Description of Work: I wanted the concrete grout on my porch repointed. They did not show up for the estimate or call. They said that heavy snow was predicted, it was but didn't happen. Gave the estimate, made an appointment, called the day before to confirm, called the next morning and cancelled, made an appointment the following week, called to confirm the day before, called the following morning and cancelled again. They promised to show up early two days later, I called when they didn't and was told they would be there later. About 4 a guy showed up, stayed about 90 minutes and disappeared leaving a mess. I called and emailed over the next 4 days with no response. Finally, almost a week later I got a call and a guy came out and cleaned up the mess.

Description of Work: They told us that they completed the service however it is unclear whether they did the gutters were still clogged the downspouts were hanging and thenails we're never tapped back into the gutter to the roof

Description of Work: Nothing. Rescheduled and did not show up. Not reliable. Waited all day, after being rescheduled and no call. We emailed and called, no response.

Description of Work: Had roof inspection. Had to wait about 5 weeks for 1st inspection. Weather was bad that day and company could not scheduled appointment for another month. This happened another 2 times. Work was done about six months after it was initially suppose to be done.

Description of Work: One guy came late for estimate. Did not come for work on day he promised...claimed car trouble. Rescheduled. When he didn't show second time, J&E sent another masonry company. He stuck to estimate but complained about |It to me which made me uncomfortable. And I did not think it was done very neatly, but by then was ready to accept anything just to have it done and over. |Didn't complain initially, but Angie's List kept asking, so there you have it!!!!,

Description of Work: I don't really know. They performed the service while I was at work but I was never given any feedback about what they did or the conditions of my gutters

Description of Work: I ordered a deal to get $300 of masonry service for $100 in March. I wanted a tree ring mortared using brick I already had in place. It took weeks to reach J&E (i'm not easy to reach either) and I finally turned them over to my husband to negotiate a service date. He took off work 3 times to only have them cancel due to the wet weather (they tried to negotiate more, too). They finally came in late July and were only prepared to offer an estimate. Why they couldn't do an estimate in the rain or on wet ground before was not explained. Anyway, the estimate was over $1000 to mortar my existing bricks in an existing circle. I asked for my money back and they sent me to Angies List who advised that it was too many days to get a refund. They will only offer a credit toward another deal. J&E did offer to clean our gutters out for the delay, but I don't need that done and I just want the money back or the bricks mortared. Looks like I'm out the money at this point.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters. The gutters are now clean. Crew was on time and pleasant. But I thought that for the "premium tune up" I bought that they would do more than just take out the leaves. (I thought they'd do some inspection of sorts.)
