Generally speaking, no problem. However, a few issues: 1. I bought on Angie's list but then after the fact, they told me that their last appointments were in mid-Sep. I had hoped to have it done after I pulled out my tomatoes, annuals, etc. 2. It was not really a "pressure" wash, but more a chemical wash (according to my wife who was home). So I'm not sure how long it will last. But generally, it did the trick and the siding looks OK.

I was very happy with the work that they did. They cleaned everything out into a bag instead of just blowing it into the yard, so the cleanup was nice. However, I recommended them to my neighbor for a cleaning and installation of the gutter guards. In the process of the installation they were short two guards and have never properly completed the work, so I feel bad for recommending them at this point. That has distorted my whole opinion of them, so I will absolutely not use them again or recommend them.

We were satisfied with the service. They were here on time, did a great job, and explained everything they were doing.

The service went okay. They did some caulking and gave me an estimate for repainting where they caulked. They sent me pictures of what they did. One technician came out and completed the job in about an hour. He left without saying anything to me and just left an estimate in my door. I am not quite sure what exactly they had done. I contacted them about being concerned about the job they did and that is when they sent me the pictures. I had no difficulties scheduling the deal.

He arrived on time, did a wonderful job, worked extra h****** the difficult stains, satisfied both me and my wife, cleaned up very carefully and promised to come back if anything needed further attention. Ray Yates is a hard and honest worker. We are very satisfied with the way our house was completed.

We made multiple appointments and they never contacted us so we received a refund.

They were on time, cleaned my gutters well and left. No complaints. No fuss. Done at a reasonable price. Would hire again.

I went pretty smooth starting from scheduling till the completion of job.

He did a good job and he made sure he used larger nails for the ridge vent that had come loose. I would definitely use this company again.

They called the day before to confirm the appt. and on the day of the cleaning they called before arriving. The work went well. They also noticed some legitimate problems with our roof and gave an estimate for the work. This was not a bait and switch, the roof really did have problems that we were not aware of. This was the cheapest offer for gutter cleaning we could find.

The powerwashing went ok as far as it goes. Once we had the house inspection, they actually tried to tell me I had a chimney fire and gave me a proposal to have my wood burning fireplace chimney lined etc. I contacted somebody else who told me that there had been no fire in the first place and no work was necessary on my chimney. Lastly, they don't seem to have good internal communication lines, because I kept being called by different people about the same stuff and they didn't know any communications had happened. Overall, I would not use these guys again.

They were outstanding. They removed all of the mildew and the siding came out looking great. I was very impressed with them. They were professional and honest.

Scheduling was very easy. They came out when they said they would and gave me an estimate. They are very good to work with. The woman I spoke with on the phone was nice to deal with. The pricing was reasonable and they didn’t use the deal to try to up-sell me.

Rescheduled first appointment. Arrived on time for the 2nd. (can't exactly remember when the service was performed) Took only about 15 minutes to do the whole thing, said that my roof was good. Said they did caulk around the stuff that needed caulking. So, did they do a good job? Maybe. I am still giving them a good rating.

There was about $134 in additional fees for the chimney work.

They did the job while I was at work and when I came home it looked perfect. They were able to eliminate all the mold and several months later it still looks good! There were no additional fees associated with the deal.

David and his assistant came to clean the gutters and inspect the roof. The office called the day before to give me their arrival time, between 12 and 3 on the 11th. They arrived early but it was at the time I had originally requested when I purchased the big deal coupon. So this worked out perfectly. The gentlemen did a superb job! I will ask them back again. It went pretty well! The back of the home looked much cleaner. Overall it was a good deal.

They completed they job pretty quick and I was concerned whether or not the gutters were cleaned but they assured me if I had any problems to call them back.

It went well. They repaired some small leaks and provided an estimate to do more work in the future.

Scheduled the date and they showed up, on-time and finished within an hour. All to my satisfaction. One minor gripe. Of the 3 hoses they used (I have a double-deck on the back side of the house), they didn't re-wind the hose out front. But the house looks clean and new, so I'm overall satisfied with the work.

Arrived at designated date and time. Inspection and repair of damaged shingles took under an hour. During inspection a cracked vent pipe seal was found. They took close up photos of the problem and provided a cost to replace it. They did not have the proper sized seal on the truck. During the same inspection, I pointed out some trim that needed replacing on my garage gable. Since they do many kinds of handyman work, they also estimated that job. They will return on 9/9 to perform the additional work. They were courteous, thorough, and very accommodating. Their prices for work were reasonable. I will follow up my comments after they complete the additional work.

Ray the service tech was outstanding, personable, courteous, knowledgeable. We are very happy.

Took a while to get service actually scheduled, busy time of year in early summer and wanted to be there so had to be a weekend. Took over 6 weeks to get them out there. When appt date finally came, tech was on time and did a very through job, even went the extra mile and did a stronger, bleach concentrated spray on some mossy shingles on the side of the house. House looked great after drying, white siding shows all the dirt and this wash got it all off. Recommend.
