Arrived on time, explained job, waited while I let 3 dogs out, and worked for 2.5 hours. Afterwards, the technician explained a water drainage problem I had between the roof and the front gutter, which needs to be tightened to avoid water seepage behind the gutter and wood rot. He also explained that the siding, etc., wouldn't need to be redone for at least two years. I had also asked for a quote to restain the deck with a lighter color. That quote was less than $1500 for 2 coats Cabot solid stain (requiring 2 trips) but the estimator recommended waiting because the current deck stain is in very good condition. I can't remember a time when a contractor advised against doing some work for which it would be paid. We highly recommend this company.

Entire experience was favorable. One employee showed up as agreed on a Friday and spent several hours power washing the deck. Once done there he moved to the siding and gutters. He spent perhaps 4 hours here and did an amazing job. He was very professional. thorough and explained what he was going to do. He returned the following Monday, after the deck had dried-out, and applied a sealer. The front office is very well managed and thorough in their communications. Will definitely recommend them again.

We called Power Wash Plus five days ago to schedule an estimate. About 3 hours later a rep knocked on my door to make measurements and gather details on the power washing to be performed. He made suggestions and said all parts of the estimate would be represented in line items so I could choose the projects I wanted completed. Three days later I received a detailed proposal which was priced very fairly. We gladly accepted the proposal and made an appointment for the next day. Power Wash Plus just left and my house is sparkling clean along with my deck and sidewalks. Everyone I spoke to at Power Wash Plus was extremely pleasant and courteous. Sergi, the person performing the services at my home, was friendly, knowledgeable and took extra care to make sure we were happy with his work. Overall a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend Power Wash Plus.

They did a great job. The flushed the gutters and even cleaned up all the stuff that came out. They replied promptly to all communications and the job was done within 3 days of requesting it. I couldn't be happier with their timeliness, professionalism, and price.

Working with Power Wash Plus was a great experience overall. After our first inquiry, they responded to us very quickly (I believe it was same-day). And the prices they quoted were very reasonable. Our roof, which is about 12 years old, looked very streaky, which is why we initially contacted them. After I realized they could clean awnings, too, I asked them to add that on since our white awnings were looking very grungy and we hadn't been able to clean them well enough ourselves. The actual price for the roof and awning cleaning was actually less than the quote. They were able to come out and clean our house within a few few days, and they did a very nice job -- all of the streaks from the roof are gone and our awnings look brand new. Also, they were able to complete the work even if we weren't home at the time, which was very convenient. They left an invoice and we called them to pay via credit card.

Overall, it was very smooth. We made the appointment via email, the crew cleaned the gutters on the arranged date and left the invoice. The gutters were thoroughly cleaned, including the downspouts, and they cleaned up after themselves. Its just what I wanted in a service call and I would call them again.

It went great. When I called I was informed that they could do it the next day and I wouldn't have to be home so that they could get to the back of the house. No one else that called gave me that option. Everything was very clean when I got home. The only evidence of them being there was that my gutters work like they are supposed to, no muck on the ground or anything. Areally great company that I will use again.

Their work looks really good. They seemed to be good. Their service was good and they finished the work within the time frame they gave. I was not there when they did the job, but they finished it on time. They seemed to be very professional. I will use them again in the future.

My appointment was very late in the season but they accommodate it without a problem. The cleaning went very smoothly and I am very happy with the results. The basement stairs returned to their normal color and I was very pleased with the way the crew cleaned up after themselves leaving no traces of even being there! I would definitely use their services again.

I contacted the owner of Power Wash Plus INC and explained that I needed my house power washed even though it is now winter since I had a large section of unsightly mold on the north side of the house. Ron explained that the equipment has been put up for the winter months, but that if the weather was good they could probably clean the house in a few days. He quoted me a price and sent me an email confirming his commitment to performing the cleaning if the weather was above 50 degrees. I was very pleased that he would be willing to clean my house even though it is not normally done in the winter. He contacted me a few days later and agreed to come out to complete the job. Power Wash Plus INC showed up on the day promised and performed the cleaning just as advertised. I am very pleased with the entire job and happy that I was able to get this work performed in spite of the season. I will use this company again when I need power washing in the future.

I was not home when the service was performed, so I can't speak to all that accompanies that. However, the job was done to our satisfaction, at the time scheduled, and for what I considered an excellent price - $100, with an expired Angie's List coupon that the company honored. I will definitely call them again next year; hopefully their prices are as good then.

Prompt reply from Power Wash Plus to my first contact. Pleasant, informative, and eager-to-help employee (Charisse, I believe.) I had company coming to visit and wanted it done quickly and correctly. Power Wash Plus was able to schedule the job within a couple of days, meeting my timing and offering to move it up if possible. I was a little skeptical about two things: 1) the fact that no ladders would be used, as I have plenty of quite high siding on my house and 2) only one employee came to accomplish the job. The employee arrived as scheduled and introduced himself (sorry, I've misplaced his name). He gave me confidence in his abilities and his dedication to doing a good job. I left shortly after he began and returned 4-5 hours later to find a sparkling house. Well done, Power Wash Plus!! My son and I had power washed my house several years ago with good results, but Power Wash Plus provided good value and made it so convenient and easy that I will never do it myself again--I'll be a return customer!

I was very pleased. They only drawback with this company was that instead of them cutting the wood that they need outside they cut the wood inside my house. I was not at all pleased with that. It is bad enough when they do the sanding after you touch up holes in the wall and then let the putty dry and then sand it down before painting that dust was all over the house. They really did not wipe down like they should have. But I could live with that. It was the wood cutting inside the house using electric saw I was not pleased with that. But otherwise they did a real good job. They were very true to the time that they said they would take to do the work and they also showed a little bit earlier than they said they would which I did not have a problem with really. I was ready to get the house done up because I was ready to move to Pennsylvania but I can’t because I still have a couple of other things that I needed to get done. But for the work they did it was very good I was very pleased. I would recommend you to call them. They are very true to their word. Mike Corbet, once he comes into the house, he looks at everything that you are want to do and he takes notes. He calls you in advance to let you know about their schedule and they keep to their schedule. As a matter of fact if he has an opening before his next job he will to see if it is okay for him to come earlier instead of the appointment that he gave. He is a very good person to contact. Price wise he was better than all of the rest. I will use them in the future.

Price was a little offensive. Not that it was overpriced but the price charged to clean my gutters was based not on how many gutters I have, how dirty they were or how high my eves are, rather it was based on the square footage of my home. Seems like an odd way to price out gutter cleaning. The crew was not able to make it out the day of my appointment but I received a call from the office letting me know they had run behind but could be here the next day. They tried again the next day but got hung up in traffic; again, I received a phone call letting me know they were running late. Communication was good and appreciated their professionalism. They eventually made it out but were much later than expected, in fact, they showed up just as it was getting dark. They did a good job of cleaning the gutters but left quite a mess on the deck and sidewalks around the house. This was likely due to the fact that they cleaned my gutters in the dark. They did clean up most of it, but not everything. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job they did. I would use them again but if they try to do the work in the dark again I'll ask them to come back another day.

They were able to fit me in faster then expected and did a great job. My only suggestion to others is to move your cars to the road or garage...I left our in the driveway and both needed to be washed. But there was no damage to the paint - just residue. Fast responsive, friendly service. Will use them again.

I was very impressed with this company and its staff. Very professional attitudes and service at every level. The power-washing work was performed during unexpected, stormy, summer weather. Yet, the power washing professional endured a downpour to complete his work, which was excellent. They maintained the integrity of my home and landscape throughout the process. I have already recommended them to neighbors.
