Provided a timely estimate and scheduled the work in a timely manner. Owner did not have to be at home; only had to ensure the outside water was on and close all windows.

Our experience with Power Wash Plus exceeded expectations. The house looks great! I was impressed with the office staff as well as the technician that came to do the job. They were friendly, professional and helpful. We will definitely use their services again.

Called and made a reservation to have exterior of house power washed. I was told they could not give me a time or a time window until all appointments were made. Suggested I call back the day before the scheduled appointment to get a window. The day before, the company called me to verify the date [today] of the appointment and to request all windows be closed and water bib in the front of the house is turned on. At that time, although initially reluctant, I was able to secure a morning window of service. Truck pulled into the driveway mid morning and Mike did his thing. The work was done quickly, efficiently and overall very satisfactorily. There was one area I requested that Mike redo to remove some stubborn cob webs, etc. and he did so gladly. Satisfied with the work. Would use them again. The discount for Angie's List customers brought the cost down to less than I paid another company 2 years ago for the same work.

Great! We contacted the company on Tue 9/11/12. Scheduled window washing for Tuesday 9/18. Inclement weather caused work to be rescheduled to Thursday 9/20, and then my work scheduling conflict caused me to have to reschedule for Friday 9/21. Company is very flexible and responsive in scheduling, which we greatly appreciate! Crew of 3 arrived exactly on time this morning. Work completed in about one hour. They worked quickly and efficiently and made our windows sparkle. We are very pleased and will use them again! We have also used them for power washing and found them excellent (see separate review).

very professional- got a quote on phone and got a man for a more detailed estimate- he gave me advise on what I needed v/s most cost effective options. Very friendly. I did not feel gouged for money at all which is a treat.

Called company on Tuesday 9/11/12 to inquire about services. Power washing scheduled for the next day, window cleaning scheduled for Tue 9/18/12. We didn't have to be home for the power washing - just had to leave spigots on and back gate open. They called me while work was being performed - there was a misunderstanding about the back walkout. My husband hadn't mentioned the stairs. Company was under the impression that it was only a small concrete patio. Price adjusted by $20 which was very reasonable. When we got home from work, we were blown away by how great everything looked. There was some siding on the shady side of the house that had black mildew spots - they made it look almost new! Previous power washing done by another company didn't even come close. And the bottom of the stairs in the back walkout was also very discolored. Now it's so clean you could eat off of it. The only very minor issue was that the front storm door was all streaked after the power washing but it only took me a minute to Windex it. I also had to hang the doormat and let it drip dry. All in all, the house looks great, problem areas were taken care of, and we are very happy. So happy that we will be calling them again in the spring to do our deck. This is the only power washing service we will be using from now on. Looking forward to next Tuesday, when they come to wash our windows!

I had a good experience contacting people at the office. I would have preferred to have more information from them instead of me calling trying to find answers. Sergis (power wash) & John (finish & preserving) did their job the best they could. The final appearance of the deck (a year old) is not what I expected.

Nancy in the office was very professional. She was able to tell me the size of my house and quoted the discount price offered as the Angie special. She was able to explain the details of the service in full. Matt, who did the power wash, walked the house with me and explained the process. I did have a problem with the "leak holes" leaking after the service was completed (leaving stains). I called the office, Nancy explained what caused the problem (sometimes leak holes leak after the wash) and Matt came that very afternoon to rewash the areas that needed it and hand wipe other areas as needed. I always judge a company with how courteously and quickly they respond if there are issues. Powerwash gets a triple A rating in my book because of their responsiveness and courtesy in responding to this issue.

Company responded promptly (next day); said I would not have to be home when the work was done. Sealant was supposed to leave a visible sheen. When we got home, we noticed that the siding had been power-washed. However, after power-washing the porch area, the porch had not been cleaned of the dirt/debris that had been loosened from the siding. There were some yellow-brown teardrop-shaped splotches at various places on the siding. There was no visible sheen or any other visible indication that the sealant had been applied. When I called to comment on this, the company said they would send a supervisor out the next day to take a look. We subsequently received a phone message stating that they had sent a worker out to address our concerns. When we got home that day, we noticed that most (though not quite all) of the yellow-brown splotches had been removed, and that the front porch area had been cleaned. It's still hard to detect any visible sign of the sealant.

I have very high praise for this company. They were very responsive when I phoned, and were able to give me reasonable estimates by telephone, as well as schedule service within a few days of my call. The windows and gutters were done on one day, and the deck a few days later (we decided to have them do the deck based on good results from the first service call and because our own small power washer broke in the meantime). When no one had arrived toward the end of our appointment window, I phoned the company, and was told by a very apologetic gentleman that there had been a scheduling glitch in the office, and the appointment had not made it onto the schedule for that day. But unlike many other similar situations where the response is "sorry, there's nothing I can do", this gentleman immediately took responsibility and said he would phone the crew in the field to see if they could work late to get our project done that afternoon. He said he would pay them overtime. It was a very hot Saturday, and I'm sure Oscar and his crew were very tired and hot after a full day's work. But they arrived at our house in fine spirits and tackled our windows and gutters with as much energy, expertise and professionalism as if we had been their first call in the morning. They are skilled and did a very good job. Moreover, they were friendly, courteous and professional. Scheduling mistakes occasionally happen to all of us. I always judge a company more by how they handle their mistakes - do they take responsibility, do they try to make things right, etc. This particular scheduling mistake gave me the opportunity to see how customer-oriented Power Wash Plus is. I was very impressed. They handled it beautifully. They clearly are committed to not only doing very good quality work, but also to taking responsibility and making sure their customers' needs are met. In my book, they stand out in this regard. We had them come back and pressure wash our deck a few days later. We will definitely hire them in the future.

Power Wash was responsive, quick and professional. They sent an estimator quickly, at no charge, and I received a professional quote quickly by e-mail that stated that powerwashing would not remove the stain. I was able to forward it to the HOA. I would call them again if I needed power washing services. I would call them again if I needed power washing services.

The deck looks amazing! We were scheduled to have our deck pressure washed on a Thursday and sealed on a Friday. The instructions from the vendor were clear and helpful. Clear everything off the deck except the grill and, if overly heavy, the table. Make sure a water source is available for the pressure washing. Make sure an electrical source is available for the sealing. Thursday morning arrived and I received a phone call. I had forgotten to turn the water on outside! (We have a sprinkler system and had not turned on the outside faucets for the summer.) I was mortified. The company had been very clear in their instructions and I knew it needed to be done, I just plain forgot. Very helpfully, the company rescheduled for the next day with the sealing to be done on the following Monday. Thursday evening, the company called to remind me to turn the water on. Friday I came home to a beautifully cleaned deck. The gray was gone and the deck looked like new again! Monday, I came home to a deck that looked better than when it was built. The company had offered us two options on sealing and we went with the one that would hold the color and protect the wood longer and it looked fantastic. I can't speak to the longevity as of yet, but I am excited to see how well this product will hold up. I was very impressed with the courtesy the company extended to me when I forgot to turn the water on. They did not fuss. They asked if I could get to the house, which was not an option at the time, and they rescheduled easily and quickly for the next day. They also did not penalize me for what was my error and their wasted trip. That is customer service!

They were great. They did such a good job they sent me a reminder that it was due for service but the work was so good that it doesn't need to be serviced yet. I live in a townhouse and they have to be careful so they made sure they didn't get anything on the neighbors siding.

From the start, Power Wash Plus was professional, courteous, and communicated well. I requested references in my area and they provided references in my area...other companies just provided references. They provided me with a certificate of insurance that was outdated, but they quickly provided me with an updated certificate. They called me to let me know when they had sent me emails, which was helpful because I do not check my personal email on a daily basis. The day before the service date, they called me to remind me they were coming out the next day. On the job, the crew was professional, they took care not to damage plants, and they did a great job. They were also the cheapest company I contacted, but they all were within a few dollars of each other. I would definitely use them again and I will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I called in late June to set up the services and was scheduled for two different dates since the gutters needed to be cleaned before they could powerwash the entire house. I was also put on first available. The final appointment was scheduled for 7/20/2012 but they were in the area and finished my house a day early. The technician for the gutter cleaning on 7/12/2012 was super fast and left. The technician for the powerwash was extremely nice and conscientious. He also asked if he could make my front steps and sidewalk look good as new while he was here for an extra $25.00. I'm very pleased with the work and would use them again. p

It took a while between the time of the phone call and the day the estimator came, but I didn't remember hearing that it would take a few weeks when I first spoke to the company. All went very well from then on. I was told to call after 9:00 AM on the morning of the appointment to do the work and the worker arrived just about exactly at the time I was told he would. He did an excellent job on both the house and deck. The price for the work done was reasonable.

I got them off Angie's List, and they had quite a few recommendations. They were very prompt, and they came early. I am satisfied with the work. We had scheduled for later in July, and then they had some cancellations, so they actually came this week. The price was a little high, but it was excellent for the stuff that I had done. Things worked out well and I would definitely use them again. I recommended them to my next door neighbor.

Power Wash Plus did a great job. I scheduled one date in mid July and asked them to contact me if they could do it sooner. They called one morning to let me know they had an earlier opening and the technician arrived in the afternoon. The technician let checked in before starting, and after he finished. I will definitely use their services again.

They did a good job with the power washing. They did a good job taking all the mold & mildew down. He even did a little extra on a particularly dirty part & didn't charge me extra. Unfortunately my windows were dirty afterwards - some of the dirt from power washing the brick, sprayed onto them during the cleaning. But otherwise everything went well. The person that came out for the estimate was very pleasant & got me the estimate right away. The serviceman showed up on time & did a great job with exception of the windows.

Company came when they said they were going to, pressure washed one day, and came back to seal the next day. Our deck never looked better. Will definitely use again.

I called them and made an appointment but I wasn't able to be there for the actual work but they came the next day or the day after and they got it done. They were very good.

I highly recommend this company. Very easy to schedule/reschedule over the phone. I wasn't home but they left the invoice at the door. I hadn't powerwashed my house in over 10 years, so it was very dirty. They did a fantastic job!

Called Power Wash Plus and was greeted by customer service who was really friendly; they collected my information and I was told that they would check out my deck/home and provide me a quote via email or phone call. Took a while to get an estimate to power wash my deck and possibly wash the vinyl siding of my middle unit townhome. I ended up getting a call from Dom who apologized for the late response. It is the summer and business for them is pretty busy, so I can totally understand that. I'll provide a better update in the near future. Looking forward to their service.
