I worked with J & E to book a day that would work for both of us. It was not difficult to find a date that was satisfactory. J & E gave me a morning time slot. On the day of service the pressure washer arrived at 8:30 AM, set up his gear and was washing by 9:00 AM. Their method of washing seems to be to spray the house with a bleach solution, then wash it off. This was very effective at getting the green algae / mold off of my aluminum siding. He was very friendly and also helped to get off some stains from a poor paint-job by the previous owner. Very happy with his friendliness, quality of work, and arriving first thing. Would recommend this company.

It was a good and I had no difficulties with them.

There were some issues with scheduling, mostly because of weather (understandably). But the first set time I waited with no show. When I called I was informed the team had arrived but I was not there within their wait time and they moved on before I made it home. I never got a call saying they had left and waited thinking they had not shown up yet (no note, no message). Had to reschedule again. I would probably not hire them again. I think they did an okay job but did not get any real feedback on gutter or chimney overall condition. Also done very quickly. Will most likely have my chimney swept, inspected this fall.

Great! The company contacted me within 24 hours of purchasing the power washing package and had the job completed the following Monday. I am very pleased with the results, they did a great job!

I recently gave this provider an excellent review for power washing my house. While power washing, they noticed that we had some wood trim that was rotting and provided a quote for replacing the rotten wood. We scheduled the work but they failed to show up. I contacted the company and was told that they forgot about the appointment. I agreed to reschedule. The second time, they called me late morning on the day of the appointment to cancel. Additionally, I specifically gave them my husband's cell phone number as a contact as I would be difficult to reach that day. Nonetheless, they continued to call my cell phone. They wanted to reschedule a third time but I declined. I cannot take another day off work and am not willing to risk another cancellation. I do not recommend this company. They are unprofessional and unreliable in my opinion.

J & E arrived on time with all the necessary equipment to access my roof and inspect it for any problems and/or needed maintenance. He was very courteous and answered all of my questions. He replaced some roofing tiles that had blown off during a recent storm; I had extra tiles on hand. There was no additional charge. I will contact J & E Home Services in the future if needed.

They were very prompt and did a good job.

Overall okay. Had equipment problems first visit, needed to return. I had to call and remind them to come back, but response was prompt and courteous. Would have appreciated a knock on the door when finished, the worker just packed up and left.

I scheduled them to come out a week ago to clean my gutters. They called me yesterday to confirm which I did with them. Late afternoon on the day they were supposed to arrive they called and said they weren't going to show up. They couldn't get me in for another week. I wanted to be here because I had specific requests of the crew. Either move your next customer to accommodate the missed appointments or do a better job with your scheduling. Very annoyed!

I kept emailing him. I can’t get on the roof to check but there’s still a bird's nest in the gutter. He said he would send someone to do an estimate to put covers on the gutters but they never showed up. The person who was going to come do an estimate was suppose to remove the bird's nest but he never did.

The work was beautiful. I didn't have any of the molding. Everything was gone and clean. There were no spots that I could detect. I wasn't here but they came on the day that they said they would.

Power wash the house in a hurry, about 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Not thoroughly.

The J & E team showed up on time and quickly cleaned off my entire roof with a blower. They then cleaned out my gutters and they took the time to remove several screens that cover the gutters and remove the debris that was in them. They cleaned all material that was blown off the roof and left the home better than when they arrived. I would gladly use them again for service.

Technicians arrived on time and performed the work quickly. One member of the crew spoke little English, which made water testing a challenge, but the result was exactly as advertised.

Our original appointment had to be rescheduled due to storms. They rescheduled during a date while we were away but when we returned, our roof and gutters were cleaned and they provided an estimate with pictures.

Showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. Vacuumed out my very dirty fireplace (hadn't been cleaned in ten years!) until it was completely free of ash and debris. Also vacuumed up several large spiders! Apparently spiders live in fireplaces and chimneys and let me tell you these buggers were huge and the guy didn't bat an eye at tackling the cleaning job. He was very informative and I now know what the little tiny door is on the back of my fireplace and how to use it. Took a picture of a big crack in my chimney's crown and sent both the pic and an estimate to fix it to my email. All in all I would highly recommend this company and will continue to use them in the future.

Inspected the roof and fixed loose nails from the gutter. I pointed an issue with possible leak from roof to garage. He found that it could be because of the top level joint where the garage ends and applied good caulking on the sealing joints and found few shingles lack some glue and glued them on. So far with all the torrential rain not a single issue. Very prompt, knowledgeable and reasonable price. Glad to use them (thx Angie's) and will use them for my other projects.

I really had a problem making the appointments with the provider and did not bother to leave any note the day they came to do the work. I needed to see some paper work left at my door to let me know if there were any issues.

Went ok. They cleaned the gutters first time. I found after next rain there was still a downspout clogged, and they came back out to clean that for no additional charge.

went fine. They were quick. Arrived late because the previous job he was on was went over. He did not contact me to remind me of the service. I sent email early that day, left 2 voice mail messages, and finally at 2pm he called to say he could not make it. I said we needed it done that day, and they did come afterall. Great personality. Very quick to get the work done.

I purchased a Big Deal. J&E responded promptly to my request for service. Easily worked out a date for the service. Ray showed up when promised and worked efficiently to wash down the siding, windows and brick. In addition to clearing off all the pollen and detritus of several years, Ray knocked down the beginnings of a wasp nest that was too high for my regular hose to reach. He took care not to damage the yard or any garden plants while washing the house. I was thinking the house needed a new coat of paint but now that it has been washed, fresh paint is not needed. I gave a B (good) rating on price and quality and not an A (excellent) rating only because I've never had the house pressure washed so I have no basis for comparison. Overall, I was very pleased with J&E and would use them again.

It was good. The technicians tried to make it perfect. THey came slightly unexpected and they wanted to get the work done. The guys that did the work were in a hurry. The manager follow through.

Purchased a gutter cleaning deal for $99. The cost also included a roof inspection but I realized later that I did not get a report on the roof. In addition to the gutter cleaning I asked that they install screens. This cost an additional $210 for a townhouse. The company sent 2 people who did the work in very short order. The new screens were screwed down. The team lead showed me a picture of the completed work.
