Power Wash Plus Inc

Power Wash Plus Inc arrived on time, did a walk around with me to reveal any unusual situations or concerns. Worked diligently and finished in about the estimated time frame.

I wasn't present, but a wet front yard and an apparent lack of debris sticking out of the gutters shows they did the work. Water no longer drips over the gutter edge during a rain storm.

Well organized and efficient company. Project was delayed by rainy weather, but they stayed on top of it and completed the job on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Now looks like a brand new deck. I had a lower bid, but I know they do good work so I went with Power Wash Plus.

They did an excellent job. I've used them before to wash/wax my first house.

I wasn't home when the service was performed but appreciated the fact that my plants weren't trampled and the siding wasn't knocked off . Plus they did an excellent job.

They contacted me promptly, and once we set date, called to remind me the day before service (verifying that they Would be here). Serviceman arrived during the time window and performed contracted services professionally and to my satisfaction, and cleaned up after himself. My deck is over 10 years old and on the second story of my townhouse with no stair access, so it was no easy task to clean and seal the deck, lattice work and pergola. The deck cleaned up beautifully. The next day he returned and sealed the deck. It now looks almost like new. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend Powerwash Plus!

Great price, they even honored a lower quote because the technician measured wrong. There was no option given for deck stain and when I realized the error, went with the stain that all technicians carry. It is too light for my taste and would have liked an option for a darker color. I now know I need to do this as it is not offered when you make the appointment. There are some spots that are not blending and I think a darker stain would have looked better. But the deck looks nice and we are happy with the price.

I am very pleased with the services they performed. They were punctual, communicative and professional. The gutter crew just came, did their job and left. No problems at all. The siding crew did their job and then came to discuss some areas where specific spots on the siding couldn't be removed...which I was expecting. Nice job all round.

Easy scheduling process with a very responsive office staff. Dimensions of deck and services required are given over the phone, estimate of cost is given immediately. Scheduling was a breeze as well. Decks were cleaned on 5/9; water seal was to be applied on 5/10. Waterseal Tech (John) arrived and did not feel deck was cleaned to their liking so called in to his boss (Ron). It was decided to send out a new Cleaning Tech same afternoon to reclean decks. Waterseal was rescheduled for 5/13. We are EXTREMELY pleased with the clean and seal. The decks look like new. Very happy that this company has standards they adhere to and won't do a 'hit and run' clean/seal without ensuring all work is performed to their specifications. Thank you Power Wash Plus! We will most definitely use you again in the future!

I was not home when the work was done. When I came home from work everthing looked beautiful! Things were done exactly how the designer, Stewart, said they would be.

It was a bit of hassle to have to fax over signed estimates several times, but overall everything seems to have worked out well, the deck and the house look both better as expected. Hopefully it will hold up for a good long while.

I saw this company on Angie's List so I called them up asking them about a quote. The woman on the phone was very nice and even answered all my questions. I was told a person would come out to my home to give a quote. That was around 1pm when I finished the call. When I got home from work around 5:30pm...there was a quote in my storm door. That was fast, I thought. I had asked for a quote for power washing my home plus having my deck re-stained. The quote was itemized and even gave two options for the deck staining. I called the company the next day and they explained to me what each of the two procedures would entail. They also explained that the deck staining would take two days. Day one for cleaning...day two for sealing the deck. The power wash of the house and deck was done on one day. I was called that evening and told that because of the rain the would be unable to stain my deck the next day. I was told they would call me the evening before finishing the deck. After a couple of days of rain I got a call that workers would finish my deck the following day. As I was leaving work the workers arrived I even spoke to one about when I could put items back on the deck. He spoke Enlish (a rarity in the Northern VA area) and was very kind.

It was an absolute pleasurable experience working with Power Wash Plus (PWP). We chose them b/c of their high rating on Angie's List. We are relatively new to Angie's List, and joined b/c we have been so underwhelmed by previous "wood/power wash" companies/contractors who were either non-responsive, who did not communicate to ask exactly what the customer desired, and/or they were not dependable. Power Wash Plus was worth every penny, and it was a very refreshing to work with a company who actually treats the customer as an individual, as opposed to a number they have to check off their list. PWP provided estimates for us for our window cleaning and outside house washing in the fall of 2012, and after we agreed to the work they outlined, they gave us a date certain for the project and they made our house look sparkling new. It's not just water these guys use: they have specially formulated substances to protect the home's elements, and keep them looking clean so dirt and mildew do not return any time in the near future. Then in March/April 2013, we finally got around to protecting our new cedar fence all around our yard, and asked PWP for an estimate. Cedar is very unique in the wood-care world, and needs special handling as opposed to most fences/decks that are pressure treated pine. One of Power Wash Plus' craftsmen was Ron, and he he knew everything about wood and wood protection. He took the time to explain how they would uniquely treat our cedar fence with care, and walked me through the stain/protection layers/colors options / qualities. For PWP's wood power wash and stain protection, they DO NOT USE stuff you can get at Home Depot or Lowe's. They use a special line of stain seal/protection. I am not ordinarily a persnickety customer. But when you spend good hard-earned money on something like a new fence that you want to protect and enjoy for a good long time, you want to know that your contractors are professionals and that they "get it." Ron was phenomenal to work with. He and his team came to do the work estimated, on time, and made our new cedar fence look absolutely amazing! In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with Power Wash Plus.

Power Wash Plus performed the gutter cleaning and deck power washing on two separate occasions. Work was performed on the agreed upon dates and very much to our satisfaction. The person booking the appointment was very professional and helpful. We were quoted a price for the power washing and when my husband called back to say we had a coupon, they honored the coupon price. The deck looked fantastic, we sealed it that following weekend and it looks great - we've already enjoyed some beautiful, relaxing Spring days !! Can't really comment too much on the gutters except to say that they are clear and working well. I have been using Power Wash Plus for years and will continue to call them in the future.

The individual showed up at the appointed time and did a thorough job. The siding had not been cleaned in years. We had concern about the wooden siding and powerwashing. The siding looks wonderful, clean and all mildew (or mold) was removed. The experience from start to finish was a pleasant experience.

I had already left for work on a Friday and they called has my husband was leaving to say they had a cancellation and could do the cleaning that day. They were scheduled for the next Tuesday. He said sure and called and told me. I was a little worried because we had not done anything to prepare. When I got home the deck looked great. However, near the fence they pressure washed, 2 branches were broken and dangling on my hydrangea tree. They also put my dirty pots filled with soil back on the clean deck. Which I took back off. The following Wednesday they came to seal before I left for work. I showed the guy my broken tree limbs and he helped cut them off. I thought a $50 to $100 discount or something would have been more appropriate and an apology. The deck looks good and I am glad we went with an upgraded seal. I wish I could get the 2 limbs back....

It's the best the house has ever looked.

Researched Power Wash Plus Inc. on Angie's List, and like the reviews that I read. Contacted Power Wash Plus Inc. via Email on 18 APR 13, and received a call the next day from a representative that talked over an estimate on the phone. The representative used my address to verify the square footage of my house, and then I estimated my deck size by walking it off. The representative told me that it would be $199.00 to pressure wash the entire house (using a Angie's List coupon), and then another $141.00 for my deck. I agreed to the price, and she then told me that they could do the work on 22 APR 13, which I thought was great to hear that they could get out so quickly. I had the deck cleared, and everything out of the way for the work on Monday. I knew that the individual that was scheduled to do the pressure washing had another house to do before mine, so I didn't expect to see him until after lunch. He arrived right after lunch, and got right to work. He attacked the deck first, and I could tell before he was even done that he did an outstanding job. I haven't seen our deck look so good in the 5-years that we have lived here. He then got to work on the house. After an hour of pressure washing the house, he was done and handed me the bill. I was busy doing business on the phone, and wasn't able to get out to look at the house before he left. After I got off the phone, I went out and inspected the house. The vinyl siding was nicely done, but I wasn't happy with all the white trim areas around the windows, and the bargeboards, and facia all around the house. I immediately got on the phone and called Power Wash Plus, told them my concerns, and they said they would get the individual back for me to point out my concerns. The individual arrived about 30-minutes later and I showed him where I concerned about. He immediately got to work washing the areas of concern. The soap mixture that he was using didn't seem to be getting the areas clean, so he switched to another mixture (with more bleach added). That with the high pressure water rinsing did the job. After about another hour washing the areas that I was concerned with, he was done. I looked the entire house over, and I was extremely satisfied. All dealings with Power Wash Plus Inc. were extremely professional, and I was really happy that the company sent the individual back out to address my concerns with no questions asked. I will definitely recommend Power Wash Plus Inc. to all my friends looking for any work that they offer.

They were very good. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them in the future.

Excellent customer service and phenomenal job. My deck and driveway look brand new and we love the color (of the deck). They were very customer friendly, very convenient, and very professional. An excellent value. I will definitely use them again.

On Saturday, March 23 I sent requests, via Angieslist, to 3 companies to request estimates to perform deck maintenance. Two of these companies responded the same day. Unfortunately, this company did not respond at all. Approximately 4 days ago I submitted, via their web site, a request for an estimate for the work I needed to perform. As of this writing I have still not heard from this company. Based upon other reviews they seem to do good work but since I have tried twice to contact them and have never received a response, I do not have confidence in them. April 11 update - This afternoon a representative from Power Wash Plus arrived at my house to speak with me. Apparently they have been having several problems with their email system for the last couple of months and did not receive either of my emails to them and had no idea that I had tried to contact them. They apologized for this problem and proceeded to discuss with me the work I needed done and the different options I have and will provide me with an estimate tomorrow. I have updated my review to better reflect my experience since they cannot be held responsible if there is an IT problem with their system but it was suggested that they place a notice on Angies List as well their website to advise people to call them directly if they have not heard back from an email sent to the company. I will now review their proposal as if this situation never occurred.

The company was pleasant to deal with, giving a good first impression. The representative arrived punctually to perform the contracted work, which took close to two hours. We are amazed by the appearance of our home now that this work has been done, which is better than anything we had imagined. The price was very low for this quality of work, thanks to the "special" they were offering through Angies List. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They did a great job, very professional. I expected the windows would be spotted and look bad, but they actually looked OK. No mess to clean up! But we had 2 glitches They responded quickly to our request for quote and were able to schedule us within one week. They came on time and did a good job. They called ahead 30 minutes even though we didn't need to be there, so they said. And we would not have been there except that when they called 30 minutes ahead they said -- you did turn the outside water back on at the end of winter, right? Duh. We didn't, and they didn't remind us when we scheduled the service. I was not able to get away from work immediately so my wife drove home from work (30 minutes). She didn't know how to turn the water on and the guy was no help. I freed up shortly at work and tried to walk them through it on the phone but no joy. I had to come home, too. Took me 2 minutes. I did notice cracks in 2 windows afterward -- not sure if from the power washing or not. I didn't notice it until 1 week later as they were not in obvious locations (hidden by curtains).
