up by putting on a second coat of plaster and then painting. I have high hopes that my basement will be warmer this winter.

Very professional job. The crew arrived on time, covered areas to prevent insulation and dust from spreading, and cleaned everything up. They credited us for recessed lights that didn't require shielding from direct contact with insulation. I'd recommend them and use them again.

It went very well! The person who we contacted to come and give us a quote arrived exactly on time, went into the attic, measured, told us what we had up there, insulation-wise and went over our options. We were very pleased with his professionalism and the way that he obviously cared about us as clients. I asked a lot of questions, including questions about when to do the job (we were having some electrical work done), whether we should get an attic fan, etc. He answered everything for me. On the day of the job, we were given a two-hour window (between noon and 2:00). The crew arrived at 12:45 p.m. and were done by 2:30 p.m. I was shocked it went so quickly! They put down cloth to protect our floors and cleaned up wonderfully. My husband went up to see the job and said it looked great. We were very pleased with everything - price, professionalism and the job overall.

I think they were fantastic. They were prompt and efficient. The turnaround time was very quick. I got an appointment the day I called. They came out and gave me a free estimate and the estimate ended up being what I paid.

I only got one quote, because when Mr. Sampson came to give me an estimate, it seemed fair. He took my schedule into consideration and schedule me for a date that worked, 2 weeks later. The workers came on time, helped me move some empty boxes, cleaned up well with a vacuum, covered the stairways while working. Now I'll have to see how my energy bills improve.
