It was great and worked out fine. They came and they did what they said they do and left. The pricing was very good.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was interesting, but it was not necessarily the company's fault. We had hired them to do a chimney sweep and to clean our gutters. We had to reschedule several times because of the weather, which was not necessarily their fault. We did end up getting the services and they did a good job. They were very responsive and, because of all the rescheduling, ended up giving us a free inspection and made a couple of very minor repairs to our roof. They did not clean up their mess. When they cleaned out the gutters they pushed a lot of debris out onto our deck and covered up our grill. My husband was not happy at all about that. We did not notice it until later. They were pretty responsive, but the only thing I would complain about was the debris. When they finally did come they came on time.

They did a very nice job. They showed up 15 minutes early and waited in the driveway until it was time for my appointment, laid down lots of plastic tarps, cleaned everything, and left everything spotless despite a lot of stuff coming out of the chimney. They were very polite, professional, and wore booties when they came in my house.

Generally, it was pretty good. I’m not sure if the top gutters were cleaned out well. I have to take a look when the weather gets better. But I’m happy with it, it saved me from getting up on the roof. They did the inspection and told me I need more services or need new gutters. I told them I wasn’t interested in that at this point because they’ve got several years more on them.

J & E Home Services were very professional throughout the process from booking the appointment to day of service. The appointment had to be rescheduled due to the cold temperature and they were very efficient in making that happen. The day of service, the two employees phoned us to let us know they were on their way, were very mindful of keeping the work area neat (especially the interior work) and explained everything they were doing and what their findings were. We would definitely use them again.

Initially, I had issues with responsiveness and wrote a review that reflected the experience. The President contacted me, was completely professional, gave me an outstanding price break, and returned to do the work himself. He acknowledged his personnel issues and committed to address them. I am now completely satisfied and would use this company when my roof needs to be replaced. I think the key here is to confirm your appointment the day it is scheduled, and if you have any concerns, go to the President. He will address them promptly.

I received an email from the provider in a timely fashion and I responded by phone 3 times a few days later and got no call back so I gave up. He did call back after I spoke with Angie's list about getting my money back and he sounded nice. It just didn't work out.

We had many weather set backs but Mr. Harris was great to work with. The gentlemen who came were professional and left everything clean and put back. I would recommend their services.

I scheduled with Joe over email and although I was concerned about safety b/c of the recent snow and ice, the crew-David and OJ-called ahead and came out to the house. They used a leaf blower and were very professional when I inquired about the status of my gutters. It was nice to get some feedback on the condition of my roof, as well as my gutters.

The two individuals that showed up to the house were courteous, went to work quickly and had the chimney and gutters cleaned very quickly and were gone before I even realized they were there.

They did a good job and there was no delay. He was friendly and he was responsive. I would use him again.

I was not home for the service, but they gleaned the gutters completely and did not leave any mess. They also sealed some pop ups.

While we ended up rescheduling 4-5 times (no I'm not kidding), it was always because of weather. It was always raining or snowing/iced over on my planned day of service. We eventually got it worked out. The guys who did the work were very friendly and professional. They called to give me warning they were on their way and cleaned up as they went along. They took pictures to show me when there were issues and after pictures to show me the work was done (since I'm obviously not going up on the roof with them!) :) All-in-all, I'm happy with the service.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional and friendly while visiting. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others.

After some initial trouble with scheduling, they came out and cleaned the gutters and downspouts. After a heavy rain it turned out they had missed a clogged downspout, and when I called them up they handled it very professionally and were out within hours to correct it. I will be using them again this fall, and won't wait until my downspouts clog up again.

We were not present during the service, but the service provided still called to let us know they arrived. When my husband and I arrived home, we noticed the roof inspection report discretely placed between our screen and front door. We definitely noticed no leaves in our gutters, and we did not see signs of debris. Our patio looked cleaner than before the service. We would definitely hire this company again.

Arrived on time and went to work right away. They were fast and cleaned up after themselves- no clumps of leaves everywhere. The serviceman was great with my dog and very friendly. The only feedback I have is that they forgot to close my backyard gate. Angie's list price was better than groupon!

It worked out fine. They didn't call within two days which I think is part of the big deal idea. The work was good. They did find some additional work that we needed to do but they haven't got back to me to get an estimate on that, even though I called them and left a message for them. I'm still waiting to hear on that. As far as the work they actually did, it was fine, they worked in a row, and they were nice guys.
