I had an Angie's List coupon and the company received good ratings. An estimate was given over the phone by viewing the house via the internet. The workman showed up as scheduled and did a very thorough job. It took about an hour. The workman paid attention to details.

Power Wash Plus gave me an estimate for treating the roof of my house where there were black streaks due to mold growing on the shingles. I had them pretreat the roof with chemicals to kill the mold and then they power washed the mold away. The roof now looks like new again, even though it is almost twenty years old. This company did exactly what they promised in a very timely manner. I am very pleased with their work.

Sergio did a phenomenal job. We have a treated lot and the house had algae. He got the house sparkling again.

They were excellent. They were professional and on-time. The deck looks new! I was really pleased and would use them again.

The decks and exterior stairs of our house were replaced about one year ago, so no material restoration work was required. However, there were some warped boards that needed to be fixed. Once that work was completed Power Wash Plus did a thorough job of power washing the decks and stairs. Once the wood had dried they came back and applied sealer to all the wood surfaces. The results look beautiful. All of the people I worked with at the company, by telephone and in person, were courteous and helpful. The person estimating the cost of the job broke out various components of the work, allowing us to pick and choose what we wanted done. They also offered a choice of different quality deck sealers (priced accordingly). I would definitely recommend Power Wash Plus for the type of work that they did for us.

They did a fantastic job! I was able to schedule the work to be completed quickly (within 2 weeks of calling). They could have provided me an appointment within a week, but I needed to schedule on a work-from-home day, so that was the reason for the slight delay. The gentlemen performing the work were very professional and courteous. They had all windows completed in less than 2 hours (cleaning the screens, sills and windows inside/out). When they cleaned the sills, they did leave some dirt on the floors, but I was going to vacuum later that day anyway, so it wasn't an issue. But definitely something to keep in mind for future customers. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

Scheduling was a breeze. Everyone I dealt with was nice and professional. Their prices were the best, hands down--impressive considering how many passes they did on the house and how hot the water was. (There is also a coupon you can use on Angie's List if your house is under 2500 sq feet.) It was easy to book and the tech arrived early on the day scheduled and took his time. (I watched my neighbor having his done by a different company and they were in and out so fast, it was unreal. Our HOA is saying some of us have mildew on the siding although I did not see any on mine before this and hadn't noticed any on my neighbor's. My windows though were filthy and I knew it, so I imagine there was a similar amount of dirt on house.) I could see the dirt coming off the windows as the tech cleaned them. The house and windows look great. This is a note for other uses, not a complaint--you have to make sure all your windows and doors are securely closed prior to cleaning (duh, right?) but I forgot about the doggy door. it's was closed up but that was not enough to keep all water at that pressure out of the house, so I had a small puddle. Next time, I'll put a towel in front of it. This was not the vendor's fault. Just a lesson learned for me. : ) I will definitely use this company again. Very happy.

The power wash guy came on time and was very nice and explained what he was going to do. Turned out that my deck was larger than their estimates from the county records and so the office called me to get that authorization before he started as it was a slightly higher addition to the price which i though was very professional way to go about the process. Overall, it was great and worked very well. The only thing i will say however is that if you have plants around your house the chemicals will damage them as it did mine. Hindsight i would have watered them first to prevent them from absorbing the chemicals and rinsed them afterwards. I think that if they tell customers that up front will prevent some folks from getting upset. We chalked it up to a learning experience. Not the company's fault really, just would have been helpful if customers were forewarned that damage to flowers and plants might happen if they are not rinsed off afterwards.

Power Wash Plus did a great job cleaning the deck around our pool. They were very responsive when I called for help, and an estimator arrived the next business day. The deck was washed the next day by Mike. He was very professional and completed the job without a problem. They have a powerful self-contained system which handled the job with ease. Saved me a lot of time and hard work, at a very competitive price. I will definitely use them again.

Did a great job! A big storm was predicted for the date of our scheduled work so, they got the work done ahead of schedule!

This is the second time I used Power Wash Plus. The results were equally excellent with like new appearance and an effective clean up after the job was done. Using telescopic wands eliminated going up on the roof and placing ladders on the vinyl siding, which can cause damage due to it's inherent fragility to pressure. The pressure washing equipment was first rate. A plus was the friendly demeanor of Nancy, the customer service representative who scheduled the work while explaining the pricing method for my three sided job. It was a pleasure to do business with both Nancy and Mike, the technician. I will use Power Wash Plus again for my next house cleaning effort.

I accepted Power Wash Plus' recommendation for a wax treatment following the power washing to give the vinyl siding a more rersilient finish. When viewed at an angle from the street, the wax treatment created a blocthy effect giving the siding an irregular discolored appearance. A second rinsing failed to correct the problem. Power Wash Plus insists that the problem is not the wax, but instead the result of the oxidation process caused by the sun. They stated that a second washing would only make it worse. Oxidation was not visible prior to the wash and could not have occurred with a 24-hour period. When I suggested a second hot water power wash, I was told that doing so would only make it worse. Even though the cost of the wax treatment was deducted from the invoice, it was a huge mistake having the house power washed by this supposedly reputable company.

They did a great job, were here on time, actually a little early. They were professional and courteous.

We need a gutter cleaning and these guys did a great job. they cleared all the downspouts and gutters and i didn't notice any debris around the house. I plan on using them again when i need the gutters done and in the spring to get a whole house powerwash.

On two separate days, Power Wash Plus cleaned and then stained and sealed the deck at my mom's house. Each employee was courteous, punctual, and very professional. I have nothing but praise for this outfit. Good guys, good staff on the phone at their office, and excellent pricing. A++++++

Convenient scheduling, prompt arrival, efficient completion of work, and pleasant employees. Only two minor concerns. Although plantings around the house were covered with plastic during the power washing, run-off of the cleaning solution caused defoliation of several barberry bushes. They were the only things affected and are making a comeback. Perhaps this is unavoidable. Windows looked great after wondow washing, but I had to clean up some grey dribble on most of the inside window sills.

I called for an appointment. Estimator came to the house when I wasn't home, e-mailed me the estimate by the next day. I called the office with a few questions, all answered to my satisfaction, and the work was scheduled for the next week. Tech arrived on schedule, explained the process, did the power washing in a timely fashion, had me check his work, and left an invoice with me. This company is easy to work with. I mailed them a check.

They were able to give me an accurate quote over the phone using Fairfax county records. Both the power washing technician and deck sealing technician showed up on time and completed their work in a timely manner with no collateral damage to the surrounding area. Both were professional and polite.

Excellent job! Took advantage of the Angie?s List Special ($199 for house under 2500 ft.) ? and added the Turtle Wax ($69). Our house really needed cleaning ? especially in the back where there was a lot of green mold on the vinyl siding. The gentleman who originally gave me the estimate had explained how they do not use high pressure when they wash ? instead they use a hot-water low-pressure proprietary method which turned out to be very effective! Once the whole house is clean they add the wax separately ? it is not mixed in with the wash water. Hardly knew the gentleman was here doing the work (you don?t need to be home but we were). He arrived right on time and was very careful and respectful of our property ? covering all the plants that were near the house so they wouldn?t be harmed. Whatever it is they use to clean the house also cleaned the outside of our windows, which was an added bonus. Once the work was done an invoice was left on the door ? only took about 2 hours total. Very happy about how easy this was and how nice the house looks. Will definitely use Power Wash Plus for this service again!

!Louis [the worker] was very punctual and very nice. He did a great job and also got that ugly black mold off our roof. Our house looks so nice and clean now; We are very pleased with the work and would definetly use this company again! I would give them an Aplus!!!
