Arrived on time and started immediately. Team of two, which allowed for very quick and efficient cleaning solution application and power washing. The separate cleaning solution application was particularly effective against some tough mold/mildew that had developed on some of the vinyl siding. Results were excellent and I highly recommend. They also do carpet cleaning which I plan to have them perform at a later date. Overall a very pleasant and rewarding experience.

I just had an amazing experience with Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning Services. They truly transformed my very weathered carpets and stairs. They had called to let me know their first job was canceled so we could try to work out an earlier time and they were very flexible. The guys were professional, very easy to talk to and cleaned up all of their equipment very quicklyl. My carpets really do look like new again and already smell better and feel softer! I am very satisfied with the work they did and I highly recommend them!!

I have used Kangaroo multiple times before. They are prompt, efficient and careful in their work. The carpets look fabulous and smell fabulous! I recommend using the coupon deal, that is the only product I have purchased from them. They did advise if I need to add in an extra room they will do that for a minimal charge. Although they were late when they arrived they went to straight to work and were done in a timely fashion. Talked to the workers while they were packing up and got some good ideas for the upkeep of my house.

They arrived on time, gave me a courtesy call that they were on their way, took a tour of the space to be cleaned, provided an estimate for an extra room, set up quickly and worked as a team to get the job done quickly, efficiently and well. I had old stains on the carpets that I had been unable to clean despite many tries. They were able to remove 95% of these stains and we are very pleased. I recommended them to a family friend who is planning to sell her home and expect that they will do a great job for her! We plan to bring them back to do power washing of our home and will call them back when we need the carpets done again.

I have used this company before and have been happy both times with service. They were able to get stains out that I didn't think would come out. They were prompt, professional, and completed job sooner than promised. Will definetely use them again in the future.

Jeff and his partner actually showed up earlier than I expected, but that was not a problem. We walked around all sides of the property assessing what was needed, and they got right to work. When they were done, we walked the property again - the house looked like new. They even washed the black grime that tends to collect under the gutters from water going over the side (I have gutter covers) as well as my Clopay garage door, which really needed it. It took them about 60-90 minutes from arrival to departure. I would definitely use their power-washing services again, and I am considering using their rug cleaning service in the future. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend their services.
