Description of Work: Heat Pump stopped working. They came out promptly and diagnosed that the Condensor Blower Motor had gone out. Replaced the motor and motor capacitor and checked the freon level. It has been working great after that. |I always use and recommend Leonard Splaine. I like dealing with a business that I can trust and I have always been happy with their service.

+ -1 moreEach time I call Leonard-Splaine I am greeted by a very pleasant person. I spoke to Steve today and was asking about a new thermostat and we discussed what kind I should purchase. He provided some rough estimates and then asked what kind I currently had. While discussing the options he told me that I should probably keep what I have and not replace something that isn't broken. I just thought mine should be replaced because I thought it was old, apparently it isn't that old. I really appreciate the honesty. It is rare nowadays that a business will just tell you the truth and not try to sell you something you don't need. He also offered to set up a regular delivery but wanted to make sure I could get enough fuel at the lower price, the 100 gallon price is more than the 150 gallon price. I will continue to do business with this company.
Description of Work: I regularly purchase fuel oil from Leonard-Splaine and have had wonderful service. I called to have a fuel delivery scheduled. I have called before when I was nearly out of fuel, on a weekend, and they came out and delivered fuel.
