They were a few minutes late but they called to tell me which was good. They said it would be the best carpet job I would have had and if I had any questions to please call them once they had left. They said it would dry in about four hours it took a day and a half to dry. I initially had all the areas that require extra attention marked with tape but they said to remove the tape Because they would get all the stains. Once the carpet dry and I was able to walk on it I noticed there were still spots. I sent him a text message waited two days and got no response I called him and he said it'll have to be later on in the week when he's in this area. A week and a half go by and still no contact I call him again and he said it will be towards the end of the week that week also has come and gone and I still have not had a response from him

Kangaroo Carpet Cleaners did an amazing job! They took my many-years old carpet and gave it a new life. They got out a big shoe polish stain and numerous old stains that have been there for years and through several prior carpet cleanings. I don't know how they managed to do such a feat. They were excellent! I would recommend them and will be using them next time myself. Great service.

We bought a special deal for $179 for 4 rooms, stairs and a hallway. We added 1 extra room, a walk in closet as well as a couch and two recliners. We paid an extra $200 for this. We thought that the price was fair and everything looks great! We will use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends.

Were prompt, professional and through in fact we hired them the same day to do the entire house. Would highly recommend them for any job and will use them again in the future.

Kangaroo was wonderful and I couldn't be more pleased with the results!! They scheduled promptly and showed up on time (even a tad early, which was a bonus since we had a late afternoon appointment). They were very professional and extremely diligent. I was sure that we'd have to replace the carpet in our house, which wasn't particularly worn but very dirty with several (sometimes misbehaved) pets and teenagers. The carpets look like they're new again and stains that I thought were set for several years are no gone ~ even the mystery stains that none of the teenagers knew anything about... We're now having the kids pay $1 each time they wear their shoes on the carpet, which will fund our annual cleaning!! :)

Very well. They cleaned the carpets in the four rooms and stairs as advertised. These are big rooms and the stairs have an extra side stair case for about 8 steps. I expected them to want to charge more for the additional stairs and large rooms. They did not charge extra or even complain about it. They did work and did it well. They removed stains others could not and were very conscientious about the quality of their work.

Great, they even got up the hair dye in the carpet from my roommate's room! They came out the day after the blizzard and called when they were close by because I changed the appt when I was running a few hours behind!

Two-man team did exceptional power-washing of my house and gutters. They took obvious pride in their work and wanted to make sure the customer was satisfied. They fixed a loose piece of siding at no extra cost.

Everything was done with professionalism.

I received several quotes from local carpet cleaners, and the price was similar. I felt that the price was fair. They did an excellent job, and I would not hesitate to call them again. The work was done quickly, and thoroughly.

I have 5 aging pets and a lot of kids running through the house. My carpets had seen better days and had stains on them. We have been using Kangaroos Carpet Cleaning Services for years. They are AMAZING. Far better than more expensive companies. They get the stains and smells out of the carpet w/o a problem. Even if the stain is old. I have them come every year to clean my carpets (except the one year I tried someone else who said that could do great work... and didn't).

They were here about 6 months ago.

Jeff and his staff did a wonderful job on my carpet... I had some stubborn stains in a couple of areas, as well as, cleaned some additional stairs for me. Jeff and his staff were very professional and on time. I will definitely be using his services again. I paid additional $330 to have my house power washed at the same time. He's a one stop shop.

I called on a Monday and they came out the next day. Very professional and thorough. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

It looks like a new house. We have scheduled the cleaning to happen every 2 years now.

This was the only provider that did not cancel on me the day a snow storm was supposed to begin. The actually called and asked if they could arrive earlier, which I did not have a problem with. Once here, I showed them the area and the many stains that my kids had made with playdough, crazy sand, juice spills, expo markers and many other things. They were able to remove ALL the stains and the carpet looks great. For that size room it takes about 4-6 hours to dry. One thing to note is that the chemicals they use do smell strong and that you may want to have this done on a day where you can open your windows. They did a fantastic job and were very courteous. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They were responsive, got an appointment before Thanksgiving, & arrived on time. I would highly recommend them & definitely will use them in the future!

Jeff and one assistant called ahead of time to advise of a previous cancellation and that they would be able to come earlier than scheduled, which was great. They arrived, assessed the carpets, and began to prep the carpets. Note that I had multiple stains in the carpet--particularly the stairs--from tree berries that had been tracked into the house. They pretreated and began to clean the carpets. Results were wonderful--all berry stains removed and the carpets looked new. Overall time was around two hours and service was wonderful. Would definitely use again and unhesitatingly recommend them to anyone.

The carpet cleaning was superior, far better than any other provider I have used. Take note of the design of Kangaroo's cleaning machine - it really gets the dirt out better than the typical wand used on most steam cleaners. The lower level carpeting in my home is pale pink; it was very dirty. I was ready to buy new carpeting, but gave cleaning one more try. I'm very glad I did!

I felt one of the staircases was still a little dirty but as soon as I let them know, they came right back and recleaned it to my satisfaction.
