They actually showed up 20 minutes early, completed the work as agreed and did an excellent job! I will use Kangaroo for future work.

Description of Work: They cleaned carpets on two levels of my house and two hallways. they arrived on time and started to set everything up. They don't have a truck to run their equipment so they used the electricity and water from my home. The machines kept triggering my circuit breakers which meant having to stop and start again. about half way through one of their machines stopped working. They had to go back to their office and get another machine. This took an hour or so for them to complete and return. A few month after orange spots started to appear on my living room carpets and after 4 or 5 months the stains that they cleaned started to return.

Description of Work: They did a good job at cleaning my carpets. However, there were a couple of urine stains (dog) that he said he would be able to get up, and didn't. When he left, it appeared that the stains were gone. But by the next morning, there they were again. He didn't even get up a couple of coffee stains (little drops). This company also used my hot water and electricty to run their machine. And the dirty water was emptied down my toilet with a hose. It was weird. They also left dirty water spots that started shooting from the back of the machine all over my kitchen /hallway floor. In the future, I will use a company where the carpet machine cleaner is run from and into their van. I had used this type before and was surprised when this company showed up and started attaching things to my bathroom sink and toilet.

Jeff uses a blend of oranges,lemons a citrus blend to clean.We will use there service again & again.Overall we are very pleased with the sevice.

Description of Work: This was a big deal special. 4 rooms cleaned for $180. Well worth the price. Carpet looks great. The guys were on time, explained the process to me, did the job and then told me when to expect the carpet to be dry. Everything worked out well. I would definitely use them again.
