Great job. Gutters cleared of debris accumulated from numerous and various types of trees. All gutters and down spouts in excellent working order. Exceeded expectations.

They did a good job and were thorough. The technician who came out was excellent.

I wasn't home when the work was performed, but I am very pleased with the results. The deck looks super clean. I also appreciated the reminder call before hand because otherwise I wouldn't have moved my chairs inside before the work was done, which would probably would have slowed their progress. In addition, I received a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied. I got two quotes for the work and Power Wash Plus was very competitive on price.

I chose Power Wash Plus because of the great reviews and because their estimate came in several hundred dollars lower than the other contractors I had talked with. Both the power washer and Juan, the man who did the staining, did a great job. Juan was very concerned that the stain, a semi-transparent, was showing through in places. I decided to request a second coat on the spot, which added $300 to the job---but the results are worth it. I would suggest to others though not to assume that a 'Cedar' color in Flood (my previous stain) is necessarily close to that same color in Behr, which is what Power Wash Plus uses. The Behr Cedar is much lighter, tan, almost a khaki, compared to the dark honey of the Flood. I'm quite satisfied with the work this company has done, and from my view, they deserve all the stellar reviews on Angie's List.

On June 16, 2014 I came home and found the invoice on the door and decided to walk the perimeter to review the alleged completed work. To my dismay the same tree twig was sticking out of the gutter around the back of the house and the gutter was still loose. I reported this to the company immediately on the same day. The operator was friendly, courteous, and responsive and scheduled an appointment for the guys to come back the same week. I never received any acknowledgement from the owner regarding this matter. They returned on June 19, 2014, and when I opened the door Jose said, " We're here because you reported we didn't clean your gutters." I replied, "Yes, I did and let me show you why I said that." As we walked from the front of the house to the back they began speaking in Spanish. I pointed to the gutter with the twig sticking out and hanging loose from the house and asked how is this twig still here if the gutters were cleaned. Then they smiled at me and went back to talking in Spanish. Then Jose said he would take care of it. And, they did. In the process of doing so they showed blatant disregard for my property while getting to the roof and throwing down the water hose. Jose went to the first gutter on the front of the house and said repeatedly, "It's clean." Overall, I was not pleased with the service. IT IS OBVIOUS that they did not properly clean the gutters on June 16, 2014. I called and left a voicemail message with the company explaining my frustration. The owner, Ron, called me the next day and told me that his guys were not perfectionists and nor was I. At that point, the conversation went downhill and ended with Ron refusing to perform the power washing service scheduled for that day.

Juan the service tech who washed our house did an excellent job and was very thorough. Showed up early in the morning and spent almost 4 hours washing our large home. Well worth the money and we will be using them again in the future.

Power Wash Plus is fantastic. I never write reviews, but need to for them because they are so exceptional. They are timely, professional and clean! They remove their shoes and clean up any mess left behind them. 4 guys came at once today and cleaned 55 windows, 33 screens and 2 chandeliers in 3 hours. I am annoyingly clean and most of the time have quite a bit to clean up after contractors, but not with Power Wash Plus. Will be using them again next year. Also recommend for power washing your house, decks and pool patios. They did that for us last year as well and we were very pleased.

Excellent, the provider scheduled the appointment in late June. When they had an opening they called to see if I wanted the service performed earlier, which I did. They were on schedule and the house looked good when I returned home.

I have used them each year to clean and seal multiple decks and a dock. They are always very careful around my landscaping plants. The house has 3 levels of decks and stairs going to a waterfront dock. Large job and can be a challenge as it is on a steep slope. Always happy with their work. Very professional, show up on time and the work is completed in a timely manner.

I used Power Wash Plus last fall to wash the exterior of my house. I was so pleased with their professionalism, punctuality, cleanliness, and outcome that I contacted them again this spring to work on my deck. Unlike washing the exterior of my house, I had a few concerns about my deck because my deck has black wrought iron rails instead of wood. As before, Power Wash Plus did an outstanding job. One call and I had an appointment to speak with a representative about my deck. A very knowledgeable representative came out and explained the process for restoring my deck and the special attention my rails needed. The gentleman who did the job was timely, friendly, professional, and paid great attention to details. For example, he wiped down every rail to ensure the sealant and stain was removed. My deck looks fantastic!

I had no problem getting a hold of a representative and getting scheduled for an appointment. They came out while we were at work and performed the service. Everything looked great! No complaints here!

The vinyl siding and all exterior of my house was power washed by Power Wash Plus. I have my own power washer but due to time and selling my house I decided to have it done professionally. All I can say is WOW what a difference after doing it myself for so many years!!! Power Wash Plus uses HOT water so the difference is absolutely amazing. It was a cloudy, rainy morning and they showed up on time and did the job efficiently and quickly. Since the siding was wet, it was hard to see just how perfectly clean it was until the following day. All the mold and stain on north side of the house was totally gone. They were also friendly, professional and gave me an excellent price. I will never power wash my home again!! Helped sell my house quickly. Excellent job!!!

$179.00 for three houses vs one house. Excellent service. Confirmed cleaning date with all three of us day before. All happy with cleaning performed. Will use again when needed. Highly recommend them.

I used Power Wash Plus twice before. They did a really good job and they're quick. I wasn't here when they did it so they needed access to an outside water source. They came with a pretty quick turnaround, they came within a week and they came did all the power wash on my siding and on my garage and everything. The house is roughly 4600 square feet. I'm really happy with their service. They are currently doing a job for me. They did a good job on the power washing, with the deck stuff, I never had a deck before and they did a free quote for me. On their website, if you know the square footage and all that kind of stuff, they can give you a better quote but I don't know how to measure that with my deck so they actually and did the quote. The whole process took about three weeks from the time of when I first reached out to them from when I got the final quote. After I got the quote, I kind of asked around with other people if that price was reasonable enough. He gave me a quote over the phone and I accepted.

We had used them last year and received a $25 dollar off coupon for the cleaning. I called and was able to book for the next week. The called that morning to tell me they were on their way. They showed up, and were very efficient and thorough. Will continue to use them.

Power Wash Plus was very professional. They came and gave me an estimate prior to scheduling an appointment. I informed the technician that I was a member of Angie's list. I was unable to use the coupon since my house is 4200 square feet. However, I was sable to get a reasonable price. The day of the appointment, it was raining hard, but the technician was able to do the job. He brought his own water and took him less than an hour to complete the job. He said that he will be back the next day to ensure that all the sides were clean. He stopped by the following day as promised. It was a sunny day and the house look nice and very clean. Highly recommend them!

Excellent. They performed the task exceptionally well and completed on time. One minor adjustment was needed and the responded quickly! The staff was very professional and easy to work with on scheduling!

It was great. I wasn't really pleased with the quality of washing on one of the decks so they sent someone back out and rewashed to my satisfaction. They were very responsive and reassuring.

The job is very well done, especially the staining of our deck. We were very pleased with the results. Prices are a bit on the high side (we've done some research), but the company is professional and appears to hire office personnel and workmen who take pride in their work.

They did an amazing job. They did a great job. They exceeded my expectations. It was expensive but I felt as though I would rehire them again because they did such a good job and I have referred them to many people. I wish it would have been less expensive.

They were great. I spoke with Nancy on the phone. She went out of her way to meet my schedule demands. The day the cleaners were supposed to come was one of those weird cold/snowy days. They called the day before to let me know they needed to move me a day. That day they came and did a great job on my deck; especially the railings! The deck looks brand new. Thanks Power Wash Plus!
