I was very pleased with what they did. They cleaned the siding well and they were on-time and punctual. It didn't take too long and it didn't cause any major disruption.

Power Wash Plus Inc. did very well, they were very professional, very nice. Everything went very well. The attention to detail was great. The fellow was giving us some advice on maintaining what was there and he made some suggestions, it was good. I was concerned because you know when you hit vinyl the wrong way it could fly off the house and he knew exactly what to do, he did a very good job, I was happy, and it is so clean.

Their scheduling person was fantastic and accommodating because we were moving in 2 weeks. They had a cancelation and we got in earlier. The negative was that one of our patio chairs was covered with the slop from the gutters, and now I have a stained cushion. If he would’ve said something I could’ve covered it up. They did call me back and apologize and were very professional. I was very impressed with the customer service.

Very good! They called me when they arrived, very courteous and professional and told me what to expect. Setting up the appointment was super easy, the lady I talked to was very professional and pleasant. They even came a week earlier as they had an open spot and called me in advance about the earlier appt time.

Communicating with the office was very easy. I started with their website and then we had 2 phone conversations so that they could accurately assess the job and provide me an estimate. Two different crews came on separate days. The gutter crew came very late in the day and just as it started to rain, hard. But, the two guys were extremely friendly and to my surprise one of them stayed on the roof and finished the job in the pouring rain. The power wash crew came the next day. I was not at home but my daughter said the person in charge knocked on the door was both friendly and professional and explained exactly what they were going to do. After they completed the job they came back and allowed her to inspect the work before they left. Very good job.

We hired them to clean our windows and they did a great job, we were pleased with their services and would use them again in the future.

There was some initial confusion over what was to be cleaned, but the lead crew member and I quickly resolved it. The crew did a fantastic job, was friendly, considerate and professional. What furniture needed to be moved to access the windows was put back where it belonged. The sunroom roof was obviously dirty but we had no idea how dirty the other windows were until after they were cleaned. The windows, including the roof, were all hand-washed and look wonderfully clear and streak-free. We would definitely use PowerWash Plus for future window cleaning needs.

Louise was punctual, extremely neat, very professional and most pleasant. We had an extension ladder which Louise used to climb up on our deck to wash the deck and the screens on the porch. He worked very, very hard and my husband and I couldn't have been more pleased. We'll positively use this company again. Kudos!!!

When I made the appointment, I asked if they would call if an earlier time became available. They were able to come a week earlier than originally planned. They were on time, courteous and friendly. They did a fantastic job. The siding looks new. I highly recommend this company. I will use them again - and again - and again!

The estimator gave us a thorough explanation of the work they would do and the options available to us so we could specify exactly what we wanted done. All of the contractor's personnel were professional and well-qualified. Our deck had not been cleaned or treated in many years, and it looked quite old. The pressure washing got it clean and removed all the gray, and the treatment restored the fresh appearance of the deck. It turned out a little darker than we expected, but the contractor explained the reason for that to our satisfaction. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the good folks that did it. This was our first experience using someone from Angie's List, and we were very pleased.

Everyone I talked to at the company was very nice and professional. However, while I think the estimate was fair, it was more than I wanted to spend. Since I will have to power wash the patio and around the pool every year or so, I decided to buy a power washer and do it myself.

One technician worked on inside, another on outside and another did the screens and doors. All were efficient and professional. When job was finished senior tech did walk through with me to ensure job was satisfactory. Windows and screens were so clean I thought one of the screens was missing. We had to get close to window to see screen was in fact installed.

Power Wash Plus was great to work with. This is my second time using them for a job and I?m still very happy with the service. They were able to give me an initial estimate over the phone for window washing services. A team of two men arrived on time and on schedule to perform the service. They were very professional and polite. Prior to starting the window cleaning, they verified the number of windows and the price. They were very careful not to damage anything. The front of the house is stucco and damages easily. They wrapped the ladder ends with rags to ensure it would not damage the house. We have a lot of windows and some are about four stories up. The two guys worked very hard and were very though with the job. I plan to use this company again in the future.

They were very quick to respond and I was very happy with their work. Everything was top-notch and I was very pleased with them. The people they sent out were very professional and were on time. They worked and got everything done as quickly as possible. They were efficient. They had to come out and power washed the deck. They let me know that they had to come back to seal it and let it dry. They said they would be out here unless weather permitting. They called me before they came back and let me know when they were on their way. The people who did the window cleaning were very professional and nice. They did a wonderful job. I am planning to use them again. Their price was average and in line with others. They charged $7 per windows to clean inside, out & window seal. I thought the price was reasonable.

Absolutely the greatest deck service I have had in many years. Will definitely ask them to return next year.

We were looking for someone to clean and treat our IPE deck. I called their office to have someone give us an estimate. I was told that one one would get back to me to give me an estimate. Ron called back today and explained that, while they would clean an IPE deck, they don't apply the product that is recommended for IPE. He said it would be best for whoever cleaned it to deck to also treat it. He gave me the name of a company he thought might use the recommended product. Ron went out f his way to be honest, responsive and helpful. Thank you Ron!

It went very well. When we had a question about the power wash, they came out discussed our questions, then redid the entire deck, including railings and steps. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the service.

I was given a verbal estimate over the phone. When contracter arrived I explained I wanted everything vinyl cleaned on the house plus front stoop, walk way, and basement steps (basically everything but the brick on the house). A new estimate was given over the phone for the areas not included in the original estimate which was still very reasonable. Both teams showed up on time and did a superb job. My white siding hadn't been cleaned in about 4 years and was very dirty. The technician assisted in moving some items to protect them prior to starting his cleaning. He was professional, very courteous, and went out of his way to explain the process. By the time he left, the siding looked brand new. I highly recommend them and won't hesitate to use them again in the future. My gutters were completely clogged and I saw a plant growing in the gutter near the down spout at the rear of the house. The technician removed several hands full of dirt and debris and washed out all the gutters. This technician also did a superb job and I will use Power Wash Plus again.

They were extremely professional both on the phone and in person. Even though no one needed to be home while they worked, when they saw we were, came to the door to tell us what they were doing & ask if we had any concerns or questions. The deck was thoroughly cleaned & sealant applied a few days later (because it rained).

A representative of the company came to my home on or about May 29, 1913, which was probably about 2 weeks after I first contacted the company. He didn't initially ring the door bell, but when I saw him inspecting the outside of the home I went out to greet him. We discussed the work involved, focusing mostly on the way to treat the deck. He seemed to believe that it would be difficult to remove some residue that remained from a previous poor treatment by another contractor. After discussing the problem, I thought we agreed on a basic transparent treatment of the deck surfaces--which is all I really wanted. He said I would receive an estimate via email, but as of June 8 I had not received one. I don't know what happened. I did not follow up with Power Wash Plus and decided to go with another provider--one who seemed willing to deal with the residue left by the previous deck treatment. -------------------------------------- The service provider contacted me directly 4-5 times times in response to my initial Angie's List ratings and review. He insisted he sent an estimate via email within a day of his visit, but I found none in my email incoming, trash, or spam folders. After the provider read my review and contacted me by phone, he did send me email messages which I received--including the missing estimate and a request that I delete or revise my initial review. The provider also delivered a hard copy of the estimate to my home. While I appreciate the provider's efforts to maintain a good customer service reputation and to correct our miscommunication or misunderstanding, per Angie's List guidelines (I called Angie's List to check on that), I believe my overall rating to be fair and accurate. Had the provider waited until I was able to review his estimate (I was away on vacation when he called me) and reconsider my Angie's list rating--which is what I said I would do--I might have deleted my review. But I found the provider's rebuttal to be unnecessarily harsh. For example, I don't consider a fair or "C' rating, based on accurate information to be a "blast". I did improve the rating in responsiveness and added one for price. The provider did call me to apologize--apparently for the mix up, his rebuttal, his many phone calls and/or impatience, which I appreciate. I do think it's possible that my experience with the service provider is an anomaly, and that Power Wash Plus may in most cases provide good service.

This job went well. We plan on using them soon to clean the gutters again. They were a little pricey but did a good.
