The Powerhouse Remodeling crew that rebuilt our screened-in porch with E-Z Breeze vinyl windows did an outstanding job! The crew showed on time every day and worked expertly to overcome several unforeseen structural issues, leaving us with a beautiful porch we can probably use year round. Steve was attentive to our desires and kept all his promises throughout the three-day period of construction.

Steve, the owner, and Jose, the lead carpenter, did an amazing job on our screened in porch and deck. They are the total package; attentive, courteous, thorough, skilled, meticulous and fast! From beginning to end our experience was a pleasurable one. The end result went above and beyond our expectations. We bought a foreclosure 12 years ago and have been steadily updating everything on the interior and exterior. Never has any of our remodel jobs gone as smoothly, nor has any exceeded our expectations the way this project did. I would hire this team again without hesitation.

This is a top notch company. We solicited bids from 5 companies; Power House was neither the cheapest or the most expensive, but they were the company who listened to what we wanted! We replaced a 25 year old, sloping, pressure treated wood deck with a new Ipe deck. It's truly a work of art. The crew who came were focused on the details at each step, and we are confident this new deck will outlast us! I wish I could give Power House more than 5 stars, because they deserve more.

They built a new composite deck and a new stone patio for me. They exceeded my expectations. The quality of work is phenomenal and they pay attention to details. I am extremely satisfied with them. I have another home project that I plan on hiring them next year.

Quality of product and craftsmanship is the best I have ever seen. I am convinced we have the best deck in the neighborhood. I recommend highly. Very professional. They tore down and rebuilt my deck. It is very well done and will definitely raise the va!ue of our house as well as increase the outdoor pleasure!

Workers are nice, but design details are crude and ugly. Bracing was scabbed onto side of post rather than centered on it. Lower rails are 2 pieces with balusters running between - almost impossible to stain! On lower rail hand broken at center and instead of cutting anew one, they nailed it together with nails sticking out and board halves leaving a jagged gap at center.

We were very happy with the work that was done. The deck is great! I am excited about using our deck. I am already enjoying it. I would recommend Powerhouse to anyone.

The deck turned out great, better than I expected! My neighbors all love it. Ruben and Rony worked very hard and they are great to work with. We accepted all Steve's recommendations and they were the right choices.
