The team that came to power wash our siding and patio did a very professional and fantastic job. Everything is spotless and they made sure that the did everything to our satisfaction.

My wife and I extremely pleased with the cleaning & staining work performed by the crew from Power Wash Plus (Woodbridge) !!! Will definitely use them again for future work. We have an upper story deck, and a wraparound fence (kind of like "three and a half" walls to the fence). Everyone at the company was extremely HONEST, professional, friendly, responsive, and courteous when interacting with me. The price was well worth the quality and value of work performed, and we'll definitely use them again. THANKS to Suzzy, Sharese, Dominic, and (work crew) Jay & Edwin!! // DETAILED REVIEW // I had obtained a total of three quotes before deciding who to select (including one from a very well-known "Kingstowne" home services company that clearly has a 99.5% unresponsive demeanor like "take it or leave it -- we've too busy to respond to your questions or calls after 6 weeks"). Power Wash Plus was the clear choice for my wife & me! They were very patient and responsive in answering the few questions I had. I had a comfortable feeling very early on that I could trust them. The estimate and scheduling was handled through Suzzy & Sharese. Along the way, I spoke with "Dominic" about our desired stain color. Our HOA had some very specific restrictions on the color palette. Before they had me return the signed estimate, Dominic thoroughly and patiently explained the pros / cons concerning the darker stain we wanted. He also explained how they'd prepare the area to protect from overspray (this is also clearly, completely explained in the estimate). The cleaning was done in mid / late October, and staining was completed yesterday (Sat 21 Nov). In all cases, they made positive contact by email and phone / voicemail to ensure I knew when they arriving the next day. When the cleaning crew arrived in October, I was hosting several work meeting online that day, and couldn't answer the door. However, the PWP the schedulers and also the estimate had clearly explained we didn't need to be at home during the cleaning or staining -- we just needed to have any furniture cleared off of the deck before they arrived. Unfortunately, I don't know the names of the folks who did the cleaning, but they did an A++ job. The deck looked so good afterwards, I was thinking "Wow! Do we even need to get it stained?? It looks great!" Of course, it was going to need staining and sealing to protect the wood. The staining was done by Jay and Edwin. The called me just as they arrived, and I came outside to greet them (they had masks and we remained socially distanced). They were just really, really nice / sharp / polite guys. They were extremely respectful of our home, and of our neighbor's home / property as well. Our home has a bathroom on the ground floor, and I ensured they knew they could enter that door to use the bathroom whenever needed. Before the staining work, Jay and Edwin took great care in preparing the area using cardboard to protect the windows, plastic tarps to protect our ground floor patio (concrete), and lots of masking tape as need to protect certain fixtures. They also realized that I was selecting a very dark stain color -- before starting, they confirmed with Dominic (who called me again) just to double-check that is what we wanted. I really appreciate their care in doing all of the prep work and confirmations. Most importantly, they did a very THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL job with the staining, itself. Before leaving, Jay and Edwin rang the doorbell and asked me to take a look at the work to ensure it was okay. It was so fantastic that I tipped them a lot right there! I was really pleased with the outcome. BOTTOM LINE: Very pleased overall, and will definitely look up Power Wash Plus again from future deck cleaning / staining, or power washing. Thanks very much! HINT: When I notified my next door neighbor, he reminded me to also SHUT OFF OUR HVAC unit during that work, since the company would probably cover the top / fan of the outside unit with a tarp during cleaning / staining. I did that -- great tip that saved me from stressing the compressor unit.

The whole process was easy, fast, and efficient from start to finish. I received their Hot Wax special of $69. Jay the Power Washing Technician was prompt. very nice, and very efficient. He was very thorough and meticulous and did a terrific job! He spent a solid 2 1/2 hours working on my house. Everything looks great! I definitely will use Power Wash Plus for the next time, and I highly recommend them to my family and friends.

They did everything they said they would on time, on budget and very professionally. My house sparkles now! I'd hire them again!

The siding was cleaned very well. All the stains were removed and the spiders webs in every corner are gone. This is our second time using the company and we would recommend them.

The service was great! The window cleaners are very professional and did a great job on my windows. I was a little concerned about having people inside my house during this time due to COVID but they wore masks - I did as well to offer them the same courtesy and consideration. I would definitely hire this company!

Very well. They were able to move the scheduled date up, Unfortunately I was not around to move several large tables, planters and tools near the house. However the team moved even the largest items, did their work and replaced it all. Great job!

The Power Wash Plus team were very professional and did excellent work. They were on-time and even came a bit early as they expected rain but did not want to leave my deck unprotected. Ron, their manager, was superb. He followed up multiple times to see how the progress was going and even came out to the house to review the job. When he found a small area that was not perfect, he asked his team to redo that area. I could not be more happy with their overall approach and would definitely use them again.

Sergio, the technician that performed the work, arrived promptly as scheduled. He was very professional, answering all of our questions. We were very pleased with the service provided, and we would not hesitate to hire this company in the future.

They were professional and did an excellent job as we had some pretty bad spots on the siding that I wasn't sure would come off. I would absolutely hire them again!

I have used Power Wash Plus many times. They always does a fabulous job and are reasonable priced. If you have any issues with the service provided - they are very responsive and quick to resolve the problem. Highly recommend.

I'm happy with how the house turned out however we did have a few issues with the fence. The chemical agent that was used ended up killing the grass. The high temperature didn't help and we watered daily but no luck. Ron was excellent to work with. He came out to see the grass damage to mine and neighbors yard and promised he'd make it right. He DID make it right by hiring our landscape company to redo both sides of the fence with new soil, seed, fertilizer etc. Ron also made sure to follow up multiple times which I appreciated. So many companies will say they'll fix the damage and won't however Power Wash DID. Ron stood behind what he said they'd do. I will use them again for the pressure washing the house.

Power Wash Plus did an outstanding job power washing the house and brick patio. The price was reasonable for the amount of time and work required. Their performance was very professional and efficient from the estimate to completion of services. The technician was courteous and thorough ensuring that everything sparkled. The house and patio were covered with algae but now look brand new and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again.

It went great! The house looks like a new house! Even my neighbor called me to comment on how it looks now. No sign of any green. The wash was thorough, and didn't take long. I had previously obtained two other estimates and this cost was definitely lower. They also were able to fit me in quickly and were prompt for the arrival time. They offered an optional coating to help keep the green from coming back. I included that. I couldn't be more pleased! I heard about them from a friend who also was happy with the work.

I’m using Powerwash not for the first time. They’ve been very reliable and get the job done with high quality.

The staff got there at the time specified. They did a very good job cleaning the house and sidewalk. THey also included the wax on the vinyl siding. They were very careful to not damage the window screens with the power spray.Oct

Easy to schedule. Tech showed up as scheduled and got to work at once. I have used this company in the past and have been pleased. The only issue this time was that the level of chlorine seemed higher. The smell was in the house and the shrubbery had some damage.

The technician was on time. The pressure washed areas looked like new when he was done. We use this company every two years to brighten and renew the appearance of these areas.

They did a great job at a good price.
