J & M Tile, Granite and Marble, Inc.

First appt was scheduled last Thursday at 4pm, received a call that Javier was stuck in traffic and wouldn't make it until 5pm, I was ok with this,however he didn't show up until 5:45pm with no further contact to inform me he would be later than 5pm. 2nd scheduled appt was for this Thursday to go over the remodel plans he came up with. We came back early from vacation and I emailed him to let him know if he wanted to come earlier than Thursday we would be available. I received a return email, stating that he was out of town on vacation and wouldn't be back until Monday and his first appt wouldn't be available until the 8th thru the 11th and that he wasnt aware he had vacation plans and they were sorry for the inconvenience. I guess he forgot he was scheduled with us this thursday and had I not emailed them we would have never known and been sitting around waiting on him to show up....again. based on the first impression with him showing up almost 2 hours late for the first appt and now not even being notified he was on vacation for our 2nd appt, I told him this was a very poor way to conduct business and we would not be needing his services.

J and M were very accomodating and respectful. We are very pleased with our quartz countertops. They even followed up after with tips about up to maintain and clean our new countertops. I highly recommend this company!!

J&M was very helpful with the bathroom Tile work design including the Shower, Floors and Wainscot. They were very fast, courteous, and clean. The project turned out spectacular and we were very happy. I would highly recommend their professional work.

J&M first installed a custom mantle and surround into a brick wall which was laminated with cement board and drywall. A difficult installation which they performed carefully and perfectly. Then they installed a heavy granite hearth and granity around the fireplace opening. Finally, they installed a fireplace door. They did an absolutely flawless job - and they totally cleaned up. They even offered to spot paint around the mantle where needed. The owner of the company was on the job the whole time with his 2 workers. Highly recommend J&M Tile and Granite. BTW, their price was quite fair.

This team was great! They were professional, ontime, quick, cleaned up after themselves and out in one afternoon. They estimated the project well, explained the process clearly and followed up with me. Their price was competitive and their granite selection was perfect. I would definately hire them again. I love my new countertops, sink and faucet.
