They arrived right on time. The supervisor came to the door to confirm that work that I needed, but then informed me that he needed to leave the job for a while to take his wife to an appointment. I saw no problem with this, but it meant that only one worker was available to do the entire job. I found that somewhat odd because when I made the appointment, I was told that two teams would come...one for the gutters and one for the windows. I assumed the supervisor would be back before his worker would try to clean the gutters on my 3-story townhouse, but he apparently did this all by himself. I didn't even realize he had done it, as I thought he was just working on the windows. That was a bit disappointing, because I wanted to see how dirty the gutters were in order to decide if gutter guards should be in my future. When I inquired about the gutters, the language barrier between the worker and myself prevented me from finding out. We get our windows cleaned every year. I have to say that this was the most meticulous job I have ever seen done on the windows. They are beautiful. Overall, a very good experience with the company. Other than not being able to find out how dirty the gutters were, I was very pleased.

They were actually able to come out a week earlier than expected to do the work and their crew did a great job. All of the employees were very professional and the work was great. We will definitely use them again!

Power Wash Plus did a good job, but their prices are high.

They were scheduled to come between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and they showed up at 8:15 a.m. (Yayyy!!!) There were two men on the crew, and they worked steadily until noon. These windows had not been washed in several years, at least, and I was embarrassed for anyone to see them. Now they sparkle!!! They cleaned the windows and the screens so well, I didn't even realize they had already put the screens back!! A+ work from my initial call to the completed job. I highly recommend them. Call them and you will be SOOOO glad you did, I promise!!

From the time of the initial contact with Power Wash Plus until the superb technician drove away after the job was completed, my experience was perfection plus! When I saw the company's rating on Angie's List, I called for an estimate, giving details of the size of my house and what I wanted done --- 3 vinyl sides powerwashed, to include a hot wax sealant and outside windows on those three sides washed. I was given several dates from which to choose and after selecting one, I was told that I could get an arrival time window of arrival by calling first thing the day of the work to be done. The technician did, indeed, arrive within that time frame and began diligently working immediately. He did the best job of anyone I have ever had over many years of home ownership. I have one side that faces north, thereby receiving little sun, producing mildew. The technician had just the proper "tool" for reaching to the very top of a 3-story house with no problem. The result: no signs whatsoever of the mildew and all 3 sides of the house looked brand new. I couldn't be happier with this entire experience and I have already referred this company to several of my friends.

After our appointment was made, we received a reminder call with the approximate time for arrival. Approximately twenty minutes prior to his arrival, Dominic called to let us know he was on the way. Upon arriving, I walked with him around the house and the deck as he explained what he was going to do, what products he would use and asked if I had any questions. We have quite a lot of mature shrubbery and some climbing roses, Dominic took particular care to cover and protect the roses and to minimize overspray elsewhere. His work was excellent. He was careful and methodical. When he finished, we again walked around to ensure everything met with our satisfaction. I had questions about the Sikkens deck finish and how to remediate the issues resulting from the work of another contractor. He gave me some ideas but was forthright in explaining that his company would not attempt the work. I would most certainly use Power Wash Plus again.

The work was completed in an excellent manner. The crew arrived on time and completed their work on schedule. They accessed the deck at the back of the house (which is at the third story level) through ladders and not through the house. The surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and the work sites were completely cleaned up. We did not need to be home while the crew was here.

The job went on well and my husband supervised the same. It was a plain and simple job. They were clean, did the job and were out of here before I came. They were on par with most of the dealers.

Everything went well. First they used a cleaning solution which they let set for a short time. Then they rinsed everything. They even reached roof dormers which other companies had not been able to get to in the past. The house came out spotless. It is the best cleaning job in the 23 years we've lived in this house. The technician was very thourough and neat. I would highly recommend thiis company to others and will definitely use them again.

I thought the prices were reasonable and they did a good job. They charge by the window, it's around $7 a window.

Very responsive. Provided me with a quote and within 5 days they came out and completed the job. Overall they did a great job all the spots on the siding are gone and the concrete and brick look much brighter.

The guys arrived around 0830 and checked in with us to let us know they were there. They began work immediately and were finished within an hour. They cleaned up the mess and departed. No issues to report and we are most grateful for their assistance.

I was able to get a detailed estimate of all options for power washing and sealing/staining, over the phone from Nancy, who was very pleasant and professional. No one had to come out for an estimate which was convenient. I opted to only have the deck cleaned as well as one side of the house at this time. Only prep was to have most items off the deck but I could leave the tables and grill. I was not able to move my large planters so I just left them.(Would have to be removed if I had sealing done the next day.). Water had to be on and I did not have to be home if I used a credit card. Walter arrived at 8:30AM and started work. He was by himself and worked for 5 hours straight. He just slid the planters around as he worked with no problem.Walter was pleasant and a detailed worker. The deck looks great. I wish I could have had the sealing done but that wasn't in the cards right now. Kudos go to Walter! My only extra comment is that I had a lot of stuff to move off the deck and no one to really haul it down. However, it got done. The hard part is to haul everything back up so I would would like to see an option to pay for this extra service. It would be worth it to me when no one is around to help. I made the appointment the same time I made an appointment to have the deck power washed. Deck was done one day, windows the next. Oscar and his helper Guillermo arrived at 9:00AM ( the window time was 9-10AM). They were here for 3 hours and cleaned 36 window areas. They were very efficient and pleasant and did not waste any time. A thorough job was done and the windows look great. Oscar was very careful in the house, removed his shoes, and there was no mess or disruption. My screens are the large panel removable type which are a pain to deal with. However, all of them were put back in place. Thanks for a job well done!

They were very responsive in calling me back & setting up an appointment. They were able to give me an estimate based on my measurements of the deck so I could have the work done sooner (estimates were running long). I was very pleased - if the sealer performs as they said it will over the next year I will definately use them again.

They were wonderful - and fast. I called them and three days later they were cleaning and sealing my deck. It looks wonderful. They also power washed the house. I will use them again.

It was a good price for the power washing. Thye were the lowest bid we got. They were competively priced with the windows.. They were very friendly and nice. They did a good job. Everything was great.

The finished job was great! The siding looks brighter, the deck railings are ready to be stained and the brick walkway is completely free of all dirt and mildew. It looks as good as the day it was installed, over 11 years ago. The office staff did a very thorough estimate over the phone and let us know clearly the finished cost. Sergio worked miracles on our very dirty IPE deck. It is now truly gorgeous and can't wait to entertain on it. Our well did not provide enought water to complete the job in one day so they returned with a commercial tanker to complete the job,

Approximately 2 weeks ago we inquired about services and received an over-the-phone estimate ($354) for the services. We immediately scheduled the services for a day wherein someone would be home ( March 27). We selected this company based previous high rating and reviews on Angie's list. Regard the time to expect the technician on the 27th we were told we would receive a confirmation call the evening before. We received no call. In fact, my wife called the company at noon on the 27th. The office associate with some attitude indicated we were not on the schedule. A few minutes later the office manager called indicating that we were inadvertently keyed in for the 29th not the 27th. The manager indicated that he could get someone out mid-morning on the 28th which was acceptable. The technician should showed up mid-morning, rang the door bell, went to work and completed the job in roughly 2 hours. Overall, the work was acceptable, however we would like to comment on a few items. First, all the washing/spraying of our two story colonial home with vinyl siding was done from the ground level (no ladders used or positioning on the garage roof). At points the distance water/detergent was being sprayed ( water sprayed upward at ~ 45-60 degree angle) 30-40 feet. At places the vinyl wasn't cleaned as good (closer distance to siding may have worked better) as it could have been and/or the dirt wasn't washed off fully as their was some mild dirty streaking in places. Until the siding is completely dry it's difficult to assess the quality of the service---note our home wasn't super dirty with black mold or green algae like material. The technician did a good job on cleaning the concrete steps and the concrete front porch floor. The paint on one section of newly installed porch railing (PVC) was damaged/worn off by either the water spray or the hose to the sprayer being dragged across the railing when the technician powerwashed the side of the house. The technician didn't point this out. We will need to touch-up the railing with fresh paint. Lastly, be prepared to wash all of your windows after this service--much spotting and detergent residue/streaking remains. For us this wasn't a major issue as we wanted our home powerwashed before having new windows/doors installed throughout our home within the next month or so.

Power Wash Plus (PWP) contacted me promptly in order to arrange an estimate, which I received via e:mail within a few days. They were very responsive and were able to wash my windows on the same day I called them to do it! The next day their super-duper power wash truck arrived and my patio was thoroughly cleaned in about a hundredth of the time I have spent in the past with a rented power washer! Well worth the money! I enjoy my sparkling clean windows every day. I had waited five years to have them cleaned because of the many windows I have, and the hassle of finding someone good to do them - but no more. I can highly recommend these folks. Great follow up too, they wanted to make sure I was happy with them and their work.

Called to set up an estimate, which was accomplished quickly. Pricing was in-line with another estimate. Had a little trouble with the female associate when trying to specifically determine if the entire fence could be accessed due to some restricted areas, but the Service Manager quickly called me back to resolve the issue. Technician came out a day early (with my permission), did an excellent job, and was very courteous. Will definately use again.
