Fantastic experience with Steve and team. They put up a beautiful deck in only 10 days! Friends and family are blown away at how nice the project turned out.

Steve Edwards and his Deck and Patio team did an outstanding job. Steve sat down with us and discussed our Deck / Patio project thoroughly. Providing suggestions that ensured our project is what we wanted it to be.

Contractor was very responsive. Quality of work performed was excellent. Cost was consistent with bids by other firms.

An excellent experience with Powerhouse. Steve Edward's bid for our hybrid deck was the most realistic of three. Work even started ahead of the contract date and the effort was continuous to completion. His two deck builders are highly skilled craftsmen The final inspector's only comment was " great job!" We totally agree.

Though our deck replacement is still being constructed, we are highly satisfied with the progress and skill of the workers. The process has been very satisfactory and we look forward to enjoying our deck and patio within a few weeks time.

This is a review for 2016 bathroom remodel that was completed. We requested a quote which was timely and provided. During time of contract signing adjustments were made and we were told it was feasible, however, the owner did not document it. We were told the timeline would be 2 weeks which is reasonable - however, the timeline took more than 2 months complete which is unacceptable. Excuses given were because we were so far and there were other larger projects - if that was the case why was it accepted and a contract signed? When they removed the drywall they did damage to the hallway drywall and stated it will be fixed - it is not fixed. The trim is not finished - you still see nail holes and it's not caulked around the edges of the doors, trim at the bottom of the sink vanity is missing - you can't notice it unless you're the owner- but the half-attempt is not professional if you're charging for it. The towel racks didn't stay to the wall, grout is cracked and shower plumbing leaked which resulted us having to call someone else to fix it as attempts to contact the company went unanswered. I would NOT recommend especially for the price they charged.

Steve and his crew have provided excellent support for the HOA review, but the HOA hasn't met yet and we do not plan a build start until July

They were very responsive to what we wanted as they replaced our deck. The workers are very skilled and do quality work. The price range was very competitive. We would highly recommended them.

We hired them to build a front porch. They did an awesome job. We get compliments from neighbors that the porch looks original to the house. We are extremely pleased.

Great Looking Deck

Steve was very responsive to questions. We would have given 5 stars across the board accept there were a few minor issues with communication regarding inspection after the deck was done. It was all resolved. We love our deck

Took the extra time to insure everything was completed in a timely manner. To my amazement, am very please with the outcome of the new deck for my family to enjoy all year round.

They took the time to ask me what I wanted, how I wanted it, then built it. Also, they were very good about cleaning up the yard and putting it back to a similar condition as before the deck was built.
