So far I'm pleased with the level of responsiveness.

I found Power Wash Plus on Sunday evening and requested a all for a quote and to setup a time. They called first thing on Monday morning and could do the job on Tuesday morning. The team did an awesome job on the house and it looks wonderful. They were very efficient and quick and our house looks as good as new! Thanks so much!!

We used their services in the past to clean windows and got their flyers in the mail all the time. We moved to a new home a month ago and the fence was grey and green (doesn't look like it had ever need cleaned and treated in the 15 years it had existed). Powerwash plus came one day to clean the fence, and another day to seal it. They were very punctual and had great communication for getting both an estimate and scheduling the job. Both techs were very friendly and professional, and they did an outstanding job!

My deck had not been pressure washed for 2 years and it was a mess. The pressure wash crew arrived and spent about 4 - 5 hours pressure washing my deck and house. It was not necessary that I be home however I was. My deck does not have stairs and the crew hauled their equipment up to the deck using a ladder. When I first made the appointment, I provided them a deck size estimate of 300 sq. ft. and they estimated a cost based on that size. When they arrived, they remeasured the deck and it turns out it was 330 sq. ft. The crew foreman informed me of the difference and a few minutes later I got a call from their office explaining the cost difference. They also mentioned that they noticed a dent in the siding of my house (they wanted to make sure I understood it was there before they pressure washed). They also mentioned there were some stains on the siding and oxidation (the siding is 27 years old) and that the house would look 100% better after the power washing but it would not look like a 'new' house. I totally understood this and I appreciate the fact that they wanted to temper my expectations. The house and deck looked fantastic after the pressure wash! They were very gentle with the windows and sliding glass doors. A previous pressure wash experience (not this company) had broken the seals on a couple of windows. The crew was very pleasant to work with and very professional. Due to weather conditions, the sealing of the deck took place about 4 days later. Again, the sealing crew arrived (different from the pressure washing crew) and hauled their equipment up a ladder. Unfortunately, our outside electrical plug was not working, so we plugged the equipment into an outlet in our basement. Glad I was home for this. The crew foreman was very concerned about the dirty cord messing up our carpet, so he very meticulously cleaned and handed it to me to plug in (he did not want to enter the house in his boots). We chose the premium sealant. It took about 3 hours and they were very careful to protect the sides of the house while they were spraying on the sealant. It was not a windy day. They did an excellent job! Again very professional and courteous. I was presented with the bill and told I could give them a check, mail in a check, or call the office and pay via credit card. While they made have been a bit pricey (I did not comparison shop so I can't say for sure), they do a top-notch job and I will use them again!

They did a great job. Had my older townhouse siding pressure washed and it looks like new. They were professional and performed the work in a timely manner. I would recommend and will use again.

The service was good; however, the worker misplaced my check and I had to put the charge on my credit card. About 3 weeks later Power Wash called and said the check was found, but they deposited the check and later realized I had paid them with the credit card. I received the check ithrough the mailthe next day.

We used them to power wash our deck before (see review) so I was happy to see they had a deal to clean gutters. They came on time and did the job, They actually clean the gutters and get the leave out from the spouts, not just the top gutters. That is why it is more than the random guy will clean your gutters for $45, but you get what you pay for. Overall they were quick and easy. Not much else to say!

They did the job quickly and efficiency. I would recommend them.

Power Plus came over when they were scheduled, cleaned the exterior (including smoke damage from a grill) and I was able to pay them conveniently online. I highly recommend this company.

I called Power Wash Plus in the morning, they researched my home on-line, gave me the price over the phone, and since the weather was unusually warm, they were able to perform the job today. Sergio was at my house two hours later, very polite and professional. He appropriately cautioned me to check that all the windows were closed and locked, and then promptly got to work. With excellent attention to detail he power washed all of the siding on the house, and I noted that he was very careful to follow up and thoroughly rinse the detergent off of my deck and windows. Our entire north side was beginning to show visible mold, and now it looks perfect.

The crew arrived on time and finished the windows in a timely manner. They were very polite and did a good job. They were unable to wash a domed skylight due to the height, but other than that, I was very pleased with their work.

Our experience was very good. The house looks so much better. All traces of mold and mildew on our deck and siding are gone, and we are very happy with the job.

Powerwash Plus was excellent - great service. Technicians were knowledgeable and prompt and completed the work on time. They did an excellent job and I would use them in the future.

This company uses heated water from their truck for the power wash along with an environmentally compatible cleaner, which seems to do a better job than previous experiences with power washing companies. The technician was efficient and knew his job. He was careful of plants adjacent to the decks and very thorough when it came to cleaning the deck and wood railings without damaging the wood. He was just as careful with the sealant. We removed all the furniture and plants on our decks before the technician arrived which made the job much easier to accomplish and our satisfaction higher ( the technician didn't have to work around large planters or move the gas grills around while he was working). The office staff at Power Wash Plus are the company's best promoter. Everyone I've spoken with has been professional, polite, cheerful and very happy to answer questions without irritation. They deserve many kudos for being the first "face" of the company.

We had a pretty large window in our foyer cleaned that required an extension ladder. They cleaned both inside and out and did a wonderful job. Now I can look out of the window without staring into awful water marks. They were on time, efficient, and very polite. When cleaning the inside of the window they took extra care to make sure the ladder was wrapped in cloth so it wouldn't scratch or chip the wall paint and they paid special attention to not hit our massive chandelier with their ladder. Other companies I called required an in-home estimate first (for such a simple job). PWP came out first thing on New Years Eve with no estimate necessary just as long as the minimum $125 was met. Great business! We will definitely be using them in the future!

I have an older wood deck that needed to be power washed and stained. Based upon Angie's List comments, I called Power Wash. They arrived on time for the estimate and provided a written estimate via e-mail. They wanted $125 to power wash and clean my 180 sq. ft. deck and $685 to stain the deck with Behr Premium. I felt that the $685 was too much for staining a 180 sq. ft. deck so I had them do the power washing only ($125) and did the staining myself. They arrived on time for the power washing and did a nice job. Make sure that you clear out everything under the deck that you don't want soaked because the power washing sure throws off a LOT of water . . . which has to go somewhere.

We had a blocked downspout and I found this company on Angie's List. Contacted via email, they called back the next day and were available for service the following day. Team arrived at 9 am and got to work immediately. It took 15 minutes and all the gutters were clean, area cleaned up and the job finished. Overall, a job well done by a friendly and professional crew.

They did arrive late, having gotten caught up in holiday traffic. Once they arrived they started working and did not stop.

Called the office they came out in two days completed the work. Great Job!

I was impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and the quality of their work based on the previous jobs that I hired them to do in June. So, I felt very comfortable hiring them again to power wash my fence. I was impressed on how they removed the weathered look from my fence. Overall, I was quite pleased how the restored by fence back to new and would definitely hire them again.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful in setting up a day when the job could be done. The company was able to come in the time frame I wanted. When the Power Wash Plus employee came to our house, he introduced himself and I was able to ask questions and state my concerns. He was very pleasant and did a thorough and great job. I will definitely use them again when needed.
