The worker arrived on time used a chemical on siding then a high power water hose to remove green mildew of my siding and stains on all three sides of my town home. He was very professional and answered all my questions to what was needed to do the job. I was very impressed on how good of a job that was done and would refer Power Wash Plus to family and friends. they are worth the time and money.

I called to set up an estimate and they told me right up front that with the age of my house, color, and type of siding they might not even be able to do it at all but said they would come and take a look. They came by the end of that same day, said that they could get mildew off but couldn't guarantee stains. I was fine with that because I was most concerned about mildew. Price was very reasonable. And we got an appointment set up very shortly after. They were courteous and did a good job. I'd use them again.

They arrived on time, power washed and hot wax sealed the entire house along with cleaning the windows. The house looks great. I went along after and wiped off the windows so they would not water spot. We are very happy with the entire process and would highly recommend them for your power wash needs.

I called Power Wash Plus to have my siding cleaned. My siding is the original siding from 1975. Their representative called me and said that he wouldn't recommend doing the pressure wash as it most likely would not get the siding entirely clean and could possibly make it look worse. I really appreciated his honesty. He could simply have gone ahead with the job and not advised me. If I do decide to paint the siding I would definitely call them for the power washing or if we replace the siding call them for the wash.

The technicain showed up as scheduled and power washed the exterior of my house. I had to leave after he got started,so I was not able to observe the work. During my review on the next day there were a couple of areas that I did light scrubbing with a brush to remove residual stains. It would have been nice if a QC check had been done and the areas scrubbed to to enhance the appearance. I called the office and was informed that they do not do any scrubbing. I received a followup call that addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction.

Very professional from start to finish. Answered our phone call immediately, gave us an estimate over the phone, and scheduled the work right away. Came promptly in the morning; performed the pressure washing one day and came back the next day to seal the deck. Excellent results! Will definitely continue to use this company.

Excellent. Their truck contained all the equipment needed. A chemical washed away decades of discoloration. And the stain was applied the next day, to my satisfaction.

They were punctual and professional. They did not need anyone here to show them what to do. They showed up, did the work and were gone, and I just came to a clean house. They did a fine job, and their price was good too. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Based on reviews and available discount, we contacted them for a quote on power washing the exterior. When talking to them, asked if they offered other services and was also able to get quotes for driveway sealing and painting the exterior of the house. I think they work with other companies for other services like sealing (I think) but it is nice to have a one stop source. Power washing happened first. They called to follow up after completion. The house looks good and they cleaned very thoroughly. An invoice was left and we were able to pay by credit card. The plan was originally for the driveway to be sealed the next week - unfortunately, we hit a string of rainy days that seemed to occur everytime we were rescheduled. They eventually came out and the work looks good. The painting also was hindered by rain - but they did a nice job of calling to let us know. The door looks good. An invoice was left for the door. The only mix up was that there had been no invoice for the driveway - really not an issue as I was able to call in and take care of that. What struck us most is the professionalism of this company - for jobs that were not individually huge, it was refreshing to deal with an organization that could coordinate all this, made it possible to pay by credit card, and really followed up proactively.

A group of neighbors engaged Power Wash Plus and received a discount on pressure washing for our 2 story colonial style homes. The Power Wash Truck arrived on the designated date and did an excellent job. Dominic, the technician who did the work was very pleasant and professional and we are completely satisfied with his work.

Excellent. Powerwash Plus came out twice, once to power wash and once to seal the fence and deck. When they did the estimate they also gave us a price for power washing the house which we elected to do at the same time. They have a great operation, good equipment, and were very professional. They were able to get stains off the deck that we thought would end up being permanent. On the powerwash day they even sent back up help to finish the job because the tech had been running late. In addition, they dealt with the neighbor that sits behind the house and claimed that the water from the power washing of our deck got their shed dirty. Powerwash plus took care of the neighbor (who was completely out of line) and did so with no complaints. They sealed the deck & fence on a different day and again they did an excellent job. Very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and both the deck and fence look fantastic. Well worth the money spent. We had this same job done a year ago by a cheaper company (recommended by the deck builder) and it wasn't even half as good as power wash plus. Would recommend again and again. They have excellent customer service, very professional, and use high quality products (stain). Very very good!

I chose this company based on the other reports on Angie's list. I was not disappointed. The actual bid was detailed and professional. I knew exactly what it would cost before they began the work. The lady that I spoke to in the office was extraordinarily courteous and well-informed. She answered in detail questions I asked concerning the bid and explained the differences in different sealants. The work was very well-done. The workers kept me very well informed during the process which took about three days. The days were not consecutive. They waited for good weather so that the final sealing coat would adhere properly. They advised me about when and how long to keep my dog inside. They informed me of what they were doing during the process. They tidied up very well and told me when they were leaving and when they would return. I highly recommend them.

I found them on Angie's List. They were very professional and their service was outstanding. They were equipped to do very large jobs. They were very careful around my house and shrubbery. They made sure that they did not damage any of my items. They also made sure not to get any of it on my house when they were doing the stain. They did a very good job of not leaving the stain, like sitting and pouring up on the back so that you get a nice and even finish. I have used them five times over the last two years and I have used them quite a bit.

Good job, done within just a few days of my reply to the estimate. I would hire them again.

They showed up when they said they would and were very polite. The only problem I had was they leaned the dirty screens (though they had been power washed the previous week, so they probably weren't as dirty as usual) on bedding and furniture and laid one of them on my kitchen counter. I could have said something but the dirt was already there by then and they were moving pretty efficiently. The windows are clean though; they did do the sills, but not the lip of the windows, where you leverage them open. They had to move some furniture to get to all the windows inside, which wasn't an issue, though I do wish they'd moved everything back where it was.

He did a great job. Our house is much cleaner now, and he managed to get our trim looking almost like new.

I spoke with someone named "Cherise" to schedule the appointment. She was very polite, professional, and informative. I liked her thouroughness (she let me know that they would only be able to get to 3 sides of the shed, since one side backs up to the fence). Since I had used them once before, they had my information in their computer system. She confirmed my information and I scheduled for an "AM" appointment for the same week. The estimate was: $145 - 3 story townhouse (siding on 2 sides) $ 69 - wax sealant $ 65 - shed (dimensions: 10' x 12'; cleaned on 3 sides, because back of shed was inaccesable) Total: $254 The work was done on time, as scheduled, and for the price of the estimate. Bottom line: I will use this company in the future, should the need arise

Power Wash Plus is a class act the whole way. From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. My project involved powerwashing a fence and then staining/sealing it. When I called, a receptionist actually answered the phone and gave me an estimate. She was very knowledgeable about the entire process and materials used. Although their price wasn't the lowest estimate I received, I knew this was the company I wanted because of their professionalism and knowledge. They came out a few days later to powerwash my fence. They arrived on time and did an excellent, thorough job. One day later they called to confirm our color choice and the next day arrived on time to do the staining/sealing. They did a fantastic job with the staining and had a team of three people to stain and touch up as needed. Their work was done efficiently and beautifully. The team even put our fence post caps back on the posts and pushed our gravel back up against the fence. The workers were extremely nice and informative. I cannot say one negative thing. If you are looking for someone to powerwash or stain and seal a wood fence, look no further. You will be so pleased with Power Wash Plus!

The job went well. They came when they promised and they did what was promised. We are satisfied with the work they did. They did a nice job but there was one thing that we weren?t correct about so they had to make one extra trip, but that was probably because of us. We didn?t think that there was an existing stain on it, but they looked at it and showed another stain that was there. So they had to remove that, which was an extra step for them. We never got a chance to compare their price. The price we got originally was just to put the stain on and then we found out that they had to remove the stain as well as put new stain on. So we never got a comparable bid for all that. The price seemed reasonable to me for what they had to do. I wouldn?t be able to comment much on their price since I didn?t have many bids in front of me to say that their price was great. It appeared to me that they were competitive, but I didn?t have anything to compare it to. They got back to us as promised. They were professional.

Power Wash Plus is excellent! They did everything at a high quality for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I didn't have much interaction with the workers but they seemed pleasant and there were no problems.

They were very nice and did a great job. I was moving the deck furniture off the deck and he told me to leave it there and he would pressure wash those as well.

The job went very well. The technician was very professional and efficient. We originally received an estimate over the phone for just the siding, stoop and brick walkway but he provided estimates for our deck, patio and stairwell since he was here while here was here and we decided to have the patio and stairwell cleaned that day as well. Very pleased with their work and already recommended to a neighbor.

They did a great job. I didn't find any damage and they cleaned up nicely after the job was completed.
