Overall the experience with Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning went really well. They arrived early and let us know with a phone call that they would be arriving earlier than scheduled. They were very professional and extremely knowledgable about their job and answered all our questions we had. They were very organized and cleaned up after they were finished cleaning the carpets. We have very light beige carpets, so they get dirty very quickly with our cat and dog running around. The carpets and stairs looked brand new after they were finished cleaning. We will definitely schedule Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning to come back in a few weeks to clean our upstairs carpets too! We highly recommend!

This company works very professionally. They called me within a couple of hours of purchasing the deal. I was offered several options for scheduling the appointment. On the day of the appointment they called and asked if they could arrive a little early, due to another cancellation. I agreed and they arrived promptly on the time we had agreed upon. They worked very efficiently and cleaned all the areas as discussed. Very courteous company and they cleaned up after service was completed. Will definitely hire Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning Services again.

They were easy to schedule. Arrived on time (after calling ahead). Moved and replaced small furniture items. Very thorough cleaning. They went into every corner of each room and closet. Crew (2 person) was polite and professional.

Service went great! Jeff arrived on time and was ready to work. I previously asked if he could pressure wash the front door entrance in which he assess and valued the cost of service onsite. I was very pleased with carpet cleaning service. I was concern with markings on the carpet however they were able to remove the majority of the stains. I was informed not all stains will be removed considering the substance dyed the carpet. Not sure what happen with the previous owner suggest perhaps it was wine or kook-aid. I appreciated the honestly and the attentiveness towards getting the carpet clean. Jeff's partner was sure to get the edges near the baseboard and added extra solution for tough stains. The power wash was able to remove paint stains on the cement and left a clean look. Overall the carpet looks great, especially once its dry. Would recommend and hire again.

Called ahead of time on morning of service to confirm they were on the way and actually arrived a a few minutes early. Cleaned carpet and furniture thoroughly with great attention to detail. Quote given weeks before was actual cost charged. You're wasting your money if you use anyone else!

The job started at the agreed time and they did a great job! Jeff and John were very professional and made my 14 yrs. old house look new again. I have before and after photos but don't know how to attach to this review...

Much improved and they were really dirty. Some old stains came back very lightly, but I know that can happen. The carpet is 21 years old and needs to be replaced.

Kangaroo Carpet arrived on time and inspected my carpets. They started right away and a couple of hours later the job was done. Wow what a fine job they did.

It went very well. They were very prompt and courteous. They took care of whatever small issues we had as they washed the house. They found a mud wasp nest in the siding. They dropped the piece of siding, washed out the nest and put the siding back which was a piece of courtesy to us.

Very clean, took off the heavy green algae tint, hornet nests, and cobwebs from under the gutters and all the corners. The back concrete patio looks brand new again. The whole house just sparkles!

The arrived on time, were courteous, and listened to my concerns about particular spots I was worried about stains. The two person team went systematically through the house. One sprayed a solution to loosen the dirt. The chemical was a mild nice odor. The other person went vacuuming conscientiously working the stains, edges and corners of the rooms. When they finished, they asked us to walk around with them to inspect the job which was spotless.

The is second time used them, and as usual, AMAZING service. Set up quickly (within the same week I called), arrived on time, didn't try to upsell or change price (in fact, dropped it upon seeing the job), worked hard to get rid of the many stains caused by the renters - got rid of every single one except a pink slushy stain and I know those are impossible, but they faded it enough that it no longer assaults my eyes when I step into that one room. Really fantastic service. Miracle work on the carpet, makes you realize you do not have to buy new carpeting. Will always use them.

I was disappointed with the service because they weren't able to do what I truly wanted. Specifically, I wanted them to clean two staircases and two hallways with particular attention being paid to the stairways' corners since they had accumulated dust. Unfortunately, the two men arrived with a circular machine that wasn't able to reach the corners as I had wanted. To the gentlemen's credit, they did spray cleaning solution in these areas, but they still appeared dirty when the solution dried.

These guys are absolutely amazing!! They were able to come the day after I called to schedule and cleaned the all carpets in my 3 level townhome. The carpets looked almost like new! They were very friendly, professional and worked very hard to get the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again!
