Description of Work: The company was great. An advisor came to the house to look at what we needed done. This included power washing the deck, a long retaining wall and the house's vinyl siding and walkup basement stairs. It also included staining and sealing the deck and retaining wall. They showed up on time for the power washing and did a thorough job. What I really liked is that they then waited until we had some clear weather to do the staining and sealing.

Description of Work: They power washed our deck and put a sealant on it that is specifically for composite decks (Olympic Waterguard). They worked quickly and professionally. Their power washing cleaned off marks/stains that we hadn't been able to remove by hand. After a week or so we saw some spots reappear - we contacted them and they immediately came back out to re-seal the deck at no charge. Since the 2nd application we have had no problems. We plan to hire them again every year to clean and re-seal the deck.

Description of Work: They were very prompt, professional, and easy to work with. At this time, price was the deciding factor in our choice of provider, but they also did what they said they would and when they were supposed to. From my observation, they were thorough and our deck looks like new.

Description of Work: washed outside fence, cleaned wooden deck and refinished with sealant; some stains left on cement from sealant, and mat left on grass killed grass beneath it; otherwise good.

Description of Work: We hired this company to power wash our 400 sq. ft. deck, and apply two coats of stain. The deal they offered through Angie's List was around $1,200. A representative did a prior inspection of the deck, and found some cracks, and a few other areas that would require sanding before being stained. He provided a new quote that added around $700 for that additional work. He also told us that, because of the cracks that couldn't be filled, he wouldn't be able to offer a warranty on the work. Although we signed the contract, we consider charging $700 for the additional work that took very little time and effort was unnecessarily high. The quality of their work was excellent. They were punctual, professional, and thorough.

Description of Work: Fantastic job! Sales rep was very responsive in scheduling an estimate and service. They power washed my deck and applied a preservant. They even moved the patio grill and table around for me. I would definitely used again.

The house (white vinyl siding) looks good. |I will admit that he was in and out quickly,about an hour. And truthfully, I forgot to ask about the wax that was suppose to go on after. I wouldn't know if it was done or not. I have no reason to believe it wasn't. The gentleman who came to do the work was courteous and professional.
