Power Wash Plus Inc

I can't say I've EVER had such a great experience with any home service provider than with Power Wash Plus, Inc.! I called them based on Angie's List reviews to ask if I could make an appointment for someone to come and wash the exterior of my single family home. The woman i spoke to was very professional, and was able to schedule someone to come out the very next day. She asked me what the exterior footage of the house was, and I didn't know. She pulled up the information on Fairfax County's Lands Records website and found my house and the dimensions. It was great, because she gave me an exact cost. No hidden surprises! My house had so much mold, mildew and algae on it, I started to think we might have to replace the siding. Fortunately Power Wash Plus, Inc. was able to clean it so well it looks almost brand new! My husband has been power washing the house annually, and it never really looked that good. I am hopeful that with the hot water they used, along with the wax coating will prevent all that nasty stuff from growing again. The wax coating was an additional charge of $69, but I think it was totally worth it! I highly recommend using this company and will be using them in the future!

It is great to come across a company that seems to care, dependable & comes thru with the actual execution! Our townhouse had not been washed in probably 12 years. It is 20 years old & it hasn't looked this good in a very long time. There were areas that had rust from old light fixtures & some "orange" staining towards the bottom back of the house area from the red clay soil that did not come out - but that is ok - it looks mighty good to be as old as it is and for how dirty it was. There was a lot of mildew - especially on the back side. Now even the yard looks better - with the house looking so much improved! Everyone my wife talked to on the phone was professional, caring & polite! They came to do a free estimate/check beforehand - which we thought was very conscientious and we knew what to expect. For the actual wash, Juan the tech, according to my wife, was the perfect gentleman - and acted like he actually cared. He made sure the wife was happy with the house & all before he left. And the surrounding plants seem to be just fine. We would not hesitate to call Power Wash Plus.

Arrived on schedule. Knocked on door to meet owner and ensure all windows were closed. Used truck mounted pressure system with heater to do power wash and window wash. Very professional and efficient. Have used them before and will recommend and use them again for deck and siding.

Very good service! I used the coupon. Calling ahead to secure the appointment, we did not have to be home for the work to be done, which was nice. The coupon was good for the whole house and we have three levels of gutters. All were very dirty and the house seems much drier after the work was finished. The only small issue was that I forgot to ask during the appointment setting to ask them to clean off the roof to the deck. I left a note on the back porch but they did not clear it off. Payment is very easy. I will use this company again!

Everything went well. This was the second time I've used them. They're very professional, and I'll be using them again for my deck and fence. I've been very pleased with the work they do.

Not only did they have the best price, but when they came to measure they said my estimate of the deck size was too large and discounted their quote! My deck went from a faded grey color to a nice golden brown. It looks almost new. Wish I would've done it sooner.

The office made scheduling very easy and explained how the house would be power washed ?and the benefit of the wax and exterior window wash. The technician did a superior job removing the moss and mildew. The wax has helped to keep the siding?exceptionally clean. My house was spotless! ?I never realized the exterior of my home was so dirty. They also removed ?the moss growing on the brick front. I also added power washing of the front porch, steps, sidewalk and the driveway apron for an additional fee. I will unquestionably use Power Wash Plus again.

The crew arrived on time and went to work. Some were cleaning inside windows , others were cleaning outside windows.They were skillful and efficient. The windows (and skylights) were sparkling clean. It really brightened my home. I will use them again next year.

From the first contact, everyone was friendly, courteous, and on time. The estimate was free and good advice given regarding repair / replace work on the decks. There was a great deal of moss on the north side of the house above a walk-out basement which means it was three stories high. We were very happy with the complete removal of all moss and dirt and with the sealant they applied. The entire house looks wonderful again. Great job! We will never wash the house ourselves again!

The estimate was given with accurate details and all questions were answers. The price was good and it was comparable with other estimates. One issue is that when I asked how much stain is needed for the deck the answer was something like don't worry about the cost since we will be providing as much as needed to do the job. But in a field where contractors are alway sover pricing their labor and material cost I would be helpful to provide an accurate breakdown of labor and materials. The work was not given to power wash plus because I went with another contractor who I've worked with in the past and I needed to see if he could do these types of jobs. I'll use power wash plus and see how well they can complete the work. The contractor I used I realized overcharged me in several area and did not complete all the items I request as discussed. So I'm still looking for good affordable contractors for the houses I work on.

Scheduled Gutter Cleaning for my house sometime in December or Janurary 2014. I admit, I was suppose to ensure that my outside water spigots were open, as I winterize the line by draining and shutting off at the inside valves. Unfortunately, the preceeding couple of days, the weather was well below freezing, so I forgot to open the valves. Power Wash Plus arrived and found the spigots were off. Instead of calling the customer (they had my phone number), they "supposedly" dry cleaned the gutters. I called the company a day or two after the waork was done (due to a hard rain that fell) and asked them how did they ensure the gutters and downspouts were cleared if there was no water. The manger or owner indicated they use a quarter for the downspouts and visually check the gutters. He also stated he did not have time to call customers if they did not turn on their water. The rear gutter was never really cleared, as I had constant overflow during hard rains and the downspout did not seem to have a good outflow of water (not like the front downspouts). I paid for the service, even though I was not satisfied with either the work or the answers given - mainly because I felt I was partly to blame for not turning on the water. In June, I hired a general contractor for a couple of jos in renovating the kitchen and to clean the gutters as well. Not only did they do an excellent job cleaning the gutters inside and out , they showed me the contents they had cleared out the gutters. The heavy duty plastic bag was at least over 30-40 pounds in weight (wet of course) and the bag was three-quarters full of debris. I have gutter guards, so there is no way the gutters accumulated that much debris within 6 months.

Great. We are on a well and they bought their own water truck using our water only to supplement. The servicer was familiar with well operation and took care not to overwork the well pump at any time. Because of the size of the project they had to get their water refilled a couple of times and let me know they were leaving to refill. A very small amount of stain was spilled on the grass and they notified me and fixed the small spot with patch grass seed mixture the same day. The entire job was completed within 2 days.

From the first contact to the last, this company was marvelous to work with. They were friendly, professional, competent, and helpful. They did the work quickly and thoroughly. The three services were completed over the course of three different days. Each time the process went smoothly and the work was done very well. The technicians and work crews were friendly and easy to interact with. The individual I had contact with on the phone was very capable, easy to talk to, and ensured that my questions were addressed. I really appreciate a company that works so smoothly and does their work so well. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Overall, the experience was very good. They explained that due to weather, they may actually be able to get it done sooner than later than what was quoted (and they were correct). The pressure washer was prompt, professional and did a fine job and the deck looked very good when done. The sealing of the deck had to occur at a later date so the deck could dry. That occurred on the next Monday. The worker was careful to cover shrubs and bushes and the a/c unit so that they were not covered with the sealer. He applied the sealer in a professional manner and did a fine job (was 90 deg plus and high humidity). I would recommend this company. Payment was made by invoice.

Contacted PowerWash Plus through Angies List. Young lady contacted my next day (I made my inquiry late evening, so this was actually pretty fast). Arraigned estimate and they arrived on the scheduled date/time. Accepted proposal and set up a date to do work. Their office called and confirmed appointment 24 hours before coming over. It was not necessary to be there. The cleaning and sealing job went flawlessly. My wife was home for the deck sealing and the individual was extremely professional and friendly (even to my dog). I am extremely satisfied with the work they performed and would recommend them to those thinking of having their deck treated!

I called and was able to quickly schedule a gutter cleaning for my townhome. The team was able to do the work without me needing to be home, which was great- I just received an invoice to pay after the work. The prices were reasonable and the service provider was easy to work with.

They were great. I've used them before. I called them and they gave me like a 3-week timeline and I was getting ready for a party and I told them it's not going to work, I might have to call somebody else, then they called me back a few hours later and they were able to work me in and found an open spot. They did a good job. I'm really happy with that. I also had my house waxed and that was very reasonable. It's really good on a siding house, it prevents some of the dirt sticking.

Everything went very well with the power washing.

I used an Angie's coupon and was able to get our home powerwashed for only $199. I did opt for the extra $69 to have the house hot waxed. Kyle was excellent. He was very thorough and walked the house afterward to ensure that he did not miss anything. I would absolutely use them again.

The company was very easy to contact and schedule. Pricing was very straight forward. While not the cheapest company, I feel they provided a reasonable cost. They did a very good job on the deck, and an ok job on the exterior wash of the home. There were several spots on the vinyl siding that did not come clean with their washing that I subsequently removed with my garden hose and brush, but they did a very good job overall. Updated 7/23/14 - Company called to discuss items that were not completed to my desired specs and offered to correct anything that I needed. This real effort on their behalf to get 100% satisfaction in their services tells me a lot and has led to to improve their overall rating.

Great- man was really professional and did an amazing job staining my new deck :) The estimate they gave me over the phone was a tiny bit wrong (I gave them wrong deck dimensions DOH!) They corrected it immediately lowering my price- very upfront and honest will call back for many years to come I am 100% sure. :) Love them.

Called and was told an estimate would be required for pricing. Friendly knowledgeable staff explained the estimate was free and no one needed to be home. Within a few days the estimate was emailed. I contacted the office and scheduled the work for the following week. They explained that a pre-treatment with a cleaner and mildew-icide would be applied then the roof would be power washed. I had no idea that the roof had mildew. They explained the black streaks were not dirt (as I thought) but actual fungus/moss from the trees. The results were AMAZING it looked like a new roof had been installed! I now have the cleanest roof on my street. A few of my neighbors stopped by to compliment the work - I promptly referred them to Power Wash Plus Inc.

Despite a misunderstanding on the date that they were coming out, when they arrived they performed the service very quickly. They cleaned up all debris that was blown off of the roof and recoiled the hoses that they used. They were very professional and mindful of the flower beds around the house. Great job.
