Another contractor power washed our deck for free in hopes of getting the sealing job. We did not go with that contractor, but saw the need to have someone stain and seal the deck quickly to preserve their work. We consulted Angie's List and choose Power Wash Plus. Their representative provided an estimate within a couple of days of my call. We considered the estimate and called back about a week later to schedule. They had someone available the next day. Their work is beautiful. The stain is a warm honey color, which has drawn compliments. The floor of the deck does not have that super-slippery feel that a freshly-sealed deck often has.

I selected them to clean my siding and deck. The siding was straight forward and was done quickly and efficiently as expected. The deck became a challenge but they handled it admirably. Apparently, the stain that had been used by the original builder was some unusual type that not only was hard to remove. As they encountered this unexpected issue, they kept me fully informed, they worked tremedously hard to remove the difficult stain and prepare the deck properly so that I would be happy with the results of the sealing work. I appreciate the pride and sense of responsiblity they have about their work. The minor downside was that they were unable to complete the work in the time originally estimated, but that is understandable. They did however meet their revised time line. And, for all the extra time and effort it took, they did not change their original price quote. One last note, the pressure wash of the concrete driveway and sidewalk was a small add-on that they suggested while they had the truck on the property. I was a bit skeptical when they suggested it. But, after they cleaned it, I realized they were right, it did look alot better.

Power Wash Plus was very efficient and reliable from the get-go. We set a date and time for the estimate and they were exactly on time. They arrived early enough so I didn't have to take any time off work. I liked the estimate compared to others I had gotten (from $100-$300 difference). Normally, I don't base my decision on just cost, but because this company had gotten such a good rating on Angie's List, I went with it. They did a fantastic job on the fence, so much so that my next door neighbor also used them. I also needed the rails around the deck reinforced and their employee knew exactly how to repair it. The railing is sturdier than ever. They also cleaned the concrete front stoop and walkway and stones along flower bed. Everything looked so fresh and clean.I would definitely use them again. Comments are made from strangers who walk along the bike trail saying how nice my fence looks.

I am extremely happy with the work Power Wash Plus, Inc. did on my deck. The technician, Joe, came the day he was scheduled, and was very courteous and knowledgeable. I had not done any maintenance on my deck since I bought my house in 2002. It looked terrible - with black soot on some of the wood and such. After the cleaning was completed, the wood looked almost brand new, with the exception of all the splinters on some of the wood since it was so old. (Joe showed my wife how to quickly clean up those splinters ourselves with a bathroom brush, which was very nice of him. I took care of that before he came back out to apply the stain/sealant). Now the deck really looks great with the stain on it. Also, he did a very thorough job, as all the vertical slats on the rails were just as clean as the main deck section. My advice to anyone reading this: don't forget to take "before" pictures. I forgot, and now I regret it. You can see my "after" picture that I posted here, but if you saw my before pictures and how bad the wood was before, you would really be impressed. If you have been putting this procedure off, don't! I only wish I had done this three or four years ago.

The company reps have all been fantastic, upbeat, professional, and courteous. I phoned to get an estimate and they were able to give me a reasonable cost over the phone. I couldn't be home the day of the wash, which was a Saturday - so convenient, so I left my back gate open, they washed, and I came home to siding that was gleaming. No more debris and dirt all over our house. There was a hornets nest I forgot to ask them to remove. I phoned the rep Monday morning and casually asked whether that was something they could come and redo. One of the managers or the owner - not sure - went to my house to inspect it. He called me from my driveway and let me know that someone would be out to get it done - sans charge. I am very impressed! Such excellent customer service. I really did not expect them to say yes and am thrilled because there is no way I can reach the nest and I've been waiting for a while to get this done. I will recommend them to all of my friends and will use them when we get ready to do our deck. A++++++++++++++++++++++

They showed up on time and completed the work timely. A couple of days later, they returned to seal the deck. They did a great job. When we moved in in June I thought the house was light grey. Behold! It is white! Everything looks gorgeous. The ony mishap was that the outlets that I have on the side of the house in the back at deck level got doused and shorted out. My dad fixed this for me so I didn't have to call an electrician thankfully. If you have this done, make sure any outside outlets are thoroughly sealed so no water can get in. Those power wash jet sprays are pretty, uh, powerful.
