I purchased a deal for deck powerwashing and sealing. The did not show up for the scheduled appointment and left a message at the last minute that they'd perform the services the next day. They again, never showed up nor did I receive an email or call to let me know or reschedule.

It went just fine; good,responsive work!!

Had to reschedule three times; each time they would chose a date without checking with me first. However, third time was a charm: The gutters were cleaned and the debris was cleaned up (they did not leave the debris all over the yard and deck).

Everything went great. My house was starting to turn green from pollen and mildew, but at the end it was gleaming white! My deck looked so much nicer as well. I worked with Joseph Harris who was very responsive from the beginning. The work was done within a week after the purchase from Angie's List. Extra work that was done was very reasonably priced. I very pleased and would definitely use J&E again

I was happy with everything. I needed to have them followup on the chimney repair --they were very responsive via email and took care of my concern right away. I've recommended them and would hire them again.

We were never able to schedule the cleaning because they kept making excuse after excuse as to why they couldn't come.

The scheduling didn't go well at all. When I needed to change an appointment I called him, left a voicemail, sent an e-mail and had Angie's List leave him a voicemail, but they still showed up at the original appointment time expecting to do the work. He left one side of the gutters uncleaned. They overflow when it rains. I have attempted to call him but he has not called me back. He is not taking care of the issue.

Deck looks really good as it has not been treated in over 10 years . Needed additional work on the deck and a fence, needed to replace some boards and pickets. Never received a estimate, so hired different company to complete that work.

he did an excellent job, text me before he arrived, the house looked clean as new .

Joe Harris was very professional and worked quickly.

Had a couple of delays due to rain. When we got a clear day, it went well and I'm very pleased with the results.

Good price and good job on pressure washing of siding

J&E did a good job and were able to accommodate even though weather did not cooperate. Appreciated the timeliness of their work.

Very well once I got them to come out. I had a delay of over a month to have the work done and while some of the delays were weather related, others were "iffy." One delay was due to "high winds" which were not high in my opinion. In another case, the only guy who could do the job called in sick. I'm happy with the result, but the timing wasn't ideal.

Initially the company did not respond to emails or phone calls to set up date and time. Once we did connect we agreed to a date and time. The employee came out on time. My gutters were clear and they even provided photos of my gutters, which I appreciated.

It took a long time, due primarily to weather delays; but Mr. Harris always kept in touch with me --greatly appreciated!! - and now the chimney looks great!

Much delayed due to weather. when the cleaning finally occurred in February it went well.
