Joe was great to work with. He responded promptly to my request for service and offered a few dates that would work for me. He was easy to communicate with a helpful. The service was provided as scheduled and pictures were taken of the gutter that were to high to see. look forward to using J & E Home Services again.

Great! I was contacted almost immediately to schedule. The work was performed on schedule and within the time frame. Everything was cleaned up and a bag of compost was at the curb when I came home. A family member was at home and said the job was finished before they knew it. There was a small surcharge for having a larger house. I was pleasantly pleased with the additional price.

He came over, cleaned gutters, said he was going to repair anything that was needed. He came over, cleaned gutters, Then left. NOTHING extra...and did not sweep the roof.

J&E Home Services set up the appointment for November 9, 2017, but then representative no-showed. Waited all day. We tried emailing and calling, with no response. Had to contact Angie's List to handle.

They did a great job cleaning the gutter that I stated was clogged up and sent me a picture of the cleaned out gutter. However, they did not clean the gutters on the front of my townhouse. I assumed they were going to clean all gutters.

Connections removed. No drywall done- Price was outside my expectations.

J&E contacted me promptly to make arrangements for the services I purchased. The technician went above and beyond to ensure the surfaces I had cleaned sparkled and did extra work for no charge - including light washing of our windows, door, and grill. I highly recommend this company.

Ended up costing more than I thought it would. The price didn't include railings, which added to my total. He did do a great job!

We bought the $89 Gutter Cleaning deal thru AL. First they said they would call before coming to the house. They never did. They cancelled the first appointment at almost 3:00 PM, after I phoned them at 2:15 PM to inquire about an ETA. They emailed me about a half hour later to tell me it was too hot that day (I was waiting from8:15 AM). An earlier email/phone call would have been greatly appreciated. When they did come a week later, the worker was only at my house about 15 minutes. He did not flush out the gutters with water, as many other companies do. I do not believe he cleaned some of the gutters in the back of the house--I was working in the kitchen and did not see him. We had to pay an additional $20 because our house was bigger than 2000 Sq Ft. Overall, I waited a day and s half for 15 minutes of below average work. Will not use this company again.

Not bad..after the wash i still see mildew at the bottom

They had trouble with their truck and so took a few weeks to get to us. BUT the work was not time sensitive, so everything worked out ok. AND they kept us informed of their progress on getting the truck repaired.

All work was done timely and efficiently. Very happy, would definitely use again.

worst service ever. appointments were cancelled/no showed 5 times. when the tech finally showed up on 7/11/17, he only spent about 15mins, set up the ladder, went up and look at the gutter the front of the house, put away the ladder and left. no cleaning were done nor did he even looked at the gutter at the back of the house. all these were caught on my secure camera, which showed the truck pulled at about 4:10 pm and pulled out at 4:26.

Jason did a thorough job removing nasty, moldy caulk and replacing it with fresh, beautifully finished material. He was a delight to work with, provided good guidance on color matching, worked very neatly, and left me with a gorgeous "new" shower stall. Very very pleased!!
