Little attention to detail and poor work quality

My experience was very pleasant with J&M. They were on time and completed the job in a day. There was a small issue wiith some of the grout cracking and Javier had his employees come out and repair the grout. I was very impressed with their professionalism.

J & M was great, they were professional and the installation was great and the price was right. Javier perrsonnally made sure everything was perfect and followed up with me weeks later. I will only call Javier for any further projects. Their pricing is the best in town. Highly recommend.

Javier was excellent but had to do a good deal of repair work because his tile workers were careless when removing old flooring. They laid a beautiful floor and Javier went above and beyond in find the flooring I wanted and finishing the job to good tastes. He does need to oversee floor removal more closely, as I told him. The price was very reasonable and his scheduling was prompt.

Mr. Moreno's crew came in and did everything promised. The job turned out wonderful, and they completed the work a day early. They were very clean and went above and beyond.

I decided to replace the countertops in 2008, and had an estimate from J&M, but lost my job and could not continue until June 2009. I contacted them again with their old estimate. They honored that estimate, led me to the most beautiful granite that had a pattern in colors that matched my cherry cabinets and pewter hardware. I picked my slab, and they came out exactly on time, worked hard throughout the day, and did an excellent job of installing in a kitchen where the floor had shifted and cabinets were uneven. The job was spectacular, neighbors were in awe. Excellent rating. A+++

Javier did a fantastic job on our project! We had granite installed in our kitchen and it looks great. Javier was on time for every appointment and had a 7 day turn around after we picked out our slab. We will be using Javier for bathroom work in the future and our neighbor just decided to have Javier do her granite as well!

Javier made my laundry room the nicest room in the house. He and his staff did an excellent, professional job. I have already hired him to do the kitchen.
