Jeff is a pro. Our carpets were so dulI looking we considered getting new carpet. We decided to try deep cleaning before buying and were happily surprised as the results left our carpet looking brite and new. The quote was fair, the work completed according to the estimate given and the results superior. We will be calling Kangaroo again. Thank you!

EXCELLENT Jeff arrived on time with a courtesy “I’m on the way” call which was appreciated. He’s very professional, personable and polite. I have pets and required the “Green Clean” eco-friendly solution and deodorizer he offers. I’m very sensitive to odors like perfume and cologne. However, I went for the deoxidizing option with fingers crossed, to eliminate the “Dogs live here” smell. I’m extremely pleased with the fresh clean smell throughout my home now!

They did a really good job. They were able to clean places in my carpets that i thought were un-cleanable. They are a two man team and they work well together.

Fine. Nothing outstanding nor truly negative to report. Carpets were cleaned, including extra areas for additional monies. Stains initially removed returned once carpet was dried.

I contacted Jeff by email on 2/26. He responded on 2/27 with a quote of $250, which is extremely reasonable. I emailed him on 2/27 and 4/30 to attempt to arrange for service but he never responded to either inquiry. I ended up going with a competitor who I've used in the past and always does good work, but is more expensive and tries to push costly "extras." But at least they respond to my inquiries and requests to schedule. I likely won't try to use this company in the future. When I have a window to schedule service, I don't have the luxury of waiting weeks or months for a response. And I need to arrange this type of service electronically (e.g. email) due to my schedule.

They did everything perfectly. I would absolutely use them again.

Job went great. Carpet that hadn't been professionally cleaned in 10 year looks like new. Jeff and Mike arrived on time, set up, got the job done and moved on. Forget Rug Doctor and all the rest DIY carpet cleaning. Spend a few extra bucks and hire these guys. You won't regret it.

It went very well. My carpets really needed cleaning. They look fabulous! I am quite pleased with their service. Additionally, they use all green products, for me, that is a bonus! The carpets turned out so well that getting them cleaned will be part of my annual spring cleaning.

Excellent work. The two guys were personable and a pleasure to deal with. They were thorough and businesslike when it came to getting the job done. Rug looked fantastic afterward, a bit of a surprise considering its age and how long it had been since it was last shampooed.
