Description of Work: We bought a basic gutter cleaning and inspection package. It took a little longer than I would have liked to actually schedule the appointment, but they did a good job and did not need us to be home to do the cleaning, which is a nice benefit.

Description of Work: I thought the service was to clean the outside of the gutters because I have gutter covers but all the guy did was use the blower to blow sticks off the roof and told me I needed other service.

Description of Work: The first time they came over, pictures were provided to show the work and other issues they found with my roof. However, the work was not complete according to the work agreement. They came back to finish the job but did not provide any other pictures.

Description of Work: Replaced missing brick at crown of my chimney. Inspected for other damage - I guess. I was never there when the work was performed, as they were unable to accommodate my schedule. The completed repair looks sloppy, and I picked chunks of masonry out of my garden for weeks afterward. However, the brick is in place.
