The inspected our roof, patching nails, flashing, etc. . Reported roof is in good condition.

Cleaned my gutters and checked my chimney. I'd had trouble in the past w/providers not adequately cleaning the gutters (one requires a tall ladder or rooftop access) or telling me that they wouldn't clean my gutters (b/c of helmet...gutters with covers still need cleaning and maintenance...at least mine do). These guys were great and I would highly recommend them.

The gutter cleaning went well. Originally, when they came they were going to just blow the leaves out of the gutters onto the lawn. When I asked that they don't do that but hand clean the gutters, they jumped on it right away. I was very pleased with their willingness to do it. They were also on time and very polite.

The company was very responsive in communicating. I had to get a refund because of the weather. The weather was not permitting the service being done. I have no problem with the company it just did not work out.

Did not show up. We wasted half a day waiting for them. Called multiple times to find out if they are going to show up and there was no one answering the calls or returning the voice mails left. The appointment was for 8 am - 12:00 noon. They called around 12:00 trying to reschedule for another day. Unreliable and unprofessional.

I purchased the complete home gutter cleaning and roof maintenance package through Angie's List. It was so easy! I scheduled a date and the team showed up when expected. They proceeded to clean the gutters around the entire house and inspected the roof, caulking some needed seals. They were done, cleaned up, and gone before I knew it. I will definitely use them next year.

Mr. Joseph Harris missed the first appointment but once notified he scheduled a crew to come out and perform the roof inspection and gutter cleaning on a Sunday. I wasn't home when he came but he took photographs of areas of the roof that required work and provided an estimate. He stated that I could have the work done anywhere but I chose to schedule the additional repairs with his company. There were some missing roof tiles and some soffit that needed repair. He came out about a week later, completed all of the repairs and submitted pictures of the completed work. Other than one of the pictures was fuzzy :), they did an excellent job and I would use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. They were quick and they got us on schedule so that was good. It's raining today and it could be rainy for the next couple of days so that was kind of what I was waiting for. I was waiting to see the quality of the work with a few days of rain. I think we spent another $250.

showed up on time - cleaned gutters and checked roof - did a good job and seemed to check everything carefully - cleaned up afterwards - identified a problem with the chimney cap and provided a pic and assessment - the owner of the company called after reviewing and offered a quote to fix but said that it could actually wait for another year or two and that he wouldn't do anything yet - nice to get an honest recommendation! (and I will call them when it is time to take care of it!)

I used this company based on an Angie's List coupon. It was easy to schedule the work. Individuals performing the service showed up when expected, were very professional and got the job done quickly. They checked in with me before leaving and the job was done quickly and well.

Everything went well. They were nice and they showed up on time and seemed knowledgeable. There were two workers and it took about 30 minutes to complete the work. I cannot comment on the quality yet since it has not rained.

All projects were completed very well and in a timely fashion. I would use these contractors again.

It was fine. The "Big Deal" covered everything. They didn't knock or anything when they came, they just came and started working and I happen to see them and then they left. I really didn't talk to them. I thought they would knock or something and say we're here. They were very quick to respond.

It turned out fine. They came out a week after I purchased the deal and I spent nothing other than the cost of the deal with them. I would say their services were fine and they did an OK job.

On time, cleaned chimney. gutter cleaning was not what I thought, they used leaf blower to blow leaves off roof and gutter area. I thought it would be actually scooping out gutters. In back of house they left all the leaves and twigs on the brick patio below they did not sweep up the mess. They were on time, and quick, nice and I guess my only concern is I should have asked what actual gutter cleaning involved. Price was great at 150.00

They were very quick to respond to email and kept me informed along the way. The staff were professional, courteous, and punctual, and performed the services within the specified timeframe.

Purchased special offer from Angie's list for gutter cleaning and roof inspection. The repaired a few nail pops and resealed vent fitting. Work was well done and excellent clean-up. Price was right for service. The also provided free estimate on gutter guards and price was much lower than others I have received so might use them for that as well. Would have given them "B" on punctuality because they were 20 minutes past the 9-12 window. That said they called in advance to advise they were running behind so I had mixed feelings about giving them a lower score. After the work was done received a second call asking if everything was completed satisfactorily which was excellent follow-up and quality control. Would use them again.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It was very good. They were very responsive.

Our first schedule with them got postponed. They actually climbed up on the roof with a leaf blower and they blew out the gutters and stuff. I am not sure how effective that was but they certainly did it and they were very good about cleaning the debris that fell down from the roof. They left the area clean. I felt that I got my $99's worth but I am not sure that it was a good cleaning. I have no complaints. I would probably use their service again in the future.

It was very good. They came and did the work and the billing was fine. There were no issues at all. I would absolutely use them again.

Went very well. Arrived on time; completed cleaning and inspection; returned a couple of days later to replace the vent collars. Price was in line with others and quality of work looks very good

Went ok. They informed me of the condition of my roof and gave a good report. They also told me I had 8 nail pops and that each cost $5. I felt this was a lot, but I knew my husband would not be able to go to the roof, and I certainly was not, so we added the $40 ... Disappointed that simple nail pops were not included in the price. Another service at my previous home included this. So something to consider for next time when I hire a service. Then while fixing the nail pops, the repairer stated he also fixed something else that caught his eye, a flashing issue I believe. So maybe the price increase was worth it. The men were polite and seemed to show up on time. Glad it's done.
