Power Wash Plus Inc

We've used Power Wash Plus several times before for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, power washing and deck restoration. We called them again for spring window cleaning. Scheduling was easy. Crew of three guys arrived promptly and worked very efficiently to clean all windows. They did a great job and we will call Power Wash Plus in the future for any power washing and window cleaning needs.

Original rating I gave was an F due to lack of response from provider HOWEVER we since discovered there was an error made...and the provider has done the due diligence in trying to fix the problem....so much so that we hired them to perform the duties. Final rating will be given once the job is completed.

Perfect! They did an excellent job. Above and beyond my expectations. One side of my home was severely covered with algae (no sun gets to it) and it now looks like new siding! Kudos to Power Wash Plus!

I have used Power Wash Plus for several years and am extremely pleased with the work they do. They call the night before service is to be performed, techs show up on time, are extremely polite and knowledgeable. House and concrete look like new and once the deck has been sealed, looks amazing.

House looks like new. Some of the windows have streaks on them from the solution they use but I guess that is to be expected. Worker was very nice.

We called on the afternoon of 27 March 2014 and had an appointment scheduled by Sharese for the following day. She was very helpful and friendly. Our technician, Jay was promptly here at 9:00am. He was very polite and also friendly. Jay worked alone and was done with the pressure washing in about 1 1/2-2 hours. Our house has not looked this good since we have owned it. We will definitely be using them again in the future and referring all our family and friends to this superb company.

.An appointment to wash my home was made within a week of my phone call. The appointment date fell on the day after the last big snow. They called to reschedule for the next day. The appointed day turned out to be rainy, cold in about the mid 30 degree mark. The technician showed up promptly and I have to say his dedication under those weather conditions was remarkable. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and focused on task. He removed all the green mold and my house looks great. This is the second time I have used Power Wash Plus to wash my home and you can bet I will continue to give them my business.

He showed up on time and he knew what he was doing. He asked me where he could hook up his water outlet. He had his own power source on the truck and he had a long wand so he did not have to go up on a ladder. When he was done, he came and got me and I was amazed at his work!

The house has never looked better! We actually have "before" pictures that were taken by our builder (who is adding a screened porch) and the difference in the color of the siding is AMAZING! One side of the house is susceptible to green algae growth as it is wooded and gets little sun. Every trace of "yuck" is gone! This was our primary reason for the job as the algae would have been "trapped" inside the porch. We could not be happier with the results! We were in a hurry the morning of the wash and dashed out without giving a thought to our decorated front porch (wicker chairs, wreath, lantern, etc.). Power Wash employees carefully moved everything to wash the porch wall and returned everything to its place. Even our carriage lamps on the garage and at the front and back doors sparkle! Best of all, we did not need to be home! Best of the best in our book!

Great! They were on time, swift and the deck looked beautiful after they were done! Will definitely use them again!

Power Wash Plus Inc. is a small family-run franchised business, they are very customer focused, we got phone calls from them. One best things about them is that I got a reminder phone call two or three days before they were scheduled to come out, then I got a call the day before, then I got a call the day of the appointment from the technician to say he was in route. I even got a follow up call from the owner two days after the job. They are extremely great at customer service. I couldn't think of giving them anything less than an A. I was so impressed by this company. They were extremely professional. We intend to use them in the spring to do some other things. The siding on the house has to be redone because one of their competition came out to do it and didn't do a very good job, so we are going to have them come out and do that.

They actually came by while I was away for Christmas (12/31/13 vs original appointment of 1/2/14) but got all the winter leaves out of the gutters. It was just in time below the snow/polar storm!

I bought the SFH powerwash special for my mother's home. They did a great job and got off the green stains on the front and sides of the house. For a slight cost increase they also cleaned a portion of the roof over the garage that also had the same green stains. Looks great and now we can hire someone to paint the trim now that the house has been cleaned!

Two-man team arrived within the time-window scheduled. The cleaning was completed within 30 minutes of arrival. They were curteous and otherwise invisible and out of they (all great attributes which allowed me to go about my business). I have been using them regularly since initially finding them on Angie's List in 2012.

They did a great job cleaning the gutter. The one negative is that on the phone they said they needed a water-source and when I asked if the faucet in the back of the townhouse would be okay they said it would. Well, when they got here that was not the case. It was not that big of a deal since we used the neighbors hose, with his permission. But if I had to turn my hose on in the front, it is hard to get to, I would have been annoyed. But that is really a minor thing. The price may be a little high but I think for cleaning your gutters you get what you pay for.

This company was great to work with. Everyone that I spoke to was polite, knowledgeable and kind. Both crews who came to my home were great. They made quick work of cleaning my gutters and siding. I would absolutely recommend this company

They were able to schedule me for the date that I wanted. They asked me detailed questions about the size of my home, number of windows, type of siding, type of deck, etc. and were able to provide a quote over the phone. The left a courtesy call the night before with instructions on what needed to be done (deck cleaned off and loose items removed, exterior water turned on). While we were not home while the service was performed, the job was done extremely thoroughly and we were very pleased with the results. A professionally printed invoice for the exact amount we were quoted was left on our doorstep with an addressed envelope for convenience. Overall, a pleasant, easy experience.

Excellent service overall. Someone came out on a Friday to pressure wash the deck while I was at work, and then another employee, Sergio, came on the following Monday to stain and seal it. He was very courteous and professional, and extremely meticulous. I will definitely be using this company again in two years when it's time to reseal the deck. Highly recommend.

Excellent work. They were able to get ALL of mold off the back siding where the sun doesn't shine, and now it looks brand new. They were very helpful in picking out the stain color for deck, and did an excellent job in applying it, with no overspray. They showed up on time, and got the work done as promised.

I used Power Wash Plus to power wash the outside of my townhouse and also called them back to clean my windows inside and out. They did a really good job on both. As a result, I then called them back to power wash my deck, though I found they had spotted the windows next to the deck while performing their task. When I called to let them know, I was pleasantly surprised that they quickly sent a manager to check it out and the window exteriors facing the deck were re-cleaned the next day. I highly recommend them based on the quality of their work, their customer service, and reasonable prices.

The technician, Kyle, arrived when scheduled. He did a good job of explaining what I could realistically expect the finished results to look like and he was accurate. The black oxidation on the gutters is a little lighter, but not gone, as he said was likely going to be the case. The green algae on the siding is completely gone, along with the mildew around the dryer vent. He was even able to get more black mildew off the bay window boards then I thought possible. I figured that we would need to paint the boards to get them looking decent, but not so. Kyle was courteous and professional and completed the job in a timely manner.

I called the office and they gave me a lot of info. They came out the next week to inspect to the site and give an estimate. The estimator spent time with me explaining the process. I got the estimate the next day and called to schedule the work. They appeared to be the only company on Angie's list without any negative reviews. Their prices were comparable. I was able to schedule them a few days later and luckily the weather cooperated. They told me I could call that morning to find out where I was on the schedule. I was second and they gave me a window. The tech was on time, friendly and worked continuously until the house driveway, porch, deck, plant boxes and new shed were power-washed. The estimator had told me what outcomes I could expect from my 40year old aluminum siding. The results were as expected. The next morning the tech was back and worked 4 solid hours without a break. He covered everything in the vicinity with plastic before starting. He then sealed the deck, plant boxes and shed. He had me inspect the work when he was done and explained the care of and when I could replace furniture back on the deck. The deck looks great. The stain color they suggested, Wolman's natural gave our new wood decking a slightly darker, honey color. Everyone we came in contact was friendly and informative.
