Description of Work: My first appointment was postponed couple of times saying he does not have the long ladder. After few reschedules finally he came and checked for the issue, not sure what he checked. He did not provide us with any paperwork or photos of his findings. He said he would email the pictures which I never received them. He also said the office would call for a follow up on his findings but I never received any calls. Looks like he is not experienced in these issues. I wish I could get more experienced person who could actually give us all details.

Description of Work: Our gutter got repaired and cleaned. They were professional and did great work. We didn't have to be at home and they just send us before & after photos of the gutter as a proof. They had to reschedule the cleaning last minute because someone got sick.

Response from J & E Home Services
We performed a gutter tune up and were not made aware of where the gutter was leaking and did not see any issues with the seams in the gutter. We can't run water to see if they leak because the surface needs to be dry for 24 hours before sealing, we have to rely on the customer letting us know where the leak is. We were emailed a diagram of where the leak was then we came back and fixed it. Joe

Description of Work: Did a chimney sweep and inspection. We're fast and courteous. Took pictures of rooftop chimney damage for review and made suggestions for repair. Followed up with a timely repair quote but weren't pushy for the sale. Will use them for the repair when we decide to proceed, and will continue the annual sweep through them in the meantime.
