Did an excellent job of power washing my home. The technician was extremely polite and cheerful. After he was done power washing my house he came to the door and asked me if I would like to exam the job, which I did. I could tell when I was inside and the washing was being done that he had to repeat washing several areas of the siding and when I inspected, the house looked great! I would happily use this company again. My thanks to J & E Home Service.

They arrived early and were finished as I drove up to the house. They did a excellent job and we have had no issues with out gutters draining. There was one problem with scheduling the appointment but after that was resolved the service proceeded smoothly.

They did the work when I was not there. They did a decent job. Scheduling an appointment was good.

My experience was okay. They did not show up when they said they would so I had to call and see where they were. They had to re-schedule with me. The second time, he came on time for the appointment. The job was just average and they did not follow up about the inspection of the siding.

I do not think they did a good job and I did not feel this was a good deal for me. It took awhile to get something scheduled. There were two people here and they were done with the work in 10 minutes. I was expecting a more detailed explanation of what had happened in the appointment.

They came a couple of times to evaluate the roof and did the chimney sweep and gutter cleaning. It has been a good experience so far.

They did a very quick inspection of the roof, and I'm not sure if I'd use them again. I didn't price around, so it's difficult to compare the pricing. There were no issues with scheduling and it was very easy, although they were late for our appointment and I had to go to work. They seemed professional on the phone, but that's the only real interaction I had with them.

We had previously purchased some gutter-caps from lowes, but I got bogged down with other work so figured I would outsource this project. The worker and his son(?) showed up, I explained what I was looking for and the issue with the leak. They quickly cut the gutter caps/screens, cleaned out the leaves and debris and installed the caps. He then stated the leak was caused by the roof cap that was put on with a nail gun and had come loose. He replaced the nails with screws, and we haven't noticed any leaks so far. Very professional, and on time. Highly recommend for these types of services.

It went very well. He did a good job & we’re very satisfied. We have a 2 story, 2500 sq ft. home. Everything worked out find and he came on time. We have an aluminum canopy over our stoop and he did that for us too -- without us asking him for it!

Service was purchased as an Angies List Big Deal. They responded quickly, got me set up with an appointment, and the house looks great!

Simple they came did replace a bunch shingles made some recommendations. I had to pay extra because so many shingles had blown off my roof (tough winter).

It was fabulous! They came while we weren’t at home. He came when they said they’d come and cleaned up afterwards. They did a fabulous job.

I wasn’t all that thrilled with the work. I had them patch some shingles on the roof. The work was subpar. It didn't address the issue.

My expereince was fine. It was easy to schedule an appointment. They were able to look at the roof while I was not home and everything looked clean and taken care.

Went well. I got a call from the work team that they were caught in traffic and would be a little late . Appreciated the heads-up. The 2 young men were first surprised by the number of gutters and the height of the house. But quickly proceeded to set up the safety line and ladders and went to work. They did work efficiently and cleaned up the debris that had dropped on the sidewalk and driveway. They asked where to leave the garbage bags and placed them as requested. One garbage bag was missed at the back of the house but it was no big deal to move it myself. Good quality garbage bags were used to avoid breakage. The young men were both pleasant and professional.

It was great. Scheduling was easy. They didn’t show up for the first appointment and the owner was so apologetic that he offered me a discount on roof work. They were prompt and kept in touch with me to let me know their plans and timeframe. They did the work very efficiently and didn’t make a mess. The owner was very concerned about customer service.

They couldn't make the original scheduled date, but came the next time and called me live from the roof. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He showed me the old, defective gutter screens and all the gunk he cleaned out from the gutters. I would definitely use them again.

Said would arrive 1-5 pm. Actually came 1:30. Was about finished when I left at 2. Also did garage (separate from house) for no extra charge. Well done.

J&E did what they said they would, at the quoted price. Very professional, cleaned up all debris. The found a drainage problem, told me exactly what the issue was and engaged me in a discussion of the options. They made a creative repair, using existing gutters and downspouts. Low cost, effective solution. Fixed the problem the first time. I will use them again without hesitation.

Bought a deal for this service. Was happy with the work. They arrived on time (2-man crew) and got right to work. The gutters were not too bad. They noticed that the gutters in the back were hanging off the house and said they would send someone out to estimate a repair.

They showed up early but called first. They inspected the roof ,flashing's and chimney. They caulked flashing's that needed it and took pictures of problem areas.
