Scheduling was a bit difficult and follow up was not great. We had some issues. There were cigarettes butts left all over the yard. I let them know and they claimed their guys don?t smoke and suggested we must have had someone else on the premises who smoked. I responded that there was not and they never responded to me. There was something that was broke but I didn?t even bother them with it. Dealing with them was not the most pleasant. The price of the big deal was great. The gutters are up. So far, they look good and are working.

The work they did was excellent. Whatever was growing on the north facing wall of our exterior was gone when they finished. Also, the cement stairway leading to the basement was completely clean.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went fine. We found it a little expensive, but we liked the quality of work.

We felt it was convenient because we were very much in need of the service. The guys took care of it properly and didn't charge us anything extra. They were able to work with me with the scheduling. It was a very nice experience and we would gladly use them again.

The deal turned out well. They did exactly what the deal stated. They cleaned the gutters and did a good job. Scheduling was easy and they were flexible. Overall, the experience went great with Angie’s List.

Little snafu on scheduling initially do to technical issues. Said they showed up and no one was home but did not call or leave a note? Would not think that some one would need to be home for a pre paid gutter cleaning........ Rescheduled very quickly and they were prompt and punctual ..... Guys doing work were very nice.

it went fine. we asked about a replacement of roof vent cap, and when the estimate arrived the price seemed a bit on the high side. We'll keep looking! Gutters are clean, and roof (other than vent cap) is in good shape!

Delayed a couple of times due to weather. Work done was high quality. Some delays in communication, but overall a quality experience.

My service never happened because no one bothered to actually contact me to schedule it.

Initially the telephone receptionist said that she was new and that she would have to check to see if the service provider would do the job. Later the receptionist called back and said that the service provider did work in this area but this Big Deal (essentially) was not one of them. The Angie's representative said that he would try to find someone else to do the deal.

J & E Home Services provided residential powerwashing for us. We were very pleased with their services and will recommend them to others. Due to rain, they had to cancel on the day of the original appointment. They were very prompt in calling to let us know and they rescheduled as quickly as possible, even completing the work on a Sunday. We will look to use them again for other home services.

He did a good job and it looked good. The siding looks clean but he was a little sloppy and he's there for ten minutes and going to finish more than half the house. He skipped over so fast and I feel like if I haven't been there to do that it would have been sloppier. Also there's a part in the flashing where it strips off and it got all over my brand new Corvette in my driveway. And when I mentioned to him he said he's going to rent it off but he didn't. When I showed him staff he took it right away. He's nice and friendly.

I purchased an Angie's List deal for this service. The company was highly responsive and came when scheduled. I got a follow-up phone call after the work was completed to tell me how it went (I was not home when they came). While gutter screening was suggested, and I will likely get it, there was no hard sales push for that or for anything else, which I appreciate. I will call on them again.

It went exceptionally well. Jose cleaned out three nests in the front and one in the back not to mention the silt that had built up over the years. The roof inspection that they did gave me an opportunity to make plans for the future.

The provider did a good job. I left my dog in the yard and they were kind enough to coax her inside before start working (I was at work). Overall I will use again. The only problem is their scheduling process. First my Angie's list order was lost (due to their computer issue). After waiting for 2 days, I had to email them. They were very apologetic of course I appreciate. After they did the work, I keep getting calls from from them apologize again and try to schedule another visit because they had no record of the job was already done. I don't mind the extra call just find the whole thing comical. Still think they are a good outfit.

Worker arrived on time and went to work to clean gutters. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves as contents of gutters landed on deck and grass. Work very satisfactory and the price was certainly attractive. Gave estimate on repairs to roof, vent pipes, and tree limb removal which I found to be high and decided not to use them. Also asked for a quote on deck power washing and a quote was delivered to my door a day or two later. Again it seemed to me to be much to high so I have contracted with another service to clean the deck, the exterior of the house and the front walk for the same amount of money. Overall, the service I contracted for was excellent, but I have the feeling that it is a come-on for additional services which while needed are priced at the high end of cost value.

They did an awesome job. Called to let me know they were going to be a little later than expected but that didn't bother me at all. The guys protected the floor around the chimney and completed the work fast. Would definitely use them again in the future.

The service worked out fine. The gentleman came as he had scheduled to come out, and did the process, and he never followed up. He said I don't have to be there, and then he came out and did it, but he never checked to find out if they did a good job. They were prompt in responding to my email. It was the first time I had ever used the Angie's List big deals, but they got back to me, and they were flexible on the scheduling, and it all worked great. I did not pay anything more. I asked if they could also do my porch while they were here, but I was told that it was an additional service, and they basically weren't interested in doing it.

The workmen arrived a little bit later than expected, but were still able to perform the work as scheduled within a reasonable timeframe. They worked quickly, cleaned up all debris, and provided a written report. They recommended some additional work and provided an estimate.

Great service. Very responsive especially when the freezing weather prevented them from coming out. They were proactive in contacting me to let me know.

They were prompt, rescheduled quickly when bad weather prevented them from coming on the original date scheudled, and did an excellent job cleaning up. They also did a very good job of avoiding disturbing the flower bed they had to work around to get the gutters up.

My wife went out and saw from a distance that someone was using a hose to wash off parts of the house. I assumed that the company used the hose to clean out the gutters. I followed up with J & E Home Services and it was a miscommuncation. They thought that they were supposed to do a powerwashing, and did that on May 14. I was grateful that they did this because the siding looked great and I didn't get charged for it. I heard back from someone via email when we were able to communicate and they said that they would come back and do a gutter cleaning on May 19. On May 19 J&E Home Services cleaned the gutters and did a roof inspection. They left the estimate at the front door and I am scheduled to have the follow up work for the inspection that they did.
