Power Wash Plus Inc

Technician Mike arrived on the scheduled day after a call from Power Wash Plus letting me know he was on his way. After explaining the cleaning process and getting my input on any special requirements, Mike went to work (in the rain) and I retreated into the house. When the job was finished, we inspected the results. The siding and patio are once again clean as requested. Nice job and at the originally quoted price.

PWP did a great job. They were very respectful of the house and furnishings. Moved items out of the way and returned items to their original place. They were very fast but very thorough. They cleaned all windows inside & out; washed all screens and window ledges inside & out. Very professional.

Two full days were required to accomplish all that we needed done. The power washing of the house, porch, deck & fence was on a Wednesday. Allowing a day for the wood to dry, the same crew came back on the Friday to apply a natural shade sealant to all the wood. The guys were very thorough, missing nothing. I was concerned during the sealing of the deck as a previous contractor did not take precautions with over-spraying and some sealant got on the siding which we have never been able to get off. The guys from Power Wash Plus made sure to prevent over-spray sealant from getting on surrounding areas by using a large sheet of plywood to catch the over-spray. There was one minor mishap that I'm sort of reluctant to mention because the company remedied it the same day and I don't want it to adversely affect anyone reading this review. However it's important to let people know how a contractor handles a problem that they cause unintentionally. Our fence line disappears down a hillside so that the crew member at the bottom of the hill could not see that his hose had gotten caught up on a container of sealant on top of the hill causing it to tip over into the grass. I suggested that the spilled sealant could just be hosed down the hillside but due to it being oil-based they felt that the spilled area needed to be contained. They recommended that the affected grass be cut away and reseeded. So, instead of taking the easy way out and potentially damaging a larger area, they did indeed cut out the grass in the spill zone, added premium topsoil and reseeded before they left. I will probably have to reseed again in the Spring as we've had a few frosts which seems to have prevented the seed from taking root. However, I don't fault the crew at all. The grading in my yard made it impossible to see the problem as it occurred. They took immediate responsibility for remedying the problem and didn't take short cuts that would have caused additional damage. Not many contractors are that honest when a problem occurs. We've all had contractors who hide problems they create or do a lousy fix. It takes courage and honesty to admit a problem and then fix it properly. These guys are human and they do their best under difficult conditions. I will certainly use this company again. Kudos to Power Wash Plus.

The company, was the first one to call back with an estimate (out of 4 that we called). They gave estimate over the phone, came over on the agreed date, and did an outstanding job. Our house and deck look brand new ! Best price !

This company came when scheduled and did a beautiful job of power washing the house in preparation for painting. They also power washed the deck. I felt that their truck mounted equipment would do a superior job and it did. Two guys took the time to do a proper job (over 3.5 hours). I highly recommend this company and plan to use them again.

Whole process went without a hitch. Only showed technician where hose connection was. Entire washing took around 1 hr.

Did a great job, also did our front steps as a bonus (free). They did the estimate without us having to be here. They did a good job of letting us know ahead of time what things would and wouldn't come off so we knew what to expect. Work done quickly and well.

They misunderstood what we needed and I had to follow up with them a couple of times. The crew they sent spoke no English and it was very hard to communicate with them. They also jammed several windows shut in our home.

They were great. The power wash was topnotch; the guy was an artist, and he was absolutely the best. I did not go up and see the gutters, but I think they cleaned them. The foreman in-charge said that the price that had been quoted wasn’t true and that it was going to be more. I sort of said that I would talk to the office, and that was the end of it; the price stayed the same, which I didn’t think was great. However, the gutter cleaning was fine. The price was very good and fair, and the quality was absolutely perfect. Their responsiveness was very good; they did more than I had anticipated they would do. They explained what they did; they really worked excellent that way. Their punctuality was good; they kept me informed as to when they would be here and so forth. The professionalism on the power wash was excellent.

They replied promptly, came when scheduled, did the work quickly and efficiently. I hadn't realized how dingy and moldy the whole house was until, when they were done, it looked like brand new siding. The deck looks like wood again, instead of dark, slimy green something. They did the work in the time they said, with no delay.

great company, excellent customer service. employees were professional and punctual. they were able to answer all the questions i had about availability and were able to schedule me in a very short time to do both an estimate and a subsequent appointment for cleaning. Would use this company again.

Our experience with Power Wash Plus was first class from start to finish. I emailed them some pictures of our house and asked for a quote. Sharese got back to me immediately and once I answered a few simple questions, sent me a very competitive price. Power Wash Plus was able to schedule the work on the date I requested, and it was as simple as leaving a check taped to the front door before I left for work that day. When I arrived home that afternoon I was amazed at the job that had been done. Our vinyl siding was filthy and had accumulated green slime in some locations - now our house looks great and we were impressed with how easy it was to work with the Power Wash Plus team!

They offered a very good price by charing $12.00 per window. They came on time and I felt it was a pleasant experience.

Everything went well. The person that came was very nice, professional and went about his work.

They were great. They came out very quickly. They did the job I wanted them to do. Their prices were very reasonable. I absolutely had no complaints about them. We were supposed to pay more money for the same job with another company.

I haven't scheduled the work yet. The estimate was a bit high, but it's hard to actually tell because there are so many twists and turns in the various and sundry companies. He was definitely on time and he seemed to be okay. The only thing that disappointed me was that their ad said they did gutters and would charge a little extra for gutter covers. They couldn't do my gutters, and so I thought that was a little bit misleading. It just had to do with the gutter cover, and I don't remember all the ins and outs of it.

They did an exceptonal job--the technician who came was very knowledgeable and was conscientious about the job. This is mysecond experience with this firm and I would hire them again.

It turns out that it was going to be very expensive because of the way that my deck is built, but they were very helpful about explaining why the cost would be so high. Even though I didn’t wind up using them, it was a very good interaction. They were quick to respond and they were definitely had experience working with this kind of deck because he could explain exactly why it was hard.

They were great - showed up on time and performed the services requested, even though i wasn't home at the time. They allowed the services to be invoiced, so i simply called the next day and paid by credit card. The deck and patio look great!

Overall, the job was on time and completed within an hour and a half. In my opinion, an excellent job! I will definitely tell my friends about this service.

Overall excellent job although appointment with window cleaners was missed by them the first time. Exterior power washing was very well done and they were tidy and on time

Cherise provided a quote over the phone, explained their procedures, and was very pleasant. They were able to come out 2 business days later to clean my siding and fence, returning the next day to seal the fence. My home and fence look fantastic. My landscaping was completely unharmed.

They did a good job, but I think they are a little deceptive. I got a mailer that had the companies offer, which said I should have paid $7 per window. When I calculated this, it came to $95. When I called to confirm this with the company, they said that was correct. When I was billed the charge was $125. When I called to find out why, they told me that $125 was the minimum charge on all jobs. Nowhere in the ad did it say they had a minimum charge. They only gave prices per window and screen in the ad. I sent them a check for $95 and a copy of their add and have not heard anything back from them. They did a good job, but I will not be using them again.

We had them just last year. They did a satisfactory job.

Overall I was very happy with this company and I would recommend them to anyone. I asked four companies for estimates and they took the longest to get me one; HOWEVER, PW+ came and did it within the time they told me so that was not a problem. Their estimate was also the highest, however, they were the only company to recommend that I have my deck stripped and I also chose the most expensive stain protection. I was not pressured to do so. Due to the fact I just bought the house and had little idea as to how the deck was treated before I thought stripping the deck was good advice. Also the more expensive stuff meant I did not have to have the deck re-done next year. If I used the lesser stain my bill would have been about $750. Anyway, once PW+ came and cleaned and stripped the deck (but before staining it a few days later) I noticed the wood was extremely "fuzzy". I called PW+ to see what happened and was told that it was a normal result due to the stripping of the wood. PW+ asked if my deck was like that before it was stripped and I told them it was not. They told me the "fuzziness" was normal, but if I was uncomfortable with that they would come out and sand the entire deck and railings free of charge. PW+ said they would not normally do that but since the "fuzziness" was not explained to me beforehand they would do it. I decided to have them sand the deck and about a week later someone came to my house, sanded, and then did another mini powerwash. About two days later PW+ again came to my house again and put on the stain. My wife and kids were there and said they were all courteous and professional. Also, two weeks into it, the deck appears to be in good shape. These guys were very professional, really had a "the customer is always right" mentality, made no excuses, and got the job done. I will use them again. Also, when I was calling I told them to be careful as I had a robin's nest on my window. I was told by more than one employee that they were extremely animal-conscious and if there was any chance any animal might be harmed they would re-schedule. Again, I found this to be a very good company.
